PalmOne V Slim Leather Carrying Case
- Lightweight, sturdy case
- Holds your Palm V handheld securely
- Fits into your shirt pocket or purse
- Measures 4.5 by 3.375 inches
- Compatible with Palm V handheld
TIP: I find that it's best to slide the Palm Vx in the case so that the screen faces the flap without the card holders. If you put it in the way shown in the picture, your screen may get scratched from any credit cards you might have in the holders.
I wish they put a transparent ID card holder in this case. That's one thing I miss. It would also be nice if they had sewn in a spring-loaded mechanism that snaps the covers shut or open so that you wouldn't need the leather strip and loop to keep it closed.
Overall, it's a nice slim design that keeps the bulge if your pocket to a minimum.

I have shopped around form Palm V cases for my Palm V and my wife's. We actually went to Franklin Covey Shop and some other places, and compared all palm V cases, and found out that this is the best one among any others currently available. Besides, it is the cheapest one too. I can put 3 credit cards and a driver license on two vertical slots, and some cash, a couple of business cards, a photo, and a few coupons in a side slot. I couldn't believe that all these and Palm V can be packed into this one slim case very compactly. I have no problem in carrying this all the time. I am very satisfied with its design, size, quality, ergonomics, and price. "More expensive, the better" does not apply here. Actually, the more expensive, the worse in this case. IMHO, if you cannot find better case than this one, it is probably because there is none.Read Best Reviews of PalmOne V Slim Leather Carrying Case Here
This is a high quality leather case for the Palm V. This product can eliminate the need to carry a wallet and the Palm V. You can the case up with a credit card and drivers' license. Maybe some cash too in the side slot. The best part is the slim size of this case. I got the hard case but it's just too big, clumsy and heavy. This is much more stylish.Want PalmOne V Slim Leather Carrying Case Discount?
Unlike my other reviews which usually take up a page or so, this product is rather straight forward. First and foremost I must say that this case sure beats the hell out of the hard case, which is also manufactured by 3Com, in both form and function. Second it can hold credit cards and money to be used as a second wallet, although it is not a great idea to use it as a primary substitute. And thirdly, the hard case is about ten dollars more than the leather case and is not nearly as good. However, like all things, it does have it's downsides. It's biggest flaw, like with other cases, is that it makes placing the Palm in the craddle (while still in the case) a little more difficult. You basically need to place the craddle up on something (upside-down cup for example) and pull back both sides of the case all the way and then you can recharge. Secondly, the pockets are made so stiff inside that it is very tricky to get both money or credit cards into or out of the pockets, which is why you might want to stick to a regular wallet. And thirdly, if you place the cased palm in a tight space like a bag or something, there is a chance that the edge of the case will hit the power button and cause it to turn on. This is not a big deal since it will shut off automatically after a minute or so, however it can become annoying when you haven't charged your palm in a while and you find that your battery is dying for some strange reason.
All in all, you can't do much better than this case for only $19.95, and while there may be more expensive cases on the market, they are all variations of this simple design. However, I would say that it would be nice it 3Com or Palm would make a case like this that went all the way around the palm for protection on all sides, since something can get caught between your palm and the case and end up scratching the screen (which almost happened to me).
Final thoughts: nice leather, don't expect it to take the same beating as the hard case, but unless you plan to go hiking with your palm, don't shovel out the extra ten bucks for a shoddy hard case, get this nice leather one instead.
Revuman: Stay Tuned for more Reviews...peace!This was the first case that i had for my Palm. There is no doubt that it a good case and it looks really nice with the Vx. With the case on, it very little to the overall size of the palm. The silo design of the Vx which allows you to attach the case to the palm was ingenious. It a huge leap in case design compared to the velcro concept of may PDA's.
As for this case it is made of high quality leather and it a loop/strap design that i also liked. Velcro and the button proved that after prolonged use, it tends to rip. The loop/strap design secures the case very well and it still looks very elegant.
However like many leather products, they tend to warp and deform after a while. Just think of your wallet and how deformed that can get. If your going to be putting it in your pocket a lot, i suggest you go with the hard case. However if your going to be putting it in a bag or brief case, then this case will be fine.
Although the case has slots for credit cards or business cards, realistically you wouldnt want to put more than two credit card and 3 business cards in it at one time. It does a lot to the bulkiness of the case. Personally I only carried 4 business cards in it at one time.
Reatively speaking i wanted a case that was smaller then this one because it got a little too big for my pockets, whether it be the shirt or pant pocket. i found that not only was the hardcase by palm smaller and almost weighed as much, it also protected it just as well.
Also the fact that the powerbutton was often times turn on when using the leather case convinced me to change to the hard case.
Dont get me wrong. I really like this case. The hard case just fit my needs for a case a lot better then the slim leather case.
The best thing i can suggest is to try both of them out before you actually buy it. A lot of stores will let you try on the case. Thats really the best way to determine which one will really work for you.
I wonder if this will fit the m500 series... hmmm....

