Magicolor 5670EN Color Laser

Magicolor 5670EN Color Laser
  • High speed from first page to last: magicolor 5670EN color laser printers produce 9600 x 600 dpi-class PhotoART contone color and B&W prints at speeds up to 37 ppm and feature a monthly duty cycle of 120,000 prints.
  • Network and local connectivity: Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000BaseTX), IEEE 1284 parallel and USB 2.0 interfaces connect work teams including Windows, Mac and Linux users.
  • Built-in Emperon Print System: With PostScript 3 and PCL 6 emulations, plus native XPS functionality for Windows Vista systems.
  • Exceptional Color Control: With eAIDC (enhanced Automatic Image Density Control) calibration, the magicolor 5670EN delivers consistent color accuracy page after page.
  • Broad media support up to banner size: Print on an array of paper sizes from postcard to 8.5" x 47.24" banners and on a variety of office papers.

I've had the 5670EN for about 4 months now and bought it to support my wife's wedding invitation business. She typically prints 100-600 sheets per month on a variety of paper thicknesses up to 80lb cover stock. The ink jets were just killing us on cost, going through several hundred dollars a month in ink. But the Canon MX420 handled thick paper with no issues and had good quality prints. So I ordered the Konica Minolta to help save some money on printing. It arrived and was very big and heavy which was expected. I assembled everything and used the side loader to try a thicker stock. The fuser will not produce enough heat to work on thick stock such as 80lb cover (216gsm). In fact, it won't even print well on the stated max thickness (210gsm I think), my guess is because it is not as smooth. So the manual feeder is basically worthless to us.

The reason I still am giving this printer 4 stars is it work very well and is very inexpensive for regular thickness paper. I have it on my network and all computers in the house can print to it. It cranks out 100 prints in minutes with no fading, striping or page to page variance. So we now use this printer exclusively for some types of prints on regular thickness paper, but I bought another excellent inkjet that is very cheap to operate and can do any thickness practically up to plywood. We have to do some color matching in Photoshop if a client's job uses both printers, but it's worth the time for the money it saves.

One other note is the replacement toner is about $570 for CMYK. This comes with starter toners which haven't even shown their levels budge yet after a thousand prints or so. That's the reason I didn't return the printer when I figured out it wouldn't do the thick paper. The starter toner is worth about what the printer sells for less return shipping.

original of 5 stars. updated to 2. ----I run a custom printing business and it took me a while to get used to this. This has so many options it took a lot of trial and error to get all of my colors just right. It also printed too bright (looked washed out), luckily you can even adjust the brightness and contrast by 15% each, so I set bright to -15%.

This prints true to color and the best color I've seen from a printer.

~update, starter toner lasted 3500 pages, found the sheet that said it was estimated at 6k, so seeing as i use 30% coverage (according to stats page) that's pretty good.

--------------------------------------------

update 10-29-12: this printer isn't worth it. one problem after another. tech support is pretty good, but don't follow up on problems. so when the problem persists you have to wait on hold again, or if the tech person never shows up after a week you have to call again.

my first major problem was 1.5 months after having it, it started jamming. they sent a new fuser, and tech installed it. still got random jams. tech guy came out and he said it was curling the paper the wrong way, causing the jam. but to flip the paper so the natural curl of it was the other way. it doesn't matter which way the paper is i still get random jams.

ad that to the fact the new image drums (need to be replaced after 15-30k pages depending on use) cost 2x as much as the new printer. who would do that when you can buy a new printer? i'm sticking to xerox and so far my oki printer is ok

Great output, the toner is a bit expensive, but I have been using the Konica type instead of the cheaper "compatible" type. Very fast printing and pretty much perfect color output. The toner and processing units are extremely easy to replace and I haven't had any issues. The waste container seems to get full pretty fast, but they can be emptied out and a new one is pretty cheap (I rotate between three of them). So if you want some professional looking printouts, this is a good printer, I have had it for about 7 months and we have several people that use it all day long and it still seems to be a pretty solid printer.

