I have found using the mouse pad is mostly what I use this for. I have used the keyboard section from time to time but I use it in the living room as a remote control to watch movies and check and see if I got email. If responding to an email is warranted I get up and use a normal keyboard. The back light is a great feature BUT you have to find the one button on the board to get the back light going and its not easy. The space bar is easy to find so you can pause and play videos using it. When it falls asleep I just mash down on the keyboard a few times to wake it up. It blinks a light when its on as it 24/7 making it easier to find. The charge lasts a long time I think its a couple of months between charges and I found that when the mouse pad is slow to react and the pointer gets jittery its letting you know a needed charging is coming. takes about an hour. The most annoying thing is you have to hold the pad very delicately from below the keypad to get your finder input on the touch pad to respond. Its still working just as it did when I got it, no reliability issues at all.

This one doesn't work out so well. Each time it goes to sleep, it can't see the connection when it comes back. Moving on the touchpad produces intermittent movement on the screen. In order for the device to be useful, you have to reset the USB connection. This means you have to unplug the USB radio, wait a moment, and plug it back in. You must do this every time you don't use the device for more than 5 or so minutes.

While it is working, it works well enough. The key layout is illogical (left and right arrows are opposite the space bar, and opposite their expected sides, for example). The key presses don't always register, and the tactile feedback is like the buttons are filled with sand, rather than making a solid contact.

Overall, it is only barely functional. Great form factor, though. If my experience is to be expected, i would not recommend.

The Aiptek Pocket Cinema V10 (The Old Model) Projects an image with sound. You can turn up the brightness to fill a fairly large screen in the dark. (They never told us that it can't operate very long without overheating)!

The Pocket Cinema V20 got it right this time. The picture is noticeably brighter with better color. Using a standard camera tripod I can throw a very acceptable picture onto a six foot screen. There is an internal menu for adjusting brightness, contrast, color saturation, etc. The best part is that after showing a full-length movie the projector remains cool enough not to cause any problems.

The controls have been redesigned with a flat illuminated touch panel to control the electronics (it takes some getting used to, but the sensitivity is adjustable), a real switch to power the unit on and off, and a very good remote control. The battery can now be left in the unit without overcharging when using the AC adaptor.

I have a Samsung Rogue, and while I like it, doing anything with the internet browser is difficult, with teeny tiny fields for entering your information. I have had to try several times with my fingertip to select the fields. The pen is perfect for that. I initially got this tiny stylus with the strap because I thought that attaching the stylus by inserting it in the headphone jack I wouldn't lose it. Unfortunately, inserting it in the headphone jack activates headphones and I cannot use the phone normally, that is, I cannot hear anything from the receiver. Otherwise, it works great.

it works marvelously, except it's a bit short to grasp and use effectively. the tip works very well. i just bought the larger version and am thrilled.

Need I say more? Used to take notes at meetings using "Notes" software on my iPad. Works as good as any other means of handwriting input, with a compact form factor that means that I won't be caught without it. Clever design to use the audio jack as a tether connection.

I have both the longer version of this product and this one. There are merits to them both. The thing I like about this one is how small it is. I recently upgraded from an ipad to an ipad2 (yes, I'm a consumer whore). The case I had for the ipad had a holder for a stylus but the case I got for the ipad2 does not. I really like that you can plug the stylus into the headphone jack and just toss it into your bag. The smaller one is better for that method of storage. But I have found that my hand fatigues after extended use in ways that it didn't with the longer version. You have to use more of your hand muscles to stabilize the stylus during use. The longer version rests on your index finger the same way a pencil does. If I were trying to decide between this one and the longer version, I would think about which is more important to you; convenient storage (less bulk) or extended use. And do you need it to be very accurate? With the longer version, it's easier to do things like actually writing since it feels the same as a pencil. Both are equally effective as far as their function as a stylus. The ipad(2) registers contact with them with minimal pressure. If they had made the shorter version about half an inch longer, I would have given it 5 stars. In my opinion, it's just a little too short if you want to use it for more than 10-15 minutes at a time but is perfect traveling/quick usage.

