for the money, you can't go wrong with this mouse, and the color makes it visible if someone should borrow it.Love the wireless mouse -not having to constantly free the cord is great! It contours the hand nicely, has rubber-type material on the sides for no-slip grip, and the wheel operates very smoothly.Want Logitech Wireless Mouse M325 with Designed-For-Web Scrolling - Red (910-002651) Discount?
I have always used Logitech mice with my Macs. This is the first one I have disliked. The M325's problem, which makes it my problem, is the scroll wheel. There is no resistance in the scroll wheel that I have felt on other Logitech mice. There is none of the subtle clicking that gives the user some idea of how much the wheel is scrolling.Because there is no "touch" to the scroll wheel I found this mouse unusable. I am disappointed in this model because the five or six other Logitech mice I have used have been perfectMy bought this mouse for my son so he can play games on his steam account. This works awesome, it moves faster than a regular unwireless mouse. Great product

Granted, for the price, it is what it is. But, the leather prohibits using the swipe from tthe bottom function, so you are forced to use the product upside down. HDE Portable USB Numeric Keypad PC for Laptop Notebook
The usb keypad is good for the price. I am used to the desktop numeric keypads, so the key arrangements feels weird. This mainly applies for the addition key. It takes up 2 key spaces on the desktop keyboards, the second key space is now occupied by the backspace button. I like that fact that it has the 000 button. It saves me time when I am typing huge numbers. The backspace key is okay, but I don't like the placement. I guess that it's more of a personal preference, so some people might not have problems with it. It will take a few weeks, but I will get used to the key placement.
Price:
The price of the keypad is really cheap. If you look at the other products on amazon, they cost $8 more than this keypad. This also includes the 000 key, and a backspace button. I paid about $12 for the usb numeric keypad; the shipping was about $3. The usb numeric keypad is really cheap when you compare it to retail stores. Most retail stores sell these for about $30, and these are just the lowest costing keypads. They don't even included the 000 key, or the backspace key.

I've, literally, never written a review before but am deeply disappointed in this product. I realize that I only spent $12 so I wasn't expecting a whole lot out of it. I was, however, hoping that it would continue to work past the one week point. It has now completely ceased working even after repeated attempts to change USB ports, fiddle with the wires, etc. I have now learned my lesson on "you get what you pay for" and am planning on investing in a quality product.Read Best Reviews of HDE Portable USB Numeric Keypad PC for Laptop Notebook Here
When I first got this 3 of the button's didn't work, I soon realized though that if you take the button's that don't work out and trim the left edge it solves the problem because the edge of the keys overlap with the frame that they are supposed to fit in. A slight manufacturing error I assume, but a quick fix.Want HDE Portable USB Numeric Keypad PC for Laptop Notebook Discount?
If you have very little data entry to do, you may as well do it on the awkward laptop computer. If you have a lot of numbers to enter, this thing is useless. I bought it because it was cheap and I figured, how bad could it be? The keys stick so you have to really bang on them to get numbers entered, and even then they don't always register. I had trouble mostly with the "1" key and the "enter" key, but others were not much better. After a couple of days of misery I went ahead and splurged on this product:http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0000TW3N8/
(if the link doesn't work, search Amazon for "Adesso 19-Key Mobile USB Numeric Keypad with Retractable Cable ( AKP-150 )") -it worked like a charm, easily 3x as fast as this one and far fewer errors to go back and correct. This is one of those times when buying the cheapest product is just not worth it.