I purchased the Executive Portfolio Case for my Kindle Fire and absolutely loved it. I travel quite a lot and the zippered case kept my Kindle secure. When I received the Kindle Fire HD as a gift the first thing I did was go to Amazon and purchased the same case different color. I did not shop around or look at other cases, I purchased what I knew would work. Shipping was very quick and it is perfect.

The rating has nothing to do with the product per. The problem with the product was that it was too heavy along with my other belongings. It is designed to protect the Kindle, just to heavy to carry.

Clear Anti-glare Screen Protector for the HP iPAQ h2200 h2215 h2210 Series - Gomadic Brand

Clear Anti-glare Screen Protector for the HP iPAQ h2200 h2215 h2210 Series - Gomadic Brand
  • Provides clear, anti-glare, dust repelling and fingerprint free surface
  • Protects expensive touch screen from scrapes and scratches
  • Improves screen contrast and handwriting recognition
  • Includes soft card squeegee, easy to install
  • Washable and backed by Gomadics Lifetime Warranty

I'm still not sure if the screen looks better with or without this filter. There still is glare. I'm not sure if a small reduction of glare is worth a reduction of brightness, and a visible moire pattern.

Interesting, the direction of the filter seems to matter. At some point I took it off, and when I've put it back, it ended up "upside-down" (same side towards the screen but other end towards the bottom of the screen), and worked better in this direction.

It scratches real easy, much easier than the PDA screen (but then again, it's much cheaper to replace). If you have some dust on the screen, make sure to wipe it off before using the stylus.

Gomadic Brand Horizontal Black Leather Carrying Case for the Palm palm Tungsten C with Integrated Belt Loop and Optional Belt Clip
  • Constructed of premium black leather, this slim fitting and classically designed carrying case will fit any clothing style or fabric.
  • Case dimensions are sized to accommodate 122.1 x 78.5 x 16.9 mm . A perfect fit for the Palm palm Tungsten C.
  • Detachable belt clip can be used as a carrying option. Case also has an integrated belt loop to provide a second alternative.
  • Cutouts on both the sides and bottom of the case provide access to critical device controls and ease of removal.
  • Case provides functionality with a streamlined shape. A great look for both casual or business setting.

I bought this for my husband because I bought him a new PDA for Valentine's Day this year. The belt clip broke after about two weeks, however he did not return it because he still found it functional without. Not made too well.

I got one of these. It is bigger than advertised--my Tungsten rattled around inside this case. The stylus fell out easily. Gomadic sent two more cases trying to find one that fit better. I ended up returning all of them since none fit well, so I cannot recommend this particular product (0 stars). However, Gomdadic went overboard trying to make me happy. I recommend them without any hesitation (5 stars).

Other than the size issue, it was a fairly nice case--high quality vinyl or heavily "tanned" leather (not sure which). Workmanship seemed fine.

Laptop Buddy Mini Bladeless Cooling Fan Powered by USB (72-0607)

Laptop Buddy Mini Bladeless Cooling Fan Powered by USB
  • Portable electric table desk fan
  • Mini USB bladeless design
  • Can be easily placed onto desk or office table
  • Safe: Without blades exposed no possibility to hurt people and pets by blade cutting
  • Smooth air: The bladeless fan uses an airfoil-shaped ramp to amplify the airflow to create a cool blast of smooth air without the unpleasant buffeting caused by spinning blades
  • Dimensions: 6.8 x 5.1 x 10.7 inches
  • Easy to clean: Simple bladeless design, very easy to clean
  • Energy-saving: consumes half the energy of a conventional fan

The fan works, air comes out of it. It is convenient that it powers off of a USB port. The breeze created is not strong, and if the fan is more than 2 feet away from you it is barely noticeable. There isn't much difference between the high and low settings. Both settings are quite noisy, it makes more noise than air. I am keeping it though, mostly because it was cheap and I only use it occasionally in my office.

This product arrived broken. This is deceptively advertized as bladeless. It simply has housed the blade in the base where it can not be seen. If it had not arrived with the blade off the shaft I would not have known one was in the base. The air comes in through the slots you see in the base and is then forced upward where it comes out around the rim.