I'm writing to confirm that this fits the 660 perfectly. It's an easy install, and if you don't get all the dust off your screen, as I didn't in the first pass, it's relatively easy to remove, clean and replace. I did get it right the second time. The manufacturer also states in the instructions that you can remove the cover, clean it and restore it's adhesion by rinsing under running water. I can't imagine why you'd ever take it off after it's installed, but I suppose that's good to know anyway. Also, the Boxwave vendor must have been psychic because the product showed up from about 3,000 miles away in less than 48 hours. Terrific service.Fits perfectly and does not fall off. Works great!! Fits on my Garmin 650 GPS

GTMax Black Bluetooth Wireless Mini Keyboard with Wristband for Samsung Express I437, Galaxy Note LT
- This wireless mini handheld keyboard with the bluetooth wireless technology to provide you to 30 feet of typing features.
- Super lightweightkeyboard for PS3, iPad, iPhone, iPod and computers.Ideal for typing emails, chat, and playing games.
- It features pocket size, sleek and slim design extended battery life for hours of typing compatible with accurate standard QWERTY keys lay out.
The included android.apk was worthless, it couldn't connect to authenticate, but I found a program called "blueinput demo" on the play store, and after a restart it works just fine.
This is my first day with it, though, so if it goes to crap, I'll make sure I edit. When I first got this I plugged it in and charged it overnight. When I tried to pair it with my phone it would bring up a screen that told me to type a 4-digit number and press enter. I did this repeatedly and it would not pair. I got frustrated and put it in my drawer. I took it out a week later and tried it and it worked for about a minute. It was cool for a minute, but now it doesn't work anymore.

Official Nintendo Universal Hard Case for DS Lite, DSi, and DSi XL - Wine
It's way too big to fit in your pocket so if your looking for something that will this isn't for you, but if you don't mind carrying this around you would be stupid not to buy this.Very nice hardcase. Solid latch and room for enough games to keep the kids occupied. These things bounce and protect the DS inside. Its good to keep the console, stylus and games organised in one robust package.

Quit looking!! This is the ONE! Walls are RIGID and the latches are good quality. The inside layout is VERY good with a rubber liner in the bottom well and there is room for 6 games in the lid (which also has a rubber liner). A "spacer" is included for the bottom well which allows configuration for a smaller game "console". I have a hard snap on cover for my DSi so I had to shave off a little bit of the spacer, but when I was done, the whole console (cover and all) went right inside with a nice snug fit. And for once, I am TOTALLY happy with the price...CHEAP insurance for your investment!Read Best Reviews of Official Nintendo Universal Hard Case for DS Lite, DSi, and DSi XL - Wine Here
This was purchased as a gift. The person I gave it to is very happy with it. I bought a soft side case for someone else in the past and this case is far better than the other. Not only does it provide better protection for the system but also provides more space for accessories. If you are looking for a DS case I would recommend this one.Want Official Nintendo Universal Hard Case for DS Lite, DSi, and DSi XL - Wine Discount?
Extremely large, clunky case. Defeats the purpose of a portable handheld console by storing it in a container that is too big to take with you. Will NOT fit in your pocket.Saturday, April 12, 2014

CE Compass USB Wireless 2.4G Optical Hand-Held Mouse Mice W/ Trackball for Windows XP Vista Win7 Mac
PROS:
Nice product and really affordable.
Nice quality but not astonishing.
Its comfortable when held on your hand with the trackball, not that mush when used as a table mouse.
It helps if you suffer from wrist pain (mine went away).
Easier to get use to, a lot easier than regular trackballs.
Wireless reaches up to 9 feet which is useful for presentations.
CONS:
During charge the batt area gets hot. (not dangerous hot but you can notice it).
The trackball doesn't work that well on every position, usually upwards (like the picture) its the best position to use it.
The position of the scroll wheel is not the best but you could live with it.
Overall rate: 8used because i injured my arm and worked great ... easy installation and long battery life ...need to put door on bottom lense can cause problem if u block it w/ finger while using in the upright position.I got this product to help with wrist and finger discomfort. It seems like it is helping.
My biggest complaint is the tail end, seems to be unnecessary and a bit awkward. When on the desktop, it interferes with the fluid natural mouse motion we are used to with standard mice and because I have relatively small hands, it does not sit well in my hand and I feel like it would fit better without the tail piece.
Overall, it seems to work well. I wish the trackball would also work well during desktop use, I imagine if it were seated tighter it could. Though I think part of the "smart" tech in it uses the seating of the ball to determine when to use the optics vs the ball.
UPDATE: as time went on, I had an issue with the cursor moving on its own when not in use. I actually discontinued use and opted for a different model that doesn't have the tabletop feature and more buttons.