So many pockets that are well placed. The outside front has a medium sized zipper pocket that rests on a bigger zipper pocket. The back has a big zipper pocket. Then there's the main zipper pocket. Inside, there's two spaces. One is just a big pocket space, and then the other is a big space with a velcro strap that can snuggly secure something in that space. There's also a small zipper pocket on the back of the inside.

I have the new hp Dm1z. It's an 11.6 inch netbook and it fits perfectly in the pocket without the strap. It's a little too tight for the one with the strap, but that doesn't matter because it fits snuggly already, but not to the point of where it starts pushing on the outer zipper. The strap pocket would probably be great for smaller 11 inch and 10 inch netbooks. I use the strap pocket to secure my kindle which also has the kindle cover. Then, on the big pocket in the front I can easily fit my external samsung dvd burner. After all this, the case barely bulges at all. I have yet to put in my netbook charger, but I know it will fit. It will make it bulge a little though.

The point is that I believe this is ten times more useful to you than buying a basic netbook sleeve. You can carry much more things in it, it provides more protection, and it still weighs barely anything. It will look nearly as sleek as a netbook sleeve if you just want to carry your netbook, or you can load with an assortment of supplies. It looks very professional with nice quality to match. Someone said the zippers were flimsy; I don't find that to be the case.

Not much else to say. I've checked numerous stores for cases. All I see are sleeves for netbooks or cases that are too big. This is a nice price for an excellent case.

I needed a travel case that would hold an iPad in it's Apple case, the Apple wireless keyboard and all iPad accessories. I took a chance on this case and found that it is perfect for all I needed. There is plenty of room and protection for all of that and there is extra room besides.

The projector is impressively small and has a relatively bright and sharp image. Unfortunately, it does not support iPhone or iPad--despite specifications that say otherwise. This was a shot below the water line for me. Connecting an iPhone 4s results in only a black screen. Connecting an iPad gives a partial out-of-synch image, revealing the product is unable to cope with the iPad screen frequency. So despite how cute it is, it's premature to say this supports the iPhone. So I will be sending it back and waiting for the next generation. (Note: this is not to say it won't work with the Droid...but I don't own one to test on it.)

I have purchased many phone covers just like this one and it works just fine. My biggest complaint is that it is advertized as being RUBBER and it is not. It is rubber-feel HARD PLASTIC like all of the previous covers I have purchased for my Pre, which work fine but all eventually break as the tiny plastic tabs that hold it on the phone break off. I really like the wood finish look. It has a nice texture to it as well.

If you follow the directions, making sure to use the solution liberally, the pieces aren't too difficult to reposition as needed during the application process. Which was good as you have all those rounded edges to deal with on the smaller pieces.

However, some of those smaller pieces have come up at the ends which could certainly be due to daily handling, but that should have been figured in to the design...

Overall I am happy with the results of the skin. It looks real good, they've tried to cover all of the edges that show as well as the entire back (barring the trim). Its the just those little pieces...

Side Note: I'd really like to see a broader selection of skin options in the future for this tablet version.

Thought this was more like an otter skin. It isn't at all like that. It offers some scratch resistance nothing else. Waiting for a Nerf or otter skin for this product. Definitely needed for a product in the hands of a 10 year old...

This card is great for the price, and handles the high resolutions the new 24" wide screen monitors use with ease. I use this for a home office machine, and have zero issues. The drivers work very well, it was easy to install, and the price was right. There is no noisy fan either, which is a plus. This was a good upgrade to an older machine that couldn't handle the resolution of the new monitor.

This cable is not thae same as the original, but does work. Aparently it fits several Palm products. The data transfer has to be done from the phone, as there is no button on the cable. It charges good.