Zoom 5341 DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem 5341J

Zoom 5341 DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem 5341J
  • The Zoom 5341J DOCSIS 3.0 cable modem plugs into an Ethernet port of any Windows computer, Mac computer, wired router, or wireless router.
  • Download speed is up to 343 Mbps. Upload speed is up to 143 Mbps. Actual speed also depends on your cable modem service.
  • Works with all US cable modem services, including DOCSIS 3.0, 2.0, and 1.1 services. Supports IPv6 and IPv4 for powerful, flexible network addressing.
  • CableLabs certified. Also certified for North American safety, FCC 15B, RoHS, Comcast, Cox, and others.

I had opportunity to test two different cable modems on Comcast business service. One was Motorola SB6121 and the other Zoom 5341. Both are DOCSIS 3.0, which is required for high speed cable service. Comcast tech support was not thrilled about Zoom while they praised Motorola SurfBoard high. As it turned out, average Comcast technician, who suppose to activate the modem, has a trouble with the Zoom serial number.

My configuration of Comcast service in this case is 2 times 50 Mb/s download and 10 Mb/s upload speed. This service supposes to supply over 1000 users with Internet access, load balance mode. First line was activated with Zoom modem and everything went well for several days. To the second line I attached Motorola modem; Comcast managed to deactivate Zoom modem on the first line in process, though. Initial test of Motorola showed expected values in download and upload speeds. However, with network connected to it, Motorola download speed didn't reach more than 10 Mb/s download with upload of 2 Mb/s. After 24 hours of 1000 people complaining, Comcast Technician came to check the installation and re-activate Zoom modem. Test of Motorola modem with a single laptop connected didn't show any abnormality: Download and upload speed were at nominal values. Since I couldn't put in place my load balancer yet, I switched the network to the Zoom modem and made 1000 surfers happy again. In a couple of days my load balance configuration should go live, using one Motorola and one Zoom modem. I intend to update this review with the result of Motorola performance in this configuration, for potential buyers interested in the Motorola SB6121.

Well, I decided to buy Comcast Internet service for home and I didn't have dilemma which modem to chose; Zoom it is. I ordered on-site installation because my cable coax had to be replaced and expecting confusion with Zoom serial number (that happened as expected, too). Anyway, Comcast got it online and my modem is happily blinking, ever after (two weeks in service). The one ordered here has slightly different housing than the first one I dealt with (bought at Microcenter); I assume that Zoom made a change in design and this one does not get as warm (as the other one).

Price difference between Zoom and Motorola on Amazon is not worth mentioning; while Motorola is a big name in communication equipment I felt more comfortable for going with Zoom this time.

**** UPDATE ****

After year in service at home, this modem had 100% uptime no glitches whatsoever. I cancelled my service with Comcast few days ago; price for my service went higher than I find justified. I signed up with WOW and transferred this modem to the new service no problems.

Buy Zoom 5341 DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem 5341J Now

I used this to replace an old Docsis 2.0 Motorola SBG900.

The SBG900 worked well enough until I purchased a Logitech Revue, which has issues with the SBG900, such as dropping connections which required a reboot of the router, among other things.

After doing my research, I found that the Zoom 5341J was Comcast compatible and capable of connecting to 8 download channels and 4 upload channels, compared to the much more common 4Down x 4Up configuration. Keep in mind that the Zoom 5341(with no J at the end) is a 4x4 configuration.

The Zoom 5341 is a modem only, not having a wireless router embedded like the SBG900, but I already had a Linksys WRT54G router, which I had already pulled out to try and rectify my problems with the Logitech Revue. The SBG900 kept dropping the wired connection to the Linksys though... The Zoom 5350 is compatible with Comcast and has the same specs as the 5341J, but also has a wireless router and 4 wired ports as well. I considered it, but decided to go with seperate pieces for modem and router duty.

The evening that the Zoom 5341J arrived, I installed it in place of the SBG900, and plugged my laptop in. Once it had established a connection, the Comcast device activation page came up in my browser, and I was able to switch the activation from the SBG900 to the Zoom 5341J in minutes, with no need for phone calls to support.

