I gave only 4 stars because I am not in love with the keyboard. It's very good but not excellent. I purchased the white and orange case. (ps.. it's tangerine orange not red)

The good: I think the price is outstanding. I think the look is great, too. Doesn't look cheap. I connected to the iPad 3 with barely any effort. Shipped in a professional package with easy to follow pairing instructions. The case does wake and put the iPad 3 to sleep. The keyboard is designed for Mac users so the keys are familiar. The top function keys are awesome and an added bonus if you ask me. You get function keys -Play, rewind, fast forward, volume, monitor brightness, search, the up down right left arrows.. The case also has a Kick stand on back of the screen to prop up the iPad.

The bad: The keys are all flat and smooth. No contrast when typing .. It's not comfortable for me and I make a lot of errors and miss letters and the space bar because of it. HOWEVER it's still better than the virtual keyboard which I hate and who knows I may get use to it .. Its better than the one-finger peck typing on the ipad's virtual keyboard. Also no vertical display only horizontal. There's no track pad probably because the ipad is touch screen but I still tried to swipe an imaginary one out of habit.

I honestly don't know what people's expectations are when it comes to a keyboard for a tablet. Honestly, this case is a wonder. The look is very professional and it's padded on the outer cover so it can have protection just incase you have accidents. First of all, the ipad fits PERFECT in the case. It does not move at all, and all the buttons on the sides or top are completely exposed so its easily reachable. The keyboard attaches itself perfectly to the case using magnetic technology. Even if you take it off (which is just pull it up) and throw it at the case, it will fall and pull itself in perfect place. Now, you might be thinking if the keyboard easily comes off, the answer is no. I tested by shaking the cover and swinging it fast but the keyboard did not come off at all, so you can always type and move your arms around and for sure the keyboard will always stay put. The stand on the back of the case looks very stylish and its hard to comprehend that it's actually a stand considering that it sticks to the cover using magnetic technology just like the keyboard and it looks as if its a part of the case design. It has a little cloth which you can pull to bring out the stand so you can mount your ipad and turn it into a laptop. The stand is very duarable, and it even holds the ipad on soft surfaces such as bed/couches (tested) while you type. Now for the battery life of the keyboard, continuous use it can last for about 2-3 hours, and if not in use, it can last for about 4 months (That's what the company stated). The keyboard connection uses bluetooth, which is extremely easy to connect. To connect all you do is turn on your keyboard and go to your ipad bluetooth settings, turn it on, and click on the keyboard's name when it appears and it connects in less than a second, done. The size of the keyboard is about the same as the iPad so about 9 inches and honestly if your a regular computer user, usinig this keyboard will be a breeze, even if its a little small. The letters are placed just like a regular keyboard and you can pretty much control all your functions of the ipad through it, such as sound/brightness/photos etc.

Honestly, for the price this thing is a steal. Crazyondigital might not be a wide known company, but I am sure glad I stumbled across this item and decided to take a chance. Hope I helped!

My case arrived last week. I have been using it and so far so good. Yes, the keyboard is small but what do you expect from a tablet keyboard? The bluetooth synced instantly. I like that the keyboard is detachable. The on-board speaker is great for listing to music as it amplify the sound from iPad 3. This case and keyboard really lets you streamline your desktop or larger laptop computer into a compact size. With applications like Evernote, Ghostwriter and LogMeIn (remote desktop access) my iPad2 becomes a compact computer away from home. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

When I got my iPad3 I did a lot of research on cases and wouldn't even take my ipad out of the box until I had the case and screen protector ready to go (torture!).

A keyboard was important to me, and I came close to buying the $80 keyboard case at Best Buy. SO glad I didn't.

First this case is really cute. Like another reviewer said, it is not red but rather a tangerine orange which is actually a 'pro' in my opinion. The leather is high quality. The magnets work and put the iPad into sleep mode when you shut it.

The keyboard works great. Of course it's very small and a little hard to type on, but there really isn't any getting around that since it has to fit the width of the ipad. I LOVE that the keyboard can be removed. This is a huge bonus! I really don't need the keyboard that often after all. If I'm going grocery shopping and using my iPad for my grocery list, I leave the keyboard at home for example.

The keyboard did not come with instructions on how to connect and being pretty ignorant to how bluetooth devices work I had no idea what to do. I called the customer service number and got a human being right away. She was not the most friendly, customer service oriented person I've ever spoken to. But still she was better than talking to an automated system and she helped me figure it out sort of. She didn't walk me through step by step or anything, it as more like "well did you go to the bluetooth settings on your ipad?" and then I had to figure out where those were, but once I did it was easy to figure out from there.

