BoxWave Samsung Galaxy Note 2 ClearTouch Screen Protector (3-Pack) - Premium Quality Screen Guard to

BoxWave Samsung Galaxy Note 2 II N7100 ClearTouch Crystal Screen Protector Crystal Clear Clarity, Invisible Screen Guard Covers for the new Samsung Galaxy Note 2 II N7100The film is a very high quality. No bubbles, all needed parts for installation is included in the package. Wet and dry tissues + plastic piece and a carton to place the device on while installing. I used many films for mobiles but honestly this is the best

I really love the look and feel of these screen protectors. I read through the forums at XDA-Developers to find that these had gotten some pretty good reviews, so I decided to give them a try. Years ago when I had iPhones, I loved the AirSupport antiglare screen protectors that they sold in the Apple store. I would say these are on par with the quality and feel as those $15 ones. I'm very happy with this purchase, but the only thing I would say is that the cutouts for things are a little off so you have to be precise when applying this screen protector. The other thing is that it covers about 97% of the screen with a little gap around the edge that I would like to see covered. Overall, if you teetering on whether to buy this productgo for it, you won't regret it!

The BoxWave Samsung Galaxy Note 2 ClearTouch Screen Protector is a great dry install screen protector. I am still amazed at how clean it stays. It also has a little tooth so when you use the s-pen it makes it feel a little more like pen and paper. I was concerned at first because I saw some lines on the screen protector after using the s-pen. Then I found that a light wipe with a soft cloth and the lines were gone. I really recommend the BoxWave screen protector.

It is very clear and visible when applied. I messed up applying it the first time however got it right the second (good thing there's 3). The s-pen is fully functional with it, however does not have the same feel as if it were naked which is expected unless you get an expensive glass protector. It is a fingerprint magnet like many other protectors, however it is extremely easy to wipe off or clean.

Not bad, fits perfect, only problem is, it collects a lot of finger print all over it, the screen on my Note II never looked like this before I installed the screen protector, I have to clean the screen multiple times a day now.

Sony CLIE PEG-N710C Handheld

Sony CLIE PEG-N710C Handheld
  • High-resolution color screen!
  • 16MB, Palm OS software
  • MP3 playback, Jog Dial
  • Palm OS 3.5
  • What's in the box: Sony Clie Handheld, Headphones, USB HotSync Cradle, Audio Remote Controller, Detachable AC Adapter, Memory Stick (8MB), Stylus, Installation CD-ROM, User Manual, Graffiti Sticker, Protective Cover

I picked this CLIE up last year when it first came out. I have been really happy with its performance overall. This CLIE does everything a PALM would do, and it adds a much better display, (color, very sharp), and an MP3 player. I travel one to two times a month and this CLIE goes with me everyhwhere. Not only does it keep my schedule but I slap on a Targus keyboard and I easily compose word documents. This is also handy for graduate school as a laptop is cumbersome to have in class, the CLIE simply makes taking notes easier, and takes up less space. This CLIE is visually pleasing in appearance, and performs at a high level.

Another great part of this CLIE is that it has the memory stick technology. Part of the travel I do requires working with a digital camera, I can take pictures, and view them on the clie simply by transfering them via the memory stick. You will be happy with this PDA, and soon your CLIE will go with you everywhere.

After about 12 months of non-reckless-use the MP3 audio jack went bad, only delivering one channel of sound. Shortly thereafter, the jog rotary dial stopped functioning. At the 18 month point, the touch screen gradually went farther and farther out of calibration to the point which it became unusable. Sadly, I can no longer use the PDA and it is destined for the electronic graveyard.

PalmOne V Slim Leather Carrying Case

PalmOne V Slim Leather Carrying Case
  • Lightweight, sturdy case
  • Holds your Palm V handheld securely
  • Fits into your shirt pocket or purse
  • Measures 4.5 by 3.375 inches
  • Compatible with Palm V handheld

I have put away my old wallet and converted to this Palm leather case. My old wallet size is about the same as my Palm Vx in this leather case (but without a lot of junk I used to keep in my old wallet). The rubber spine that holds the Palm Vx in place seems like it could tear if you frequently remove the unit from the case. I just leave it in the case and fold the flaps back for hot-syncing.

TIP: I find that it's best to slide the Palm Vx in the case so that the screen faces the flap without the card holders. If you put it in the way shown in the picture, your screen may get scratched from any credit cards you might have in the holders.

I wish they put a transparent ID card holder in this case. That's one thing I miss. It would also be nice if they had sewn in a spring-loaded mechanism that snaps the covers shut or open so that you wouldn't need the leather strip and loop to keep it closed.

Overall, it's a nice slim design that keeps the bulge if your pocket to a minimum.