The configuration of the Zoom 5341J is very simple, and I made no changes to the default configuration. I did check the connections, and found that I had 8 download connections and 2 upload connections. It appears that Comcast in my area will only provide 2 upload connections.

I plugged the Linksys WRT54G in and had WiFi a minute later. I found average speeds to be about the same as before, but peak speeds to be about 30% faster, and this resulted in snappier browser performance, and quicker starting of streaming video. I also have found that the connection is more robust, as I have not been getting the rebuffering and disconnects streaming video that I was getting with the SBG900.

My problems with the Logitech Revue have also been solved, and the Zoom 5341J has not been dropping the wired connection to the Linksys WRT54G. That, combined with the performance enhancements, has left me very happy.

Read Best Reviews of Zoom 5341 DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem 5341J Here

I would have given this modem 5 stars, but the first one I received was DOA. I couldn't get anything but the power light to come on. The second one worked perfectly, and I can tell it's faster. Speedtest dot net had me at about 6 Mbps down and 3 Mbps up with the RCA DOCSIS 2.0 modem Comcast provided, and with this one I'm getting 26 Mbps down and 6 Mbps up. I can't believe I put up with that so long! It's funny too that Comcast was harassing people who own their equipment to upgrade to DOCSIS 3.0, but never bothered to mention a need to upgrade to those who lease their modems.

So far I'm happy with this modem, and would recommend it to those who use Comcast. Just remember give the full model 5341J and to speak slow, and repeat yourself when giving them the MAC ID. The call center is overseas, and there is a BIG language barrier. It took a few times to get the information across. Also, If you purchase this item from Modem Land, make sure it's the one that is full filled by Amazon (which is covered by Amazon's return policy). Modem Land's direct return policy is horrible, and would leave you responsible for return shipping, and a possible 15% restocking fee.

Want Zoom 5341 DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem 5341J Discount?

I've recently purchased this modem to replace the one I rented from Comcast for $7/month. The modem is affordable and definitely worth the price -the modem rental savings will pay for this one in less than a year. I did not really have any issues with the modem I rented from Comcast, just wanted to cut another recurring fee. This modem did the job for me.

DESCRIPTION

The modem itself is pretty compact and lightweight in a nice small box. It works great and my internet speed is same or faster than before. The indicator lights on the front work fine. Although the manufacturer says that the upstream (US) and downstream (DS) channel LED indicators should be solid green they may not be nor necessarily have to be. It depends on the cable provider's system. Mine are solid blue, but that's just fine. So don't let that alarm you unless you can't connect to the internet. I'm very pleased with this product.

INSTALLATION

Before installing the modem, you should write down the modem name, model number, MAC address and the serial number from the back -you'll need them later. Installation was very simple, it's a matter of attaching the coax cable, the power cord and the Ethernet connection to the router. Once connected, you just call your cable provider and ask them to update their records with the information for the new modem. Typically, they'll need just the modem model number and the MAC address, but it can vary from provider to provider. They should update this while you're on the phone with them and they'll reset the modem to connect and you're in business.

MODEM vs. MODEM + ROUTER COMBO

One last note -if you're deciding between a plain cable modem and a modem/router combo then I'd recommend going with the plain modem. The combos are certainly appealing since you get two things in a single box and have fewer cords and power adapters to worry about. But from performance point of view, in a combo box you typically get a great modem, but a mediocre router. You're much better served by getting a well-performing model for each piece of your home network. I've got a NETGEAR N600 Wireless-N Dual Band Router WNDR3400 that works great. And now I've added a good cable modem to go with it.

Save 25% Off

While looking to rid myself of Comcast's rental (which I had shamefully paid for so many years), I read reviews here and decided on 5341J. All DOCSIS 3.0 models are priced similarly, but this one has that little advantage of potentially bonding 8 channels downstream instead of the normal 4. (Not that Comcast will allow you without your arm and leg.) Besides, the Cisco/Linksys model that I was actually looking to buy was too unproven, and Motorola's was, eh, SurfBored. But the deciding factor is the overwhelmingly positive experience shared here. The same positive experience that I am going to share.