I guess the only criticism I have for this product is I wish the stand was sturdier. It's kinda floppy. It works don't get me wrong, but only on a flat surface like a table. If you have it propped up in your lap or something it probably won't stay propped up. Not a huge issue really, I'd still highly recommend this case especially for the price.

The SD card didn't work for my new camera...caused me to think the camera to be at fault. I confirmed same by attempting to view file/device status on my laptop. Amazon handled the refund promptly; a new SD card worked like a champ on the new camera (memory bought from Best Buy while on my urgent trip). All memory devices must have very tight quality controls and EMTEC obviously doesn't!

I haven't used this card too long or extensively, so I can't attest to it's longevity.

I do know that it transfers data pretty quick, has no trouble interfacing with mobile devices or Windows machines, and fits in a standard port, but, well, I expected all of that.

Additionally, when I bought it, BlueProton had some excellent deals packaging it with other cards or readers.

When I bought this card, I also bought a 4GB PNY card at a local vendor, because it was on sale and I figured it would be handy to have a name-brand backup. Between the cards, the only difference I noticed was that the EasyStore actually reads as having 3.68GB of space, while the PNY had 3.78GB.

But, hey, it's a memory card, what more could you want from it?

Works great and has fast data transfer. Holds a lot too. I just wish it came with an adapter for a regular SD card. I bought a 2GB that came with one so I can use that, but I could also just get a mini card USB reader. Just make sure your item is SDHC compatible before you buy it.

I was worried that this being a Class 2 SD card, it would be too slow for my camera, but I haven't found any problems with it at all. I have even taken video on my camera, and it works fine. Could not want more for it (Unless it fails soon, in which case I'd be sad).

I also purchased a 10 watt solar panel from Instapark. Hiking in the mountains and camping the battery provided recharging for a tablet and cell phone. While gone during the day the 10 watt panel helped to recharge the battery for the evening recharging while perched on the tent. Beware that the model I bought does not include a charger with the battery. In the product info this was not to be found. However you are provided a few adapter tips to retask your laptop supply to quickly recharge the unit.

In the field with no power available except solar I was able to run for 5 days before the solar panel couldn't keep up enough of a charge and I had to seek an outlet. Next time I may attempt to use an array of three 10 watt foldable panels to keep things running, keeping each at a different angle to optimize the sun's changing position while I am away from basecamp.

The output tips are all tiny and L shaped. If your device's power isn't easily accessible, these will not fit. It's a major design flaw and it forced me to return the product. I'd recommend just getting two Astro3's instead.

The USB port is output only. You can only charge the device through the DC in. You must also supply your own charger.

This capacitive stylus works really well! Of course, the coolest feature of the Targus '2 in 1' (and worth the extra $10) is that the other end is a convenient ball point pen that uses standard Parker ball point refills.

PROS:

The stylus has a soft, durable rubber tip that won't scratch the screen (I prefer to use my iPad without any screen protector). Durability is not an issue ... this stylus is well made!

The yielding rubber tip is comfortable to use with the iPad's capacitive touch surface. I quickly adjusted to writing and doing simple drawings with this stylus.

Although the iPad is a touch screen device, using the stylus in other apps certainly helps in keeping the screen smudge-free!

I use my stylus to play the iPad version of the word game 'Boggle'. I can link the 'Boggle' words much faster with the stylus instead of swiping the screen by hand! :))

In cold weather, using my iPad or iPod Touch screen becomes a problem. Unless I am wearing capacitive touch screen gloves, then I must first remove my regular gloves to use the Touch Screen. The solution? Keep my regular gloves on and use my stylus :))

The stylus ball point pen (on the opposite end) uses easy to find and affordable standard Parker ball point refills.

The Black Targus '2 in 1' Stylus has a nice classic appearance. It also has a comfortable 'weighty feel' for writing whether its using the ball point pen on conventional paper or the stylus on a capacitive screen.

CONS:

Measuring just about 5 inches, I find the stylus a bit too short. Add another half to one inch and this would be the perfect capacitive stylus! Despite this shortcoming (pun intended LOL), this Targus '2 in 1' Stylus and pen is a most useful product design!

A cover/cap would definitely protect the stylus rubber tip, especially if you store your stylus in your bag! I use the handy pocket clip so, for me, the absence of a stylus tip cover is not an issue.