I have shopped around form Palm V cases for my Palm V and my wife's. We actually went to Franklin Covey Shop and some other places, and compared all palm V cases, and found out that this is the best one among any others currently available. Besides, it is the cheapest one too. I can put 3 credit cards and a driver license on two vertical slots, and some cash, a couple of business cards, a photo, and a few coupons in a side slot. I couldn't believe that all these and Palm V can be packed into this one slim case very compactly. I have no problem in carrying this all the time. I am very satisfied with its design, size, quality, ergonomics, and price. "More expensive, the better" does not apply here. Actually, the more expensive, the worse in this case. IMHO, if you cannot find better case than this one, it is probably because there is none.

This is a high quality leather case for the Palm V. This product can eliminate the need to carry a wallet and the Palm V. You can the case up with a credit card and drivers' license. Maybe some cash too in the side slot. The best part is the slim size of this case. I got the hard case but it's just too big, clumsy and heavy. This is much more stylish.

Want PalmOne V Slim Leather Carrying Case Discount?

Unlike my other reviews which usually take up a page or so, this product is rather straight forward. First and foremost I must say that this case sure beats the hell out of the hard case, which is also manufactured by 3Com, in both form and function. Second it can hold credit cards and money to be used as a second wallet, although it is not a great idea to use it as a primary substitute. And thirdly, the hard case is about ten dollars more than the leather case and is not nearly as good.

However, like all things, it does have it's downsides. It's biggest flaw, like with other cases, is that it makes placing the Palm in the craddle (while still in the case) a little more difficult. You basically need to place the craddle up on something (upside-down cup for example) and pull back both sides of the case all the way and then you can recharge. Secondly, the pockets are made so stiff inside that it is very tricky to get both money or credit cards into or out of the pockets, which is why you might want to stick to a regular wallet. And thirdly, if you place the cased palm in a tight space like a bag or something, there is a chance that the edge of the case will hit the power button and cause it to turn on. This is not a big deal since it will shut off automatically after a minute or so, however it can become annoying when you haven't charged your palm in a while and you find that your battery is dying for some strange reason.

All in all, you can't do much better than this case for only $19.95, and while there may be more expensive cases on the market, they are all variations of this simple design. However, I would say that it would be nice it 3Com or Palm would make a case like this that went all the way around the palm for protection on all sides, since something can get caught between your palm and the case and end up scratching the screen (which almost happened to me).

Final thoughts: nice leather, don't expect it to take the same beating as the hard case, but unless you plan to go hiking with your palm, don't shovel out the extra ten bucks for a shoddy hard case, get this nice leather one instead.

This was the first case that i had for my Palm. There is no doubt that it a good case and it looks really nice with the Vx. With the case on, it very little to the overall size of the palm. The silo design of the Vx which allows you to attach the case to the palm was ingenious. It a huge leap in case design compared to the velcro concept of may PDA's.

As for this case it is made of high quality leather and it a loop/strap design that i also liked. Velcro and the button proved that after prolonged use, it tends to rip. The loop/strap design secures the case very well and it still looks very elegant.

However like many leather products, they tend to warp and deform after a while. Just think of your wallet and how deformed that can get. If your going to be putting it in your pocket a lot, i suggest you go with the hard case. However if your going to be putting it in a bag or brief case, then this case will be fine.

Although the case has slots for credit cards or business cards, realistically you wouldnt want to put more than two credit card and 3 business cards in it at one time. It does a lot to the bulkiness of the case. Personally I only carried 4 business cards in it at one time.

Reatively speaking i wanted a case that was smaller then this one because it got a little too big for my pockets, whether it be the shirt or pant pocket. i found that not only was the hardcase by palm smaller and almost weighed as much, it also protected it just as well.

Also the fact that the powerbutton was often times turn on when using the leather case convinced me to change to the hard case.

Dont get me wrong. I really like this case. The hard case just fit my needs for a case a lot better then the slim leather case.

The best thing i can suggest is to try both of them out before you actually buy it. A lot of stores will let you try on the case. Thats really the best way to determine which one will really work for you.

I wonder if this will fit the m500 series... hmmm....

HP FA118A#ABA iPAQ Foldable Keyboard for H2200, H3800, H3900, H4100, H5000, H6300, RX3000, and HX470

HP FA118A#ABA iPAQ Foldable Keyboard for H2200, H3800, H3900, H4100, H5000, H6300, RX3000, and HX4700 Series
  • High portability and ease of use
  • Standard keyboard layout
  • Functionality equal to a full-sized standard keyboard
  • Wide range of language formats
  • Charge your iPAQ Pocket PC while using the keyboard through the power pass-through jack

I have the IPAQ 4150, which is limited in the accessory department. I first bought an IR keyboard to find the transmitter wouldn't work with my IPAQ due to the fact the IR port is on the bottom of the unit. So after a trip back to the store, I broke down and bought the HP brand. I wish I had bought it here, because my local electronics store was twenty dollars more. My only complaint is the keyboard wobbles while typing, because the back support rest is about half an inch to short to prevent this. One could probably fix this by weighting the back end a bit.