So I got my Zoom, hooked the cables up, and ventured to the Web. Initially, Comcast's self-service activation had a problem (that the machine could not define) with my unit even though all lights were up correctly. Dreading to stay on the phone listening to elevator music, I opted to "Chat with an online expert." (Via the very modem connection.)

The agent asked me to read the MAC address even though their system should able to identify based on the chatting session, and added this unit to my account. (See the package picture for how to locate it.) Then told me that "I sent it a signal but it cannot receive." The "advice" for me? "Find a replacement device." Really? I had already viewed my unit's status Web page and determined that the device was working perfectly. I insisted to try again. Comcast or the agent failed again. Anywhere I browse landed on Comcast's activation page. "Find a replacement device." I gently suggested that the device couldn't possibly be defective because I was able to ping any Internet server (beside the fact that the very device was used in the chat). "I understand. But my advice is for you to find a replacement device."

Thanks but no thanks. After more than half an hour in live chat, I went back to the self-service page, and tried once more myself. Bling! No more problems. In less than 10 minutes I was online. All my Internet-dependent thingies including phone adapter and wireless router work perfectly with 5341J. So do not listen to any Comcast trained monkey who tells you that your 5341J will not work, especially if you can already go to their activation page. They just want to chain you to their aged rental unit. (Or they may have a plan to sell you their stock Motorola junk.)

In my side-by-side tests, Zoom 5341J is consistently faster than the Comcast rental (Motorola SB5101, which uses DOCSIS 2.0), both downstream and upstream. The speed difference is marginal not because 5341J is incapable, but because Comcast is throttling my speed to my pay level. ("Performance", I think, at 20Mbps, although I am able to get over 27Mbps with 5341J.)

The main body of 5341J is about the same size as SB5101's, but more elegantly designed. (Note the current Amazon picture shows a 5341H that has a curved front. This is an older model with only 4-channel bonding.) It has four rubber feet to stand flat, or you can use the shipped plastic stand to raise it upright, or you can mount it on the wall using the mount holes in its belly. (I had initially struggled to figure out the modem stand. So hope my upright pictures can save you from this trouble. It's a shame that neither the manual nor Zoom's Web site illustrates these features.) The power supply sports a newer slim design that easily fits in a single slot on a typical power bar. It looks day and night compared with SB5101's clumsy old design. (But the latter comes with a super long power cable. Not necessarily a plus but sometimes can be helpful.) The quick start guide is adequate (not that I needed it). But 5341J has the most bizarrely coded Web interface that I have seen in any such devices. Well, most people will never need to use this, so this defect has little impact.

Bottom line: Zoom 5341J is an solid, elegant product that is a perfect replacement for your cable co rental. (Yes it is said to be certified with all U.S. providers and many in other countries.) In addition to a nice upgrade to DOCSIS 3.0 (and gigabit Ethernet you'll need it if you pay their top rate), I am looking to recover the $80 that I paid last week (not sure why Amazon prices fluctuate as much as $10 in one week) in less than one year if I stick with Comcast not that I have many choices. Do not let your cable co deceive you.

A final word? Do not buy a modem/wireless router combo. Wireless technology is evolving quickly, while your cable co will work very hard to make DOCSIS a stale standard. You don't want to get stuck when your neighbour has that shiny new wireless toy.

SanDisk 2 GB SD Flash Memory Card SDSDB-002G-AFFP

SanDisk 2 GB SD Flash Memory Card SDSDB-002G-B35
  • Cards include security feature for protection of copyrighted data
  • SD cards are fully compatible with all SD-compliant devices
  • Speed performance rating: Class 4 (based on SD 2.0 Specification)
  • Writeable label for easy identification and organization
  • Ships in Certified Frustration-Free Packaging
  • High quality and reliability backed by a 5-year limited warranty

This memory card from Sandisk works just as expected. The quality of the pictures loses nothing and yet the amount of photos stored is immense!

Note: Be aware that not every digital camera has the capability to read memory cards above a certain ceiling (my Canon Powershot SD630 can only read memory cards up to 2gb), so make sure your camera is capable.