NOTE: If all you need is a stylus (without the ball point pen) then I recommend the Targus Stylus.

The stylus is beautifully designed and very well made, and feels great in your hand -until you start using it. It's too short for most people, but that's actually the least of its problems. The stylus doubles as a standard pen, with a removable cap. I would have preferred some sort of retractable pen, but I knew I was getting a cap, and I can't complain about that. However, the cap does not fit on the back of the stylus. When you remove the cap to use the pen, you have to either hold it, or put it down and risk losing it. And, although the cap has a pocket clip, the clip is so tight it takes two hands to clip the pen to a shirt pocket (or anything else). Considering what this stylus cost, I expected something close to perfection. It's too nice to return, but it is a disappointment.

I have tried a number of options for using a stylus on my iPad and all have been disappointing. The Pogo stylus models all feel like using a Q-tip as an input device. However, the Targus stylus feels so smooth with it's soft rubber tip. The iPad is just as responsive to this stylus as it is to a human finger. One thing I was impressed with was the weight of the pen, it feels perfectly weighted and balanced in hand. You will not have to worry about scratches. Styluses are not cheap and I was getting very tired I wasting money on disappointments. Finally, I found a winner! I am pretty petite and by no means have big guns and this armband was pretty tight on me, if I loosen it then the velcro isn't strong enough to hold tight. It is okay for short runs but I find my arm starting to tingle a little on long runs and the phone gets really wet.

Very happy with the case itself, but I do not like the clip it came with. The clip does not open very far and it is very bulky. It took a long time to get because it came from China, but I still received it earlier than was expected and it works great with the Blackberry Torch. I would recommend this if you are not planning on using the clip.

Case is great quality, was delivered earlier than expected... But sadly I cannot put it to use as the placement of the magnets freezes up my blackberry torch.I tried removing the magnets in the back of the case and one in the front under the logo on the flap. Still no good. My phone works fine out of the case but as soon as I encase it the touch screen becomes frozen... I am sad as the case really is very nice, back to the drawing board $29 out of pocket, and still no protection for my phone.

After purchasing this product it took a long time to get to it destination. In addition, the case has a magnetic front that messes up the phone. At first I thought it was just phone and went to my carrier and couldn't figure it out what was wrong. So I decided to remove it from the case for a week. During that week, my phone did not act up at all. While in the carrier, the phone would freeze or turn off by it self but now it work just fine. Such a waste of $30 for this case to just sit there being useless. Unfortunately, this company is in Hong Kong and it would cost the same to return it. Live and learn. Be careful before buying this item....

Got this case last week and have not taken it off since. 90% of the case is silicone with the exception of the corners and middle pieces which are hard plastic, to prevent the case from slipping off my phone. The back of the case has matte-rubberized grips above and below the kick stand. This is nice because I always hated the extra grippy cases that would stick to inside of the pockets and would be a hassle to take out when getting a call or just checking for emails/texts. Last but not least the kick stand is surprisingly sturdy, and awesome to use for watching movies/videos or in my case RedZone for football... Definitely recommend this case for anyone who wants something slick and stylish with good protection

If you shlep a heavy laptop on trips just to get your email, do a little bit of web browsing or write some notes, this is for you. You just put the Jornada in your pocket or briefcase and attach the phone cable to its handy built in modem. The battery lasts so long (sometimes 8 hours) that you can travel for several days without even taking the power adapter. The whole system weighs only about 1 lb. The keyboard is OK but might be problematic if you have fat fingers.

Although you can download Word or PowerPoint documents from your desktop and carry them around, the graphics are not good enough for technical presentations. However if you use mainly plain text and your PowerPoint presentations are mainly big pie charts and so on, this is another great feature. I found out that HP sells a VGA adapter card for the Jornada. This little plug in card lets you download your MS PowerPoint presentation into the little travel computer and then output it to a VGA monitor or projector with graphics up to 768x1024. So not only can I carry the Jornada on trips to get my email, but I can also download my presentation (up to about 16 MB) and output it to the client's projector or monitor. Since the presentation comes from the computer's memory, it is very fast. Great!