Panasonic Shockwave SVSW30V 256MB MP3 Player with FM Tuner

- FM radio tuner with 20 presets
- Connects to PCs via USB 1.1
The choices get easier if you can be honest about how you're actually going to use your player. If you're the kind of techno-wannabe jackass 'early adopter' who thinks its just too hip to walk around downtown with a pair of white iPod earbuds hanging off your empty head, you probably don't normally spend a lot of time carefully considering your purchases and thus, this kind of question is not for you. For me the clear answer was, 'while exercising', so a more reliable, no moving parts, flash based player was the inevitable choice. It wasn't easy to accept though, the incredible size of the hard drive based players at only a minimal additional cost was tantalizing. I drooled over the thought of ripping my hundreds of CDs and carrying my entire music collection in my pocket. For instance, while I consider the iPods too expensive, not to mention the lack of a replaceable battery, high capacity players such as the Creative Jukebox offer 30 GB and up starting at $200, that's only $20 more than my 256 MB Panasonic. Therefore unless running is on your agenda, I'd go with the disk based player.
Although there are 512 MB flash players available, Panasonic didn't make one, and none of the others had the right mix of features I was looking for. So I decided this was enough space. At 128-bits I can fit about 6-8 albums on the player, which is pretty darn good.
In general I'm not much of a brand snob. However, when it comes to consumer electronics, I am a strong believer in Panasonic gear. I have a phone, VCR, two DVD players, TV, and CD discman that have all served me unusually well. Obviously you can't argue with the quality of Apple built iPods, but I keep coming back to the stupidity of the battery situation. Otherwise the field is wide open, everyone from Dell to Sony to companies you never heard of are making players. I personally started out at Panasonic, but then wasted a lot of time comparing others, only to end right back where I started. Many of the other players I looked at had many complaints about battery door covers that break off, headphone jacks that failed, and buttons that broke off. I just didn't feel like taking a chance on quality at this price.
So here are the final features that made the ultimate decision for me:
* Removable Battery: this is a serious problem in my view with the iPods and other disk based players from the likes of Dell. It just shows how insane Mac zealots are that have bought the iPod that the inability to change the battery for no good reason was not a deterrent. That or the iPod is just that good, your call. Mine uses a single AAA battery, a NiMh rechargeable that cost $8 a pair. Its worth noting the Creative disk based players have removable Lithium Ion batteries which is a major bonus if such a player is on your list, but if your going flash, its really a non-issue.
* Waterproof: whether sweat or rain, a player used during exercise is bound to get wet, so a water resistant player like the Shockwave is a must for me. Its also has heavy duty shock resistant casing. Some feel the disk based players can stand up to running, but I just don't think so.
* FM Tuner: a no brainer to me, yet still absent from iPod, what gives? Digital tuner and 20 presets on mine, although setting them up was a bit confusing.
* Drag & Drop File Transfer: basically, you plug the player into your USB port and it shows up as a removable drive, you then copy files over using Explorer, I like this simplicity. Most other players require some software to accomplish this. Though this may be comforting to noobs, I just consider it a waste of my time and a hassle. Plus, if you're away from your home computer, you're screwed unless you carry around the installation software if you want to transfer files.
The players blue backlit 4 line display is nice and simple. I do wish it provided the ability to navigate subfolders, because as it is now you have to track forward and back though the entire contents of the memory, which can be a real chore if you're trying to get to song 98 out of 99. I can live with it though.
The player includes a set of wrap-around earphones which have excellent sound and are very comfortable, a USB cable, a plastic belt clip carrying case, and a really nice elastic adjustable arm band by far the best I've seen on any player. I also bought some tiny earbuds for incognito use, and a pair of running buds with little support arms that grab your ears. They work ok, but slide out sometimes and allow too much wind noise. I think the regular wrap headphones included, while bulkier, both sound better and stay on your head more surely.
So that's about it, the Panasonic player gets my recommendation. No complaints so far.

My wife and I have had a matching set of these for about 3 years now. They do not offer a lot of features and sometimes you need to press it a second (or third) time to shut it off, but as a workout MP3 player I have not found anything as rugged and reliable as this model.
It is wild to think that the price of these has gone down over 75% since I first bought mine. I am soo tempted to buy one, but I already have two and they show no signs of dieing on my any time soon.

I was entering a review for another item I bought and was shown a list of things I had purchased at the end and asked if I'd like to review them. I realized when I saw these on my list what a great product they really have been. They have been a part of life that you don't have to think about. Extremely dependable, and always there. Never have had any trouble whatsoever. oh, I have owned it for several years and have used it almost exclusively for running. The sound quality is wonderful. Better sound than I have had on any walkman or similar product. Good low notes and overall sound quality. The only drawback that I can think of is a relatively short battery life but each battery lasts about 2-3 weeks of runs. Great product that I spent more than twice as much for when I bought it and it was well worth the money.Want Panasonic Shockwave SVSW30V 256MB MP3 Player with FM Tuner Discount?
this outdated player may look great with its OUTDATED features, but I am warning you that it's not as great as it looks.multi file format-->It's been featured on Iriver and even iPods years and years ago.
storage???-->256mb, that's not enough. These days, flash memory based mp3 players come up with at least 512Mb of memory to 2Gb of memory.
10hr battery???--> even iPod, which is a hard drive mp3 player, tops that. iriver's battery lasts 40hours.
small???--->compared to iAudio or samsung yepp items, this isn't even near "small".
water resistant-->I have to admit. this is the only original idea that panasonic has brought up with. but a lot of better players come with water resistant kits that allows you to take the player when you are diving.