I use this memory card for my Canon Powershot G7. With the shooting function on Manual, recording pixels at M1 (2816x2112, enough quality for an 8x10 printout), compression at Superfine, I can take a max of 1915 photos or 64'50" of video at 1024 High Resolution. At around $50, this is a good price, although I'm sure in 10 years we'll have 1tb memory cards for the same inexpensive price and this comment will be scoffed at for being sooo from the '00's.

I'd recommend this product to anyone who will be traveling for an extensive time and won't have the chance to dock to a computer and upload their pictures.

Buy SanDisk 2 GB SD Flash Memory Card SDSDB-002G-AFFP Now

Please note that this is a Class 2 card (Class 6 is the current "top of the line"). Class 2 transfers two mega-thingies per second rather than the six mega-thingies per second for Class 6 cards.

This transfer rate is fine for most devices, but takes 3 times as long to copy files back and forth from your computer.

Please also note that older card readers are not able to handle SDHC (HC stands for "High Capacity"). Some card readers are good for only 1 GB, some go up to 2 GB or 4 GB, but only the latest generations are capable of 8 GB.

Lastly, if you are using Windows XP, you may need to either add Service Pack 3 or add a patch before the high capacity card can be recognized by your system.

I recommend adding the patch rather than SP3. Some things haven't been working quite right since I installed the latest service pack from Microsoft you may not wish to take that chance...

The Sandisk brand of flash memory cards seems to be the best all-around quality. This particular card is a good value, I paid around $12 for it. It arrived in bulk packaging, meaning without a re-useable case. The newer Sandisk cards are black, so I assume this blue card is a year or two old model, but that's okay. I have had a few failures with Transcend and Kingston memory cards, but all of the Sandisk cards I own are still working, even the oldest ones. This Class 4 card will give adequate performance for capturing stills in any digital camera that uses SDHC cards, and it will capture Standard Definition (640 x 480) video. It might not be fast enough to record High Def video in some cameras, but in my Canon 60D, I have been able to shoot full HD videos up to three minutes long with no problems. This probably pushed the card to it's limits, as the User manual for the 60D clearly states that a Class 6 card is recommended as the minimum for HD video. A class 10 SD card is probably the best choice for HD video cameras, but beware of the cheaper Class 10 cards; some of these are labeled as Class 10, but don't actually deliver enough read/write speed for HD video.

Note on HD video recording capacity and cost. My Canon 60D needs 355 megabytes, more or less, per minute of HD video, so an 8 gb SD card will hold only about 22 minutes worth of video clips, with 4 gb being the maximum size of any single clip. That's three 8 gb cards for 1 hour of HD video; cost is about $90 for class 10 cards. By comparison, the Canon HV-40 HD camcorder stores a full hour of HD video on a single Mini-DV tape that costs about $2.00, and there is no inherent limit other than the 1 hour length of the tape, on long a single video clip can be. In many ways, a camcorder like the HV-40 is much easier to use for shooting HD video than a DSLR like the Canon 60D; for one thing the HV-40 has continuous auto-focus, which the 60D does not. What this means is that video of moving subjects shot with the DSLR will likely have a much higher percentage of out-of-focus segments than a video of the same subject shot with a camcorder. Bottom line is that just because most modern DSLR's can shoot HD video, this doesn't mean that a DSLR is your best choice for video; if you shoot a lot of video, a camcorder is probably a better choice, and one that records on to an internal hard disk drive or mini-dv tape will certainly cost far less for the recording media than high speed flash memory for a DSLR. I own an HV-20 camcorder, and it's definately easier to get nice video clips with it than with a DSLR, especially of moving subjects at close distances.

Want SanDisk 2 GB SD Flash Memory Card SDSDB-002G-AFFP Discount?

I purchased this memory card for my girlfriend for Christmas, since the biggest memory card she had was 64 MB (I know, it's a damn shame...). We popped it into her Canon Powershot SD 750 and it worked flawlessly. Lots of room for high-res pictures, video, and anything else you want to put on it. I fully recommend this product to anyone who uses alot of space on their memory cards quickly: it will be well worth the money. Be forewarned, however: this memory card only works in HC-compatible devices, so older digital cameras may not pick it up. You might want to check with the company that developed your camera first to see if it will work.