It's hard finding a keyboard that works with your pda. I ending up getting this one for my rx3115 and do not regret it. Check around for prices, but this is a nice one. I prefer the kind that hook up to the serial port and don't require batteries. You don't have to worry about the PDA falling off or the batteries running out.

The keys are very solid, which is very different from most other foldable keyboards which are more like flimsy laptop keyboards. Also the keyboard itself is very sturdy and won't fold up in your lap. It doesn't fold at all, actually, the keys slide out sideways. I like this design better than the others which fold like napkins.

The only drawback is that this keyboard is smaller, but I got used to it within a day.

Also, it's not mentioned in the instructions, but you do have to have turn the PDA off and then on to get the PDA to recognize keyboards like this that hook up via the serial port.

I first bought this keyboard in 2004. I used it from time to time and was quite pleased with it until certain keys suddenly no longer worked. Hewlett Packard replaced it as it was still under warranty. A few months later, the same keys (P, O, etc.) suddenly stopped working on the replacement keyboard. The ribbon cable on the right side of the keyboard (inside, you can't see it) is about 1/4 inch too short so that opening and closing the keyboard puts a tension on the cable which eventually causes it to break. It could possibly be avoided if you open the keyboard slowly and very gently. It seems to be the only keyboard that does not need batteries. I would consider buying another one, but it's too bad that HP didn't add another quarter inch of play to the cable.

This keyboard gets the job done, compact, folds away nicely. The downside is that unlike most othe PDA keyboards it plugs in instead of using wireless or Bleutooth. It also lacks a power source (ie. battery, Ac adapter) and can drain your PDA's battery. The main positive is that it is compatible, the only keyboard compatible with this set of HP products. Oh one other thing, if you're using POCKET PC windows 2003 or newer your gonna need to download a new driver from HP's website, as what they packadge with the product is now old and no longer compatible.

This keyboard is incredibly useful. It's almost like having a full size keyboard (it is slightly smaller and I know those with big hands have complained it is too small... I don't have that problem so I haven't noticed) and it folds up nice and compact (it fits in my purse quite nicely along with my ipaq and I don't carry the biggest of purses, I hate big purses).

The keys have a nice feel to them and for me the keyboard has lasted 2 years (your mileage may vary, I can't say I've been super tough on it either though). Not one key has problems.

They include a lot of nice shortcuts (using their function key combined with the right key you have shortcuts to word, excel, calendar, tasks, outlook, contacts, notebook, and you can even turn off the PDA (but not on).

The ability to power it up through a hookup for your power cord while using it is a very nice touch.

And the key layout is nice. As I said, it's like having a slightly smaller keyboard (but they keep the ratios the same). They give you a decent sized backspace key (I *hate* small backspace keys). The return button is a nice size. It has all the basic functions of a laptop keyboard (minus mouse) including the windows button (in my opinion more useful than on a PC just because how I use the handheld vs. the PC). It even has a number keypad (kinda, you have to get it in numlock mode and use the keys set out to be the number keypad). And it has arrows even (layed out properly). I think my biggest issue is I wish it had the function button on both sides of the keyboard. Actually, I think it would have been better if they put it on the other side rather than on the side they did. That would make it easier to use without moving my hands from proper typing position from the keyboard (all the keys serving as a double for the function key are on the same side as the key except the off button).

If they stop supporting the same hookup on newer ipaqs I hope they make a version of this keyboard to support the newer ipaqs. I'd rather use this keyboard than the other ones on the market. I didn't give it five stars cause I did consider some people may prefer having a true full size keyboard (I don't notice the difference but it's been mentioned and it has caused some people problems. Personally I'd prefer it to be slightly smaller and fit in my purse better like it does already :) ).

Polaroid CZA-20011B PoGo Instant Mobile Printer (Black)

Polaroid CZA-20011B PoGo Instant Mobile Printer
  • Portable photo printer delivers full-bleed borderless images that are dry to the touch
  • Features automatic image quality optimization with water-resistant, tear-proof, smudge-proof and peel-off prints
  • Prints 2 x 3-inch borderless color images in under a minute
  • Wireless-capable Bluetooth hard drive interface; USB 2.0 hard drive interface
  • For use with digital cameras and select cell phones

I purchased the Polaroid PoGo today and have done a fair bit of "playing" with this compact little printer over the past couple of hours. In fact, I have already used the first package of 10 sheets of Zink (Zero Ink) paper that come with the printer. So my first recommendation is; if you are planning on buying a PoGo, I highly recommend getting extra paper so you can get through your "testing" phase without having to purchase more paper. However, don't go crazy and buy too much, there are expiration dates on the paper which may affect your picture quality if you take to long to "expose" (print) them.