I was looking for a "micro notebook" like machine. Pda utilities were important. being a "unix" programmer, some type of terminal was also quite important. I have used a few of the "palm size" machines and found them undesirable. (im always poping up the little tap on keyboard, AND,when entering numbers, 99% accuracy (hand writing recognition) doesn't quit cut it). I also was not going to spend over $500, and not get some kind of word processor. Using Hpvx, i have a beautiful, portable, always ready,telnet machine, that does wp, excel, email, and internet... and the color is Great. The battery last. Really last. better then 8 hours, even when using the modem.... Am i Satisfied ??? Im thrilled!. it not tiny, but its always with me, and i have become quite dependent on it.

I like the hand-held "PC's"... but not this one. They are terrific for certain functions... basic word processing, email... carrying contacts out on the road... but the HP 680 just doesn't hold up. The hinges broke after only a month of use on the road. HP would not cover the repair under warrenty... because "pry marks voided the warrenty".... OK, but try to change the battery without leaving pry marks. I've since moved to the NEC MobilePro 780... It's much better constructed, holding up to wear-and-tear much more robustly. It's also lighter and gets better battery life... a much better alternative to the Jornada.

A friend of mine had it sitting on his desk with a wirelessInternet card in the PCMCIA slot. The small size, SUPER bright COLORscreen and nice keyboard had me in the store within an hour! It's VERY functional (and I have a pretty small laptop). It's great in meetings. Navigating through CE is fast and intuitive. The keyboard has a solid feel and it's packed with 'Windows like' productivity software. I've only had low-end Sharp units, so for me the 680 is fabulous! I sync with Outlook 2000, get on the Net, send/receive faxes and keep myself busy while my son is "whoop-N'-it-up" at 'Chucky Cheese". It's not small but I usually carry my shoulder bag during business. The color is kind of wild (purple) but it's an OK trade-off for all this unit can do.

I travel overseas quite a bit including looong airplane rides. My Jornada 680 has been invaluable for getting my paperwork done on my way back so I can spend the rest of my time in the office vouchering my expenses. Ha, I get great battery length and really appreciate the fact that the charger is multi voltage. It is my constant travel companion. Great product.

Bluetooth Silicone Keyboard for iPad Tablet

Tried it in the shop and it seemed ok but as soon as I tried to use it for real I was missing every third letter. The touch is just too squishy and there seems a specific sweet spot you need to hit. Luckily I had bought in the airport as an impulse purchase during a long layover and was able to return it ten minutes later (after verifying here that I was not the only one who found it unusable). Although connecting the keyboard to my Samsung Galaxy Player was quite easy, it started to miss keystrokes (in less than one sentence), then lost connection. I was never able to re-establish the connection.

I do not understand why there are so many negative reviews regarding this product. I have used my keyboard for a year now and have had no problems with it. Once in a while I need to press a key a little harder for it to work but other than that, I have experienced ABSOLUTELY NO problems with it.

Got this for my Android tablet. The software it came with only work on Windows or the Apple iPad, and even then it has problems.

You have to purchase Android software from a 3rd party to get it to work. What's up with that? Not worth the price.

Shopping for an MP3 player is truly a daunting challenge. There are hundreds of brands and models to consider, each with countless features and capacities. The really bad part is that most of the time you can't really handle or operate them before your purchase. And given the large capacities, limited display and controls, how the thing really operates is of utmost importance, at least to me.

The choices get easier if you can be honest about how you're actually going to use your player. If you're the kind of techno-wannabe jackass 'early adopter' who thinks its just too hip to walk around downtown with a pair of white iPod earbuds hanging off your empty head, you probably don't normally spend a lot of time carefully considering your purchases and thus, this kind of question is not for you. For me the clear answer was, 'while exercising', so a more reliable, no moving parts, flash based player was the inevitable choice. It wasn't easy to accept though, the incredible size of the hard drive based players at only a minimal additional cost was tantalizing. I drooled over the thought of ripping my hundreds of CDs and carrying my entire music collection in my pocket. For instance, while I consider the iPods too expensive, not to mention the lack of a replaceable battery, high capacity players such as the Creative Jukebox offer 30 GB and up starting at $200, that's only $20 more than my 256 MB Panasonic. Therefore unless running is on your agenda, I'd go with the disk based player.

Although there are 512 MB flash players available, Panasonic didn't make one, and none of the others had the right mix of features I was looking for. So I decided this was enough space. At 128-bits I can fit about 6-8 albums on the player, which is pretty darn good.