SanDisk SDCFB-256-A10 256 MB CompactFlash Card (Retail Package)
- 256 MB CompactFlash
- Removable data storage system
- Ultracompact
- Industry-standard compatibility
- For use in digital cameras, PDAs, HPCs, personal communicators, and MP3s
The SanDisk SDCFB-256-A10 256MB CompactFlash Card, like most 256MB cards, will store on average 284 pictures when used with a 2 megapixel camera, 213 images when used with a 3 megapixel camera, 128 pictures when used with a 4 megapixel camera, 102 images when used with a 5 megapixel camera, and 80 pictures when used with a 6 megapixel camera. These numbers are based off the assumption that you are going to shoot your images at the highest quality JPEG setting available for the camera and understand that they are estimates and may be off by as much as 10 percent due to numerous factors including the complexity of the scene being shot and the compression algorithm used by your specific camera.
I truly hope this review was helpful to you in determining whether this card is the right capacity for your specific needs.

I recently bought a Canon S40 camera which I love..I also purchased this Sandisk 256MB card to go along wiht it..I have taken as many as 264 pictures( think you can get as many as 500 on it) at 2272X1704 resolution(highest resolution for this camera) and it still was going..I believe you can only get about 30 with the card that comes stock with the camera..If your not to much into the high resolution you can get about 1500 pictures at 640X480 I think...Thats a huge benefit if your traveling and cant download onto a computer for a while. Did a week at Disneyworld with the kids and captured the whole thing on one card...SWEET!!Read Best Reviews of SanDisk SDCFB-256-A10 256 MB CompactFlash Card (Retail Package) Here
The Sandisk 256Mb Cf card really delivers 244MB after formatting it in my Canon A80 camera. But this happens to many CF cards, you have to accept that.I chose a 256MB card since the Canon takes up about 2MB PER Picture on best quality and size settings ( total about 120 odd-pics). Lower quality( picture compression) or pic size gives me much more images. I can record about 700 odd seconds of video on the card @ 320*240 15fps settings. I definitely recommend this card size as one if you plan to buy a 3MP+ camera. Since the price difference is reducing every day, it makes more sense to opt of a 256Mb instead of a 128MB card. FOr 5MP and above, however, a 512MB+ card may be better suited.
The card is very reliable. I've been using it for 3 months+ and have taken 500+ photos on it. However, the speed at which the card writes the image is a bit too slow for my liking ( or maybe its the camera?). Next time i'm going in for a faster card , maybe from the Sandisk ULTRA II series....
Want SanDisk SDCFB-256-A10 256 MB CompactFlash Card (Retail Package) Discount?
I bought a Kodak Easyshare 4300 (3mpx) camera recently and found that it was short of memory. I ahd 16 mb with the camera which was not enough for more than 15 pictures at highest resolution. But with card I can take around 240 pictures of highest resolution. Ofcourse one might wonder whether you would take so many pictures before you can download them.
If you go for a trip I doubt if you will have access to a computer. Even if you do you need to install teh software on that computer and download them. So if you are going for a skiing trip with your family and would like to capture every moment, you need atleast 128 mb. 128 mb is good but might fall short if you want to take small videos.
So I strongly recommend this card as there is not much difference in the price between 128 mb and 256 mb. Also if your digital camera has the facility of videos then this card is a MUST.
And ofcourse you might wonder if the prices might go down. But you should also count the invaluable moments you can capture and share immediately with all your family and friends. Also I dont think you will get a better deal than this for atleast 6 months. Dont miss the mail in rebate offer from amazon.comI have two Sandisk 256MB CF cards, and I'm very happy with them. My oldest Sandisk 256MB CF card is about a year old. Between the two of them, I've taken several thousand pictures, and so far neither has given me any problems. My oldest card has proven its reliability in the combination of humid Scandinavian summer weather, a lot of hiking in southern Arizona's blasting heat, and some really cold Colorado winter weather. It has performed exceptionally well under all of these conditions.
Pros:
* Durable and exceptionally reliable Sandisk does without a doubt have the most reliable CF cards on the market.
* This card is due to its reliability and price, without a doubt the best value for money of any CF card on the market today.
Cons:
* Molasses in winter pretty much describes the speed of this card. Seriously though, tests show that unless you're transferring files to your computer via a USB 2.0 interface, the read/write speed between the camera and the CF card does not nearly exploit the potential of any good card. There might be a 20-30% difference between a fast and a slow card when it comes to in-camera read/writes.
This card is extremely reliable, and looking at reliability+price (you can get really good deals on this card) vs. speed, I'd say this is the best value for money of any CF card on the market today. I give it an unconditional 5 stars!!!