Connectivity:

I have tested the Bluetooth capabilities with my Motorola Q, Laptop Computer (Bluetooth enabled), my desk-top Windows Vista computer (with Radio Shack "Bluespoon" Bluetooth 2.0 adaptor added) and my PictBridge capable Canon Powershot A 640 camera (directly connected to PoGo via USB cable) and the printer worked like a charm in all of the above tests!

Speed of Printing:

Print time is about 1 minute per photo. There was no noticeable change in print speed with any of the tests I performed. Using the Bluetooth (wireless) connection or plugging in your USB cable directly from your camera did not seem to make any difference as to how fast the image printed.

Image Quality:

Not great...but not the worst I have seen either...The pictures I printed from my camera (via USB connection) looked better than my pictures from my cell phone, but this was likely due to the higher megapixel image created by my camera versus the 1 megapixel image from my cell phone. However, the "white balance" of both my camera and cell phone images were a little "off". The whites were extremely white (almost washed-out) and the dark (shadow areas) were very dark. So if you stay away from printing bright "beach / snow" images or dark "night" photographs you will be OK. Photos with lots of color (flowers, for example) looked pretty good when printed with the PoGo.

Cool things to do:

The adhesive on the back of the photo paper is a nice feature of this product. This makes it possible to add pictures to your hand written journals. You can stick them to business card magnets and put photos all over your refrigerator. You can make photo luggage tags, cards and much, much more.

If you don't need the highest quality image, but want to do some fun, creative stuff with photographs I would definitely recommend the PoGo. If you are a photographer hoping that the PoGo would give you a quick "proof" of what your printed images will look like, then this printer is probably not for you, since the image quality is not as good as you could get with some standard ink jet printers.

Have fun...

Buy Polaroid CZA-20011B PoGo Instant Mobile Printer (Black) Now

This is a fun little printer mainly for on-the-spot prints. Kids especially like getting prints instantly. The Bluetooth connection works well, as does PictBridge via USB cable directly to camera. The unit is small enough to fit in a jacket pocket you can take a picture of someone with your cell phone camera, send it to the printer wirelessly, and then magically hand them a print a few minutes later.

Now for the rough spots. While I really enjoy this printer, you should probably be aware of some hassles you may encounter (as I did). The battery life is not super-great it's rated at 15 pictures, but if it's cold outside you may find the battery dead until you warm the unit up again. The metal case doesn't help matters in this regard. You can bring the charger with you, but be aware that the charger is about as big as the unit itself a minor annoyance.

Picture quality there's a reason the prints are so small. The quality is somewhat marginal, but usable. Most people are impressed that the thing exists in the first place and don't scrutinize the prints that much, so the quality is generally good enough. I attended a wedding and started printing lots of prints for an on-the-spot scrapbook. The printer started streaking badly on the prints. There is a cleaning process you can run, but it became quite a time-consuming hassle. Not to mention the waste each time a print was unusable.

I still give it four stars because it's a fun product and usually works well. The Bluetooth connection is a great feature for cell phone pics. Just be aware that you may have some occasional hassles.

Update: I've discovered that I get consistently very good looking results by keeping the special blue cleaning/calibrating sheet that comes with each pack. I run the sheet through before using the printer each day (if it hasn't been used that day), and also after every three prints. The colors come out nice and rich, and no streaks!

I used to take my old Polaroid on every trip and give people a picture of themselves and while they were admiring it would snap another picture--they were always smiling in that second picture. Now I can do it again. I have only printed a few samples but am very happy with the quality (printed from my Canon SD900) and time to print. My only negative comment is that the charger is large and heavy. I am hoping I can find an extra battery as sometimes it is hard to find electricity for charging when traveling. I definitely recommend this product.

Want Polaroid CZA-20011B PoGo Instant Mobile Printer (Black) Discount?

The new PoGo mobil printer from Polaroid is a very nifty little gadget. While not a high end printer, this will serve the BBQ, sports, school, birthday party, college campus circles just fine. I also see vast almost unlimited potential for artists. Being an artist myself and a lover of traditional Polaroid film this new portable printer is a new step in the right direction for Polaroid. With no ink to speak of this ZINK, (zero ink) printer removes a very pricey aspect of home based printing. I found a pack of 30 prints for a mere $10 at Best Buy today. I was also the only one waiting to get one of these when the doors opened.

I already see that a digital camera/POGO printer is in the works. taking pictures with this thing is actually all that is lacking. The print size is small but i am sure Polaroid is just testing the waters. With their old technology cameras and film on the way out, it is nice to see a new, simple, clean technology replacing the old before it has even left the shelves. I do love traditional Polaroid film and hope they find a way to keep it around, even if only in a limited/artsy capacity.

The quality on these small prints is decent. Nothing spectacular though. Decent enough for casual prints. Nothing more.

Thoughts for future models:

* Larger Paper Models

* Built in Camera with a macro lens

* Cool Polaroid Special Effects (BW, Old film, Sepia, negative, borders, Etc.)