No complaints at all about this card, works great for me.

Just make sure you are ready for the SDHC card as opposed to a standard SD, as SDHC is a newer format to allow more storage and will not be compatible with some older cameras or PC card readers that can read standard SD.

If you have an older PC but a new camera, you can still download the images by connecting the camera to the PC via the USB link, instead of using the PC card reader. If you're not sure if your camera can use this card, look up your camera model online and see if it's SDHC compatible before buying this.

Exact(TM) PU Leather Folio Case for Kindle Fire HD 8.9 Inch Tablet RedIt is ok for what I paid. I like the fact it puts kindle to sleep. Not bad price for what it is.

It's exactly what I needed for my kindle. It is very nice I bought a different one from a different store and it doesn't have the same functions as the one from amazon. The case from amazon would highly recommend to any one because it is amazing and you can get it in different colors.

I am a critic when it comes to products; however, this folio case is great!!

It keeps the 8.9 Kindle fire in the case firmly with no doubts of it slipping out and it fits PERFECTLY!

The color of the case is radiant and beautiful (I choose the pink) and the stand is sturdy.

I recommend this case for everyone who owns a 8.9 Kindle fire hd!

My husband loves this case because it is a strong case that has protected his phone really well. He works out doors and has to have his phone on him all the time so clip really comes in handy.

The product did work as advertised, but I just didn't like it. By the time the back plate and front plate were installed, the phone was much bulkier, and, which I hadn't considered, no longer fit into my desktop stand, so I couldn't use those any more. Taking the casing off was difficult (which is a good thing considering you don't routinely want it to!). I got so annoyed that I ended up buying a different "clip only" holster.

Want Samsung I535 Shell/Holster Combo Discount?

This case is awesome. It isn't too bulky, and the texture is both aesthetically pleasing, nice to grip, and practical. The belt clip is an added bonus, albeit one I rarely use. The one flaw is that if the phone is dropped (even from a short distance) and the impact point is a front corner of the phone, the front casing tends to snap in half. I've had this happen twice. Despite this minor flaw, I still keep coming back to this case. The pros outweigh the cons!

Exactly as advertised. The 3 stylus' fit perfectly in the Treo 800w with plastic/metallic construction so they seem sturdier than the all plastic one that came with the Treo 800w. Very satisfied with the product.

Black Silicone Skin Case for Palm Pre + Car Charger + Travel Charger + Screen Protector

Black Silicone Skin Case for Palm Pre + Car Charger + Travel Charger + Screen ProtectorThis is a great case for the Palm Pre.

It lasted the 4 years that I used my Palm Pre.

Too bad HP killed it. I miss my Palm Pre. I wish my Android was half as good as my Palm Pre was.

Worked on my palm pre. Used the cig lighter adapter for my motorcycle, one rain and caputo. No big deal though not built for the elements. Rubber is garbage and falls off. Never stuck to my palm pre.

ScreenGuardZ HD Anti-Glare Durable Screen Protector and Premium Cleaning Cloth for Apple iPad (Trans

ScreenGuardZ HD Anti-Glare Durable Screen Protector and Premium Cleaning Cloth for Apple iPad
  • Contains 1 anti-glare PET film screen protector and premium cleaning cloth
  • Each screen protector lasts 6-12 months
  • Fit, protect and enhance performance of your device
  • Cling by themselves without residue leaving adhesives
  • Easy to apply and remove

Having an iPhone, I have been burned by screen protectors that do more harm than good, to the point where the readability goes to heck.

This screen for the iPad blends successfully the dampening of the screen glare (I use my iPad a lot on planes...the screen glare can be very annoying with the overhead lights on and people refusing to lower their shades) without sacrificing too much of what makes the iPad screen so spectacular.

Installation was easy, tho I did misalign it a bit upon application, but that was my rush to get it on!

The cleaning cloth is a nice bonus making the whole package a great price performer!

Oh, almost forgot, fingerprints marks were like nonexistent....NCIS would be hardpressed to find them!

UPDATE 6/14/11

Dare I say the applique is STILL on my Ipad with no wear and tear? No change in my ratings.