time will tell how it holds up, but in the mean time i like it.
my only reason for the 3 stars and not 5, is that the shipping from China was slow, and it's shipped personal signature required and my apt office was not allowed to sign. so, it was attempted to be delivered during the day while i was at work. it was two (2) weeks!!!!! before USPS attempted another delivery. again, i was not home, and this time the item was kept at post office till i could claim in person. waaayy too much trouble and time.

Not bad at all.Coloration is far from perfect but quality of B&W receipts and invoices is a great.
Resolution, contrast is good. Had no problems with scanning tempo.
Really compact and light. For the money I think it is a good buy,
(as long as it keeps working of course)
P.S. Connects as a mass-storage to mac. No software needed.Wish it was a little bigger, but it's perfect for regular size pictures. It's also great for your back pack.I think it's worth buying considering its price. What's more important is that it works very well. Sometimes there appears a black thin line on the scanned image, but when you clean the class of the scanner, it is gone. I am still using it.

Now for the bad: You'll first notice that the depth of the device is nearly doubled when inside the case, so jean-pocket carry is impossible unless you like `em extra-baggy, and there is no alternative since it doesn't have a belt clip. I'm lucky enough to be able to carry it in the large breast pocket on my work shirt. The leather band that runs across the device just under the screen is a bit thick and close to the tops of the home, phone, and up buttons, making pressing them awkward. I have adapted to this by pressing a combination of leather and button to get the desired function and this seems to work well. The device slides up a bit inside the case (the same phenomenon that makes removal easy) when ANY force is applied from below, like when plugging in the power cable. You'll soon learn to secure the top of the device with a spare finger to hold it in. Finally, the flip front is awkward to hold back the first few times you talk on the phone, but I've learned to appreciate the puffy depth this give the device so it doesn't feel like I'm talking into a business card (you may feel differently about this). It's funny watching friends fumble with the case when using your phone for the first time. :)
In summary, this is a great case for someone who has a bag or purse to always store the device, someone who doesn't carry it with them everywhere, or if you have a pocket big enough. Protection and style are the primary functions of this case, not convenience. If you pocket-carry your phone, get a slimmer case. Overall build quality is a perfect 10. Ergonomics gets a 6.I love this cover. It keeps my phone from becoming damaged. I am thrilled I purchased it.

I purchased this Bluetooth adapter after noticing that most of the others seemed to have problems with the 64-bit version of Windows 7. This adapter worked right out of the box with no problems.Want Ultra-mini Bluetooth 2.0 Adapt Discount?
Plug and play OK in Windows 7. Make sure your devices also have their latest drivers; some older cell phones, for instance, may need driver updating or you may find that they may not even be compatible with Windows 7.Even the people in the local Verizon stores are ignorant about Bluetooth and how it works.
By the way, the firmware immediately upgrades the device to Bluetooth v2.1 + EDR.
Any problems I had were caused by my unfamiliarity with Bluetooth.
The dongle is small enough so that you can leave it in place all of the time; it can be turned off and left in place when not in use.
Jim
Update 6/9/2011 Changed rating from 5 stars to 2 stars. It does not support all Bluetooth profiles. It does not support A2DP profile (stereo headphones), among others. I received this information direct from Targus.
Jim
Update 4/19/2012 Changed rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. I almost gave up the other day due to inconvenient disconnects with my wireless mouse and lack of A2DP support. I tried to update the driver through Device Manager but it said that I was using the latest driver. I went shopping for other devices and noticed that Broadcom had issued a new Windows 7 driver last month. Since I did not recall any update, I downloaded and installed it. The difference is night and day. My mouse works perfectly and I have the ability to select A2DP service from my cellphone through the dongle to my computer. Targus still says that A2DP is "not supported". The whole Broadcom/Operating System/Dongle Driver interface is so confused and the confusion seems to apply to a lot of dongles; I am saying that Broadcom, Microsoft et al, and the dongle makers are all confused. Their own technology seems to be developing so fast that they can't coordinate and keep up with it. Suffice it to say, I am happy with its performance now.
Jim
Update 6/21/2012 Back to 2 stars. The unit just never was 100% reliable. I stuck with it for over a year. I think the problems are all with the Broadcom Bluetooth stack, not the hardware. I have moved on to something else.
Jim