In general I'm not much of a brand snob. However, when it comes to consumer electronics, I am a strong believer in Panasonic gear. I have a phone, VCR, two DVD players, TV, and CD discman that have all served me unusually well. Obviously you can't argue with the quality of Apple built iPods, but I keep coming back to the stupidity of the battery situation. Otherwise the field is wide open, everyone from Dell to Sony to companies you never heard of are making players. I personally started out at Panasonic, but then wasted a lot of time comparing others, only to end right back where I started. Many of the other players I looked at had many complaints about battery door covers that break off, headphone jacks that failed, and buttons that broke off. I just didn't feel like taking a chance on quality at this price.

So here are the final features that made the ultimate decision for me:

* Removable Battery: this is a serious problem in my view with the iPods and other disk based players from the likes of Dell. It just shows how insane Mac zealots are that have bought the iPod that the inability to change the battery for no good reason was not a deterrent. That or the iPod is just that good, your call. Mine uses a single AAA battery, a NiMh rechargeable that cost $8 a pair. Its worth noting the Creative disk based players have removable Lithium Ion batteries which is a major bonus if such a player is on your list, but if your going flash, its really a non-issue.

* Waterproof: whether sweat or rain, a player used during exercise is bound to get wet, so a water resistant player like the Shockwave is a must for me. Its also has heavy duty shock resistant casing. Some feel the disk based players can stand up to running, but I just don't think so.

* FM Tuner: a no brainer to me, yet still absent from iPod, what gives? Digital tuner and 20 presets on mine, although setting them up was a bit confusing.

* Drag & Drop File Transfer: basically, you plug the player into your USB port and it shows up as a removable drive, you then copy files over using Explorer, I like this simplicity. Most other players require some software to accomplish this. Though this may be comforting to noobs, I just consider it a waste of my time and a hassle. Plus, if you're away from your home computer, you're screwed unless you carry around the installation software if you want to transfer files.

The players blue backlit 4 line display is nice and simple. I do wish it provided the ability to navigate subfolders, because as it is now you have to track forward and back though the entire contents of the memory, which can be a real chore if you're trying to get to song 98 out of 99. I can live with it though.

The player includes a set of wrap-around earphones which have excellent sound and are very comfortable, a USB cable, a plastic belt clip carrying case, and a really nice elastic adjustable arm band by far the best I've seen on any player. I also bought some tiny earbuds for incognito use, and a pair of running buds with little support arms that grab your ears. They work ok, but slide out sometimes and allow too much wind noise. I think the regular wrap headphones included, while bulkier, both sound better and stay on your head more surely.

So that's about it, the Panasonic player gets my recommendation. No complaints so far.

My wife and I have had a matching set of these for about 3 years now.

They do not offer a lot of features and sometimes you need to press it a second (or third) time to shut it off, but as a workout MP3 player I have not found anything as rugged and reliable as this model.

It is wild to think that the price of these has gone down over 75% since I first bought mine. I am soo tempted to buy one, but I already have two and they show no signs of dieing on my any time soon.

I was entering a review for another item I bought and was shown a list of things I had purchased at the end and asked if I'd like to review them. I realized when I saw these on my list what a great product they really have been. They have been a part of life that you don't have to think about. Extremely dependable, and always there. Never have had any trouble whatsoever. oh, I have owned it for several years and have used it almost exclusively for running. The sound quality is wonderful. Better sound than I have had on any walkman or similar product. Good low notes and overall sound quality. The only drawback that I can think of is a relatively short battery life but each battery lasts about 2-3 weeks of runs. Great product that I spent more than twice as much for when I bought it and it was well worth the money.

this outdated player may look great with its OUTDATED features, but I am warning you that it's not as great as it looks.

multi file format-->It's been featured on Iriver and even iPods years and years ago.

storage???-->256mb, that's not enough. These days, flash memory based mp3 players come up with at least 512Mb of memory to 2Gb of memory.

10hr battery???--> even iPod, which is a hard drive mp3 player, tops that. iriver's battery lasts 40hours.

small???--->compared to iAudio or samsung yepp items, this isn't even near "small".

water resistant-->I have to admit. this is the only original idea that panasonic has brought up with. but a lot of better players come with water resistant kits that allows you to take the player when you are diving.

I loved the mouse until my computer continued to have a problem identifying the device. there are no drivers to install or software that came with it.... :( Looking for a new mouse from a reputable company.

I have been using this device in my classroom for the past few weeks with great success. Other teachers have used wireless presentation devices in the past that have cost $60-$80 and have had limited success. I have used this in school-wide presentations and now the principal has purchased 10 for other teachers to use because of the freedom it lets the presenter/teacher have in the room.