* Miniature Spy version

* I'm sure I will think of more after a few days.

So that is the skinny so far. great little product with room to grow.

First of all, this is really easy to use. I simply hooked it up to my camera, set my camera to browse photos and an option to print popped right up it couldn't have been easier. The photos are pretty quick to develop and look great. I agree that the print quality is not perfect, but I actually like this you can get kind of neat effects (nothing dramatic, but the prints have a particular feel to them, just like classic polaroid pics). If you are looking for precise realism, this isn't the printer for you. However, if you are looking for a fun way to give people a copy of the photo you just took or you want to create a collage or use these photos as part of an art project, etc., then I highly recommend the Pogo. I have thousands of photos stored on my computer but I almost never print them out because it seems like a hassle and gets expensive. However, I have already printed out 40 pogo pics and had a blast doing it!

PalmOne IIIe Handheld

PalmOne IIIe Handheld
  • Holds up to 6,000 addresses, 5 years of appointments, 1,500 to-do items, and more
  • Measures 4.7 by 3.2 by 0.7 inches and weighs 6 ounces
  • Synchronizes fast with your PC or Macintosh
  • What's in the box: Palm IIIe handheld, Palm Desktop organizer software, 2 AAA alkaline batteries, DB-25 adapter

Unlike people who were "already happy" with their bulky organizers before purchasing this product, I had been wanting a Palm for quite some time. Therefore, the expectation bar was raised.

Now that I have the product, the bar was met! Some questions you may have about Palms:

1. How do I enter data? One of three easy ways: with a small pen which you use to write directly into the Palm Pilot; with a pop-up keyboard; or you can enter information on your computer and download it onto your Palm Pilot.

2. Is it hard to learn? The thing I found most amazing about this is how easy you can learn it. Usually something as robust as this product has a high-learning curve. However, that is not the case here.

3. Can you play games on it? Hey admit it, we all thought it was pretty cool when we found out we can play games on it. I have about 12 games on mine (and it takes up hardly any space at all). Now all those boring lines at the bank, airports, and sitting in doctor office waiting rooms are but a memory. ;-)

4.This one is cheaper than the others, should I buy an expensive one? That is up to you. I personally don't need to store 1,500 appointments, 6000 phone numbers, etc. I'm just a guy who likes to have things organized. This product does that and lots more. I think that one of the top-dollar ones would be overkill (at least for me it would).

5. What's the coolest thing about the product? I personally like the fact that there are literally hundreds of thousands of *FREE* programs that you can download onto the Palm Pilot.

If you are the type of person who likes to control his or her scene, I strongly urge you to purchase this product.

Buy PalmOne IIIe Handheld Now

Although this unit lacks the spacious memory capacity of most of its siblings, the Palm IIIe packs in most of their features and is an excellent entry level device to experience the convenience and fun of PDAs.

The sturdy unit easily slips into a pocket. The screen is sharp, and the adjustable contrast and backlighting options make it readable in most light levels, although it can be tough to achieve a balance in low light conditions. Two AAA batteries power it for a surprising amount of time (but extensive use of the backlight feature drains them fairly rapidly). File management through the palm OS is easily configurable, and the unit is very responsive. The Graffiti writing system can be learned quickly, and the on screen keyboard and number pad are readily accessible for those tricky characters.

I wasn't organized prior to receiving this device as a gift, and I must admit that I'm still not. The included address book is very usable, and the ability to beam "business cards" to other palm pilot devices via infrared makes it easy to record and keep track of colleagues' contact information. The day planning software, with it's configurable alarms and repeat dates is also very handy. The Palm Desktop and Hotsync software intelligently backs up data and files from the handheld unit, and schedules entered on your computer through the software are automatically updated on the device. Macintosh users take note, the included hotsync cradle terminates in PC cords, so you'll need to by the adapter to convert to Macintosh serial or the USB kit for newer Macs (both should be available on Amazon.com). If your machine is IrDA compliant, you can hotsync via infrared, but you will need to get some preliminary files on the unit through a cradle hotsync or beaming to do so.

One of the strong points of the whole Palm line of PDAs is the overwhelming number of third party applications (shareware, freeware, and high powered commercial programs with trial periods) that are available online through a variety of web sites. These files range from classic board games to old books in a Palm document format to graphics and spreadsheet programs. Free online services, such as AvantGo, even download user selectable web pages to the unit upon hotsync for review on the bus or while waiting in a line.

To learn of the variety of tasks that this device can perform, I encourage new users to check out online resources and books such as David Pogue's "Palm Pilot: the Ultimate Guide. (2nd Edition)" The book includes a Macintosh/Windows/Linux CD-ROM loaded with software for the Palm, and even though many of the programs have newer versions available, the breadth of the material covered in the text (and links to the software developer's websites on the CD-ROM) make it a worth while purchase.