PDair Red Crocodile B41 Leather Case for Motorola DROID 2 A955

I searched for hours it seems to find a case I liked, with the features I wanted. I looked in retail stores and on the Web. This was the only one that fit the bill. I ordered this case for my Droid worldphone. It's totally awesome. Here's what I like about it:

I've dropped it several times already, and the case protects the corners of the phone

it's easy to open quickly, and the cover folds back outof the way when using the phone

it looks sharp and I get lots of compliments

the keypad is protected by a clear membrane

The only possible thing I wish it had it's missing a little pocket or place to hide a credit card or $, like when you go for jog and take your phone and want to have some $ with you too. But it's fine. Phones can ruin the magnetic strip on credit cards, so maybe just as well. Also, the phone is a very snug fit in that case. If you need to take your phone out of the case regularly, it would be too much hassle I think.

As a fun aside, at the time I ordered, this case was only available from a seller based in Hong Kong. The downside is that it took a few weeks to arrive. The upside is that the package arrived with all kinds of postage stamps, shipping stamps, and hand-written customs forms in Chinese stuck all over it. It was like receiving some exotic exciting package from halfway around the world, a little virtual trip to Hong Kong, something kind of rare in this global age where the corner store carries everything.

There seems to be a lot of confusions about this Sinometer DT830B 20-Range DMM & Battery Tester. For examples, some people complained that it has no battery testing function, while others complained about poor accuracy of this meter. Both accounts are not true at least for the model I received.

The source of the confusion is that there are two different digital multimeters, both called 'DT830B'. Even when I search for "Sinometer DT830B" and land on the same Amazon product page, it seems to alternatively display two different product images:

One DMM (see Palm-Size Digital Multimeter, DT830B) has its three probe-sockets arranged in vertical direction. Its ON/OFF switch is integrated into the main dial, and there are no battery testing functions available. Its dimensions are 5 x 0.9 x 2.8".

The DMM I received (see my Customer Image) has its three probe-sockets arranged in horizontal direction. It has a separate ON/OFF switch on the left hand side. On its main dial there is a rudimentary battery tester function. Its size is smaller at 3.8 x 1 x 2.2".

The battery tester function is nothing to get excited about. It simply pulls 4mA when connected to a 1.5V battery. So suppose you measure an alkaline battery and see a lower current such as 3.2mA, you know that the battery is roughly half-depleted. This is not useful for testing a rechargeable NiMH cell, because its terminal voltage does not change significantly until it is nearly exhausted.

The DMM comes without an instruction manual. The only specifications were printed on the back of the box. I was skeptical about the claimed accuracy (+/-1.0% for DC voltage, for example), so I tested it against a professional DMM (HP 34401A). I was quite surprised by my findings:

For DC voltage and current, readings of the two meters differ by less than 0.5%

For resistance, the difference is typically about 1%.

Some other observations are:

The DT830B's input impedance is 2 Mega ohm for DC voltage (compared to 10 Mega ohm for the HP)

The maximum resistance value it can measure is 2 Mega ohm (compared to 100 Mega ohm for the HP)

It takes about 1 second to reach a stable reading (the HP takes less than 0.1 second)

Considering that I paid only $7 for this little DMM, while a professional DMM costs over $500, I really cannot ask for more. But I do wish that it comes with a better instruction manual just for people who never used a DMM before.

I should add that the meter is still working well after nearly two years, and I'm still using the original 9V battery that it came with.

As someone who only occasionally needs the services that a multimeter can provide, this is the perfect device. It's small, easy to store, accurate, and durable.

The unit I received looks much better than the one in the picture. It has a yellow plastic construction, comes with the black/red probes, and includes a 9V battery.

And although it is lightweight, it doesn't seem fragile at all. In fact, it seems very durable.

The instructions are marginally useful at best, but that's not really important since it performs to my expectations. And the price can't be beat. Definitely a handy device to have around the house.

I am extremely disappointed and feel deceived. Now that I can examine it up close, this is the exact same device I bought at a Dollar Store in a different color. I bought this because I wanted to test batteries under load to get a reading of how much power the battery still had. Old/used batteries can read 1.5 volts when not under load, but will quickly drop once a load is placed on it, hence the need to test them under load to determine if they are still good.

Anyway as a cheap multimeter, it's fine. As a Battery tester with load that's deceptive and why I give this 2 stars.