Buy ScreenGuardZ HD Anti-Glare Durable Screen Protector and Premium Cleaning Cloth for Apple iPad (Trans Now

Be patient when installing the film and it's awesome. To remove dust & bubbles: use scotch tape, lift the film up where there are dust or bubbles, put the sticky part of the tape on the back of the film and carefully peel it off. This takes patience but will make it almost perfect. The resulting display on the iPad is waaaaaay better. The reflection is almost gone and I actually prefer the more tactile surface. 10/10 for me here!

The product is good and remove quite al reflex that is the reason I bought.

The screen protect the real screen, but gets a lot of scratches that you see only when the iPad is turned off.

Also reduce a little the brightness of the screen. Nobody is perfect, but does is job very well.

Want ScreenGuardZ HD Anti-Glare Durable Screen Protector and Premium Cleaning Cloth for Apple iPad (Trans Discount?

Difficult to apply to the screen, the bubble near the edge never goes away, I use lens cleaner before I put the protector on, could be because my iPad was over a month old and I'm not very good on putting screen protector.

However, the most important part is the screen is not really like the anti glare I used to have on my iPhone, you will still have finer prints on the screen, and even worse is the protector made it harder to clean up the prints.

Without the protector it is easy to just wipe the prints with a cloth or tissue, but now have to apply some cleaner or maybe water to clean it.

Excellent protection and as long as you follow directions EXACTLY you will not have bubbles. I took my iPad into the bathroom and installed the screen protector with a hot shower running (as suggested by a previous reviewer) and it worked beautifully to keep dust and lint down long enough to finish the task.

SanDisk 8GB Compact Flash CF Ultra 30MB/s ( SDCFH-008G , Bulk Package )

SanDisk 8GB Compact Flash CF Ultra 30MB/sI originally bought this card as a cheapo backup for my much more expensive Sandisk Extreme 60MB/s CF card that I use in my 7D. However, I have not noticed a practical difference in speed between the two cards. I can count on both hands the number of times I've had to wait for the buffer to flush with either card and this is while shooting 25MB RAW files in 8FPS bursts. I just bought two more of the 8GB Ultras so I don't have to worry about running out of space when shooting on location. No need to spend extra on speed the 7D doesn't take advantage of. I highly recommend Sandisk in general and these cards in particular.

This review is for the Sandisk Ultra 8GB 30MB/sec card (SDCFH-008G), bulk package.

Superfast with the Canon 40D in picture taking and in downloading through the camera.

The 40D is probably too easy for this card. No complaint.

Works well with my canon 7D even if it's not UDMA. Like the manual says, I can shoot up to 96 jpegs or 15 raw images (up until the camera buffers fulls up). I can also take pictures while filming in full HD.

Read Best Reviews of SanDisk 8GB Compact Flash CF Ultra 30MB/s ( SDCFH-008G , Bulk Package ) Here

I bought two of these. One of them works fine and the other caused issues with my Canon 5D. I took several pictures without any problems but then it locked my camera up when I tried to review some of the shots. I am also unable to move any of the images to my IMac using a card reader.

Both of the cards came in a plastic holder sealed with an adhesive backed label. This label was difficult to remove and left adhesive residue on the outside of the holder. This residue is probably not something that you want to get into a $3000 camera.

In the future I will stick with the retail packaging. I am not sure what "bulk pack" means but I now question whether the same quality standards are adhered to. Maybe these are refurbished in some way? If you do decide to save some money and buy these, test them thoroughly before using (always good advice but not always followed).

I am new to CF cards and maybe I was just unlucky, but if I were Sandisk I would be cautious about the use of my brand on items like this.

Want SanDisk 8GB Compact Flash CF Ultra 30MB/s ( SDCFH-008G , Bulk Package ) Discount?

I have approximately oodles of these cards. I am a professional photographer and use only this card and size. I have purchased the ones in "bilk packaging" as well as those in standard packaging and they are reliable and consistent everytime. I do however label and date all of my cards as I purchase them and then pull them out of rotation after so many shots and re-formats.. (I reformat after every shoot)

I recommend these cards highly to anyone in need of the CF cards at a decent price!