Plantronics Headset for S10, T10 and T20
Several earlier reviews are negative enough to discourage someone from buying the unit. So I'll post right away, to clarify the complaints as I see them. These reviews are for three different headset models, the S10, T10 and T20. That's unfortunate. Potential problems in one model may never occur in another model.
The Headset Cord is over 6 ft. long, a plus. It plugs into the Headset Jack on the base of the T10. (The Oct 17, 2002 review complaining that it is only 3 ft. long is outdated and misleading, and should be removed.)
The unit does not make a humming noise while in use, as some reported experiencing. This was a major concern prior to purchase. I now suspect that the humming--and its possible fix--only occurs with other models, those using a power transformer. (I have a DSL Internet connection for my computer, so I needed to plug the Line Cord into a DSL adapter, which plugs into the wall phone jack.)
The complaints about the Mute and On/Off buttons on the base being too close together? Yes, they are close. But they are also big, and they are labeled. The Mute button is 1¼ in. wide, and On/Off is 1¾ in. wide. Unless you are Bigfoot, they may be selected with ease.
About the base jiggling around, when pressing numbers in the top row. That happened when I placed the phone was way back on the table, and had to reach. I was dialing from a much lower angle than usual. Normally, the phone is nearby. I tap the numbers from a higher angle, and the unit remains stable.
I prefer using the headset, rather than an earhook. The headset feels quite light and comfortable, and the headband is very expandable. Although my head is rather large, I did not need to bend the metal headband wider, as suggested.
I made a few calls. Adjusting Volume for incoming speech made it loud enough, and a little fine tuning with Tone was helpful. But my own voice was too loud. So I moved the Voice Boom tip two inches further away from my mouth (and may have spoken a little more softly without realizing it). Perfecto! The person I called still heard me loudly enough. Incoming and outgoing loudness were balanced for my ear.
I plan to use the T10 for any calls expected to last over 10 minutes. Especially, for tech phone help calls. My worst call to India took 4 hours! My plan:
1) Make the call on the nearby cordless speakerphone.
2) Hands free, talk into the speaker to make menu choices. Listen to the speaker while resuming work, and wait, wait, wait, for up to 30 minutes!
3) When a live person answers, ask them to wait a moment, press the speakerphone hold button, put the T10 headset on my head, and turn on the T10.My work has me on long telcons but won't pay for headsets. Not wanting to shell out for the full system, I thought that since the S10 headset has a RJ11 plug, I could just swap out the handset on the phone for the headset and not bother with buying the full system. It worked...kind of.
The good: the headset was comfortable and I could hear just as well as if using the handset. It also allowed me to type on the computer, take notes, or whatever without getting a neck ache from squeezing the handset between my head and shoulder.
The bad: The mike boom only extended down to my cheek and wasn't very close to my mouth so I got people on the other end saying I was coming in soft and I had to talk louder (which then started to annoyed my office mates). I guess that's why you need the amp unit (I'm speculating that the amp is for both input/output). Additionally, since I swapped out the handset but still needed the disconnected handset to hang up the phone my phone calls were 1) slip headset on if it wasn't already on, 2) pick up the handset, 3) have phone conversation, 4) hand up handset, 5) take of headset if I was leaving desk. I'm a get up and walk around type of guy so I'm constantly putting on and taking off the headset. Also, at first, there was a few times I picked up the disconnected handset and started to answer the call, but I quickly got over than problem.
In the end, I decided that I like the headset concept and needed to buy the whole system (the S12 or S22 replaced/is replacing the S10). The S12 headset's boom is longer so it's closer to the mouth and since you plug the handset into the amp unit, you can easily switch between the two w/out having to unplug anything. Still, if you going on the cheap, this may be the solution for you.
Buy Plantronics Headset for S10, T10 and T20 Now
I love this headset. I bought one to use with the desk phone at my office (a Nortel VOIP phone) so that I can go hands-free for long conference calls. It works just fine, even with no separate "amplifier" aside from what's built in to the phone. I can hear everyone, and they can hear me just fine, and I'm using it for like an hour every day.

I purchased this for use with a ShoreTel IP 230 phone. I could hear other people just fine, but everybody kept saying they could barely hear me (unless I almost yelled or held the mic against my mouth, which defeats the purpose of a "hands free" headset). It was comfortable to wear and seemed to be built with quality materials, but it did not work for me. Maybe it needs a phone with an amplifier? I'm going to try another brand of headset and see if I have the same problem.I work from home using my VOIP phone for long periods of time supporting inventory systems for auto parts recyclers. I have a Plantronics T20rA phone and found there are few headsets designed with a RJ11 connector, most having a mini phone jack to plug directly into a computer. I needed a backup headset since I tend to run my cord over with my chair and have dropped my headset enough times that the boom cracked away from the earpiece mounting. While easily fixed with some super glue, I started to consider what if I did move damage to it where I could not repair it. Since I am happy enough with my original set, purchasing the same for backup made sense. Made by the same manufacturer as the phone, I knew it would plug right in and work without any tweaking. Though not cheap, they work for me.Tuesday, September 24, 2013

Purple Soft Silicone Skin Gel Cover Case for Samsung Flight 2 Flight2 A927 + Lcd Screen Guard + Micr
Be a conscious reviewr, others count on it.Got this to replace a hard rubberized case my wife broke, and the sides seem to flip up at the slightest touch. I'm sure it will offer more protection than the hard rubberized case (since its broken on the front,) but it's rather flimsy compared to some silicone skin cases I've had. I guess since this is for a slide phone, its a bit much to ask for perfection on the fit, but we're already looking at new cases again. Oh well, at least we got a screen protector and microfiber pouch out of it.