Those interested in protecting their investment may want to investigate the reasonably priced extended warranty options available directly from Palm Computing (including a screen replacement program and a one year extension of the warranty).

Although I will likely upgrade to a unit with more memory for storing programs and files in the future, the Palm IIIe has served me well. Overall, this device is an incredible value for its price!

I have heard a lot of people tell me not to get a Palm IIIe because it is not the smallest Palm model out there. . . This is a straw-man argument. I got a Palm IIIe and it is GREAT. 2MB or memory is not much for my desktop, I have 256 MB of RAM and 30 gigs of HD, but for my Palm Pilot, this is more than I will ever need! Don't waist your money on more expensive models, unless you are planning to write a dissertation on your palm pilot, and a lot more, it will hold it all with PLENTY to spare. As far as size, it is the exact size as most other palm models, and it is VERY portable. Someone said that it is visible in a sport coat, well they need to trim down a few pounds then, or buy a coat that fits. Not only do I keep mine in a sport coat pocket, I keep it in the smaller pocket on the inside left of most of my coats. I wear a 39 Long so the pockets are smaller than most coats anyway, and trust me, you can't see or feel it. The Palm IIIe is a Great buy, and a heck of a Palm Pilot, no upgrade is needed, unless you want to connect to the web with no wires, then get the Palm Vii and pay $44 a month. Hope this was helpful.

Want PalmOne IIIe Handheld Discount?

I agree that the IIIe is a good value. The built-in applications are both easy to use and flexible. It is simple, for example, to display all your memos, or just those to do with work, or just those to do with personal matters.

I found the display plenty easy to read, and the software set up quickly on the computer. I found its handwriting language easy to learn. You do need to make sure, however, that you have a spare serial port on your computer; I had to install a new one, and that turned out to be a pain (so much for Plug and Play). I have had some problem using the synchonization eith Netscape e-mail; I needed a new MAPI32.DLL file, and the synchonization isn't set up well for using multiple Netscape configurations.

There's plenty of software out there for purchase or simply for the downloading. I found a very handling shopping-list program that I wouldn't do without now, and I'm trying out a checkbook program. But my favorite toy so far is AvantGo Web browsing software. It really does work. And games play reasonably well -my kids keep wanting to play them. But don't expect the crisp, active-matrix game display of a device made for that purpose.

The 2 megabytes of RAM seems to be plenty. Even after loading the IIIe up with e-mail and AvantGo (half a megabyte including downloaded Web pages) I still have nearly half the memory left.

The IIIe won't upgrade, but from what I've seen most of the software out there will run on 2.0 (my IIIe has 3.1). By the time I need an upgrade it will probably be time to buy a new organizer anyway.

The main negative is the outrageous price for peripherals. A modem and keyboard together cost more than the unit itself.

I usually don't like PDAs, because I remember all the appointments and I use my cellular to store phone numbers, that's why I only bought a IIIe. I figured if I don't like it, I'll be able to sell it quick. Well, now I can't live without it ;) Not only do I have all my phone numbers and adresses on it, but the programs you can download are so many and most of them are freeware, I now use my Palm IIIe all the time. I don't think I'll let it go, I would prefer to keep it and buy another Palm with more memories, but not right now, I'm using only half the memory of my Palm right now, I still have time ;) And now lots of my friends are going to follow me and buy a Palm :)

Gateway One ZX4970-UR10P 21.5-Inch All-in-One Desktop (Black)

Gateway One ZX4970-UR10P 21.5-Inch All-in-One Desktop

  • 4GB SDRAM
  • 500 GB 7200 rpm Hard Drive
  • 21.5-Inch Screen
  • Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

It got delivered to me on time, nothing broken or damaged, worked great straight out of the box, its very convenient for tight spaces, but be aware it is NOT a gaming pc, games like Skyrim, Fallout 3, GTA VI, etc. lagg too much and are barely playable even on the lowest resolution setting but overall if what you are looking for is something between a laptop and a desktop, then this is it!

Absolutely no problem with returning and getting credit ASAP . Gateway is the only computer I will purchase. This has the touch screen, fast speed. No tower or wires all over the desk. Would never consider anything but Gateway and this model is superb

HP 2211x 21.5-Inch LED Monitor - Black

HP 2211x 21.5-Inch LED Monitor - Black
  • Full HD 1920 X 1080 resolution
  • 3,000,000:1 Dynamic Contrast Ratio
  • LED backlighting
  • Ultra-slim 21.5-Inch diagonal monitor
  • 250 nits of Brightness