As a last piece of advice i highly recommend that you do your research before you go and by any PDA. Dont believe the PocketPC ads or even the Palm ads. Talk to a lot of people and read a lot of reviews, particularly reviews that are made my people like you or me who aren't on Palm's or Microsoft's payroll.(Unfortunately) They will really tell you a lot of things that you will really want to know.
Good Luck! Overall again this is a good introductory palm for those who dont have any type of PDA. Again it really depend on your needs in a PDA. If all you need is a place to write telephone numbers, keep a calendar, a to do list and maybe a few games, this would be adequate. However if you need to view documents, e-books, web clippings, spreadsheets, and even listen to music, you might want to go another direction. The Palm m105 is a great pieace of hardware, no matter how you live your life and want it for. The plastic is a little lighter grade, but if its your first dive into the world of Palms, you'll have nothing to compare this grade of plastic to anyway.Palm gives you everything to get you started. You get the full Palm OS with the date book and phone book and the to do list, 8mb of memory, the new stylish, curved look, the cover plate with the clock feature, the syncing cradle and the multimail, AvantGo software and the Outlook Sync program too.
Plus, that wireless internet kit they throw in too. It works with lot's of Nokia cell phones and Motorola cell phones that have infrared, or you can buy a little cable to connect the two if you have a phone without infrared. ... you know you have a Palm that can do anything with, just by downloading and installing the right program. I do real-estate on the side, and I have mine do lease calculations for me, mortgage amortization charts, a dataadse to keep clients names and numbers, and also a database of places available to show. And the Date Book schedules who's seeing what and at what time and what day. For me personally, it keeps track of my bills with Pocket Quicken, holds all my friends numbers and addresses for me, and co-ordinates my social schedule as well. And for my company where I work, I am an accountant, and I have a program that can calculate gross profit, an entire business calculator I downloaded from somewhere and can work on spreadsheets or word processing documents whenever I get a chance (used to have to carry a laptop for that)! There is even a program to calculate the tip and divide the bill by how many people ate for a group at a restaraunt! Not Kidding! Anything and eveything, you can add it because you have 8mb.
Use it whenever you are stuck somewhere, like a train station, an airport, a cab ride, or just waiting in line at the supermarket. With the wireless internet connection, you can email people from anywhere..,your boat, the beach, the mall. The possibilities are endless, it can save you so much time. Not to mention having all the info you need to run your career right in your hand. Or should I say in the Palm of your hand? :)

First off, Id like to say that Ive had this pda for over three years. Ive continuosly used it since I had gotten mine,(i won mine)and Ive never had a problem with it. Ive dropped it, kicked it, I have even stepped on it!(None of these on purpose) It doesnt have a scracth. And it seems like theres unlimited memory. Ive never had to delete any thing for extra memory, and 8mb may not sound like much, but it is! And there are superior graphics on this handheld. Even though it isnt color. Such a bargain too! The only problem is that if your batterys die or fall out, your memory is reset, deleting all files!!!I rate this great for anyone with a cash limitotherwise go for the Palm m130!!!
Pros: Lots o' Memory, Great graphics, very durable
Cons: If batterys fall out, all files are lost =(Palm Pilots in general are great things, but the Palm m105 (the whole m series, in fact) is a huge disapointment. As the Amazon review says, the OS isn't upgradeable -a major flaw, imagine buying a PC with Windows 3.1 and never being able to change it! -and the screen is too small for my taste.
The good thing is that Palm put a decent amount of memory (8 megs) in this model. If you get one of the 2 meg models you may as well get a basic $50 electronic address book from Radio Shack. 8 megs should be the absolute MINIMUM amount of memory in a handheld PC. I'd really like to see Palm begin offering models with 16 or 32 megs of RAM like, dare I say it, PocketPCs.
The best Palm model out there is the Vx (it is even better with an OmniSky modem) but it is way too expensive. The next best choice is the IIIxe (which I hear they've stopped producing, so grab one now) which has all top of the line features except it doesn't have the internal rechargeable battery and it is bigger.