When shopping for a new monitor for my new HP computer I did not care for the 20-inch monitor that was bundled with the computer package (HP 2011x). Best Buy carried the 2011x and the 2311x HP monitors, 20-inches and 23-inches respectively. The 20-inch was kind of small and the 23-inch seemed over-powering in size. These were the only two that Best Buy stocked and I really wanted to keep everything the same brand, my tower, my monitor and printer. I started to look online for other monitors when I discovered that HP made this 21.5-inch monitor (2211x) that was in between the two other sizes. I found the best price on Amazon and ordered it. The monitor is stylish and looks great. The colors are vibrant and reading printed material from the web or Word documents is not a problem. It came with both a standard VGA cable and a DVI cable. Unfortunately, this particular sized monitor and sizes below it, do not come with the HDMI input. You will need to get the 23-inch or above to get the option for an HDMI input. In my case it did not matter because my computer doesn't have an HDMI output anyway, so having the DVI is fine. I liked the fact that both cables are included in the box! Being that the monitor is LED it is very light and easy to move around. I am extremely happy with it so far and was glad to see that HP offered a mid-sized monitor in this series.

I received this monitor today and had it set up in 15 minutes or so. Mine actually came from Amazon and arrived just as expected. Packaging was perfect. Picture quality is wonderful. This is just what I was looking for and is well worth the price. I'm not a computer expert so I can't give a technical comparison but I can say I am very pleased with this monitor!

While I fully take the blame for this, I would prefer if Amazon did not mention this monitor is frequently purchased with HDMI cables as this monitor cannot use HDMI cables. Only now do I realize this after I got them. Other than that I am happy with my purchase of this monitor.

Bought this for my wife who is a technical writer and needs to see 2 pages side by side in Open Office. Even without an HDMI input, the text is sharp and really pops out at you, probably due to the LED lighting. She can look at text on this monitor all day without eye strain. Before I gave it up to my wife, I "broke in" this monitor on a gaming rig for a week, and it performed very well there, too. The power supply is a brick but the cable going from the brick to the monitor is long enough to let you put the brick away somewhere it won't be noticed. The monitor itself is surprisingly light, but is very stable on the desk. Overall, this is a very nice monitor, especially if you don't have HDMI and already have speakers.

Vera Bradley Tech Organizer in Folkloric

Vera Bradley Tech Organizer in FolkloricI bought this for my bestie's birthday because she loves this pattern. I read another review that said that the Kindle fit perfectly in the larger pocket. Since my friend was getting a Kindle for her birthday I thought this would be the perfect gift. It can also hold all of her charging cords and other stuff. It is "soft" enough to be practical but sturdy enough to protect her belongings.

Exact(TM) PU Leather Folio Case for Kindle Fire HD 8.9 Inch Tablet RedIt is ok for what I paid. I like the fact it puts kindle to sleep. Not bad price for what it is.

It's exactly what I needed for my kindle. It is very nice I bought a different one from a different store and it doesn't have the same functions as the one from amazon. The case from amazon would highly recommend to any one because it is amazing and you can get it in different colors.

I am a critic when it comes to products; however, this folio case is great!!

It keeps the 8.9 Kindle fire in the case firmly with no doubts of it slipping out and it fits PERFECTLY!

The color of the case is radiant and beautiful (I choose the pink) and the stand is sturdy.

I recommend this case for everyone who owns a 8.9 Kindle fire hd!

JAVOedge Editor Flip Case for Barnes & Noble Nook Color / Nook Tablet

JAVOedge Editor Flip Case for Barnes & Noble Nook Color / Nook Tablet
  • Magnetic closure offers hassle-free accessibility to Barnes & Nobles Nook Color
  • Interior lining is made of soft material to prevent scratches
  • Case kickstand to prop up for hands-free reading
  • Interior pockets for storing business cards, papers
  • Non-leather material is animal friendly!

Overall, this is a very nice case. I'm very pleased with my purchase of it. It does what it is meant to do, and does it well. There are just a few small design flaws that I can't help but notice, and I wish to share them with others so that they can make an informed purchase. In no way do I feel these flaws hurt the product.

Pros:

* High quality feel

* For the most part, the NookColor doesn't move when it's in the case (more on that later)

* Easy access to all buttons

* Extra holding space in the top flap is nice, though not very useful (again, more on that later)

Cons:

* The space for holding notes and business cards is not very useful I've found. While I can slip a piece or two of paper into it, anything more than that and it starts to get awkward to use, and things fall out when you have the cover flipped backwards to use the Nook. Along with that, the business card slot on mine seems a bit loose, and things have a tendency to slide around in there. This may be a flaw with only my case, or may be a flaw in the product line, I do not know. Regardless, it's an issue with mine, and something to keep in mind if you intend to buy this case with the intention to use those areas.

* The Nook is held nicely in the case when it's closed, but it slides a bit when you have it opened up. This seems to be due to the fact that the Nook is held in place simply by leather, which it naturally glides along easily. There have been numerous times, when holding my Nook in landscape mode, that it has slide out of the case a bit when I'm using it. This generally happens when I'm surfing the internet and have to move my hands around a lot to type. It's not generally an issue, as a slight nudge and it's back in place, but it's something to consider.

* This last thing is more of a personal issue than anything, but when using the stand I feel that the Nook is angled too far upward. I would prefer that the Nook stands slightly more vertically, as it's angled a bit too far back for me personally. Others may prefer it the way it is however.

Grippy feeling from the textured case easy to grasp.

Looks very sharp.

Nook color fits in the case very well, tight enough, but not too tight that you can't remove it. If you open the top flap and flip it upside down, it stays in the case. If you shake it a little, it slides right out. Perfect.

Stand works excellent. Snaps keep it shut when you want but is easy to snap open. Stays out of the way when closed very well nice and snug to back of case, so no accidental opening of the stand is likely.

All ports exposed and easily accessible.

Magnetic clasp on the front holds it shut well.

Top folds back easily for reading / tablet use / etc and doesn't look like it will get creases or anything.

Small cut out in rear panel for the NC speaker, under the stand, so you can hear the speaker when the stand is open.

Minor Cons:

When the stand is snapped shut, the sound is muffled to some extent. Not fatally, but noticeably. When the stand is open, I think it actually sounds better / louder (I think the sound is bouncing off the stand a little). A small cutout in the stand seems like it would have helped with this.

Could have done without the card holder/ flap on the top. That's just my preference though.

Quick update: I tried this case out on my e-ink Nook, and it fits pretty well tighter than the Nook color so the frame around the screen sticks out a tiny bit but definitely workable. In case anyone is wondering.

I must have looked at 50 different Nook Color cases, either in person at Barnes & Noble or Staples, or on line. I must have read most all of their reviews on Amazon. Fortunately, the expenditure of all that time proved to have been worth it. The flip case that arrived is protective, well-stitched, attractive, and stands up well. I could have paid a lot more than the $18 it cost with shipping and been no more satisfied.

the stand isnt very sturdy and if you have more than 1 pice of paper in the little pocket everything will slide out when its folded back but its a good product for the price you pay.

Neon Green Rubberized Snap on Hard Protective Cover Case for LG Quantum C900 + Microfiber Pouch Bag

Neon Green Rubberized Snap on Hard Protective Cover Case for LG Quantum C900 + Microfiber Pouch BagSo this case is a bit bulky, but it fits on very snug which is a good thing. The case I had before was one of the only ones available when this phone 1st came out it was a ceramic type case and with one drop the front broke off. Then another drop and the back part of the case shattered. Do not ever buy the ceramiv case. This is a thicker plastic case than I prefer, but it is a lot more sturdy. Also the color is a bit off I was hoping for the same tone as the picture, but in real life it is more of a pearlesant/ lighter lime green. Which isn't awful, but not expected. I like the case overall haven't dropped it yet, so I am not sure how it holds up. It is also kinda smooth I find myself rubbing it randomly when holding the phone. =)

i purchased this case a few months ago. ive dropped my phone quite a few times since then and the case held together, it didnt even scratch, as well as kept my phone protected. it definetely does its job! the color from the picture is just a tad bit off, its a little bit lighter than the color pictured but its a great color if you like bright green. an amazing buy for the price, ive already recommended the product to others!

PDair Leather Case for HP Pre 3 - Book Type (Black)

PDair Leather Case for HP Pre 3 - Book TypeI had been looking for several months for something with which to protect my HP Pre3. I saw a lot of "skins" and several cases, but this takes the cake, hands down! It securely holds the cellphone, yet still allows you to access the keyboard out without taking the Pre3 out of the case. You can do just about everything you need without removing the phone: Make calls, take pictures, connect to the USB slot, raise and lower the volume, access the mute and on-and-off switches, the speaker is not covered, etc.. About the only thing you can't do is charge the phone on a Touchstone. The case closes with an small strap that has a magnetized snap. Included is a clip that you can attach to the back of the case if you so choose (I don't use it).

Bottom line: The whole product is elegant and well-made, the design is terrific, and the price is simply unbeatable. I strongly recommend it as a very functional and economical way to protect and use your HP Pre3. It very much exceeded my expectations.

PDair Leather Case for Samsung Galaxy Note GT-N7000 / SGH-I717 - Flip Top Type (Black)

PDair Leather Case for Samsung Galaxy Note GT-N7000 / SGH-I717 - Flip Top TypeGood look and good quality, protects very well, should prevent screen breakage if you drop the phone, after using the bottom flip style model, I have ordered the book like model because it will be easier to use. Bulky: it doubles the thickness of the phone. It's a tradeoff between protection and bulkiness. I have also ordered a back resin cover for when I want a thinner phone to carry.

This element (Leather Case for Samsung Galaxy) is simply excellent.

I have been using for more than one year and I have found that it is pretty resistant confortable, it increases the size of the tablet for my pocket but even with case I can keep my tablet in standard pockets.

I am not afraid of a fall of my tablet because the case is robust to protect.
