This springboard module is pretty good, but you've got to check which paging service your specific module will work with. For instance, since I own a Skytel module I am only able to use Skytel service. That means you can't price shop for service at all. You are limited to whichever company your module is preprogrammed for. Hopefully this is some useful information if your considering buying one. It only costs about [money]/month for email service on your PDA which is a pretty good deal, considering I can use my email service pretty much where ever I like.

The Glenayre @ctiveLink is supposed to be a great wireless module, but has been unavailable as a standalone for weeks! I see no reason why the module should be unavailable while the Visor Deluxe bundle is always available.

First let me say that I've had PDair cases before and thought they were of very good quality and this is why I bought another one. This one came with what appeared as the same type of quality but after just one day the magnetic snap broke out of the strap. I have super glued it back on but not sure how long that will last and am still thinking about sending it back. I should give this a one star because of this but I do like the case but PDair needs to look at the quality of their snaps so this one issue doesn't hurt what is a good phone case.

I believe I was seeing someone sell this leather case for around thirty five bucks but got it cheaper here. It is a good quality and as far as I can tell, each hole in the portfolio styled case matches up with the necessary item. The tablet is secured by one tiny velcro strap, however.

The good thing is that the keyboard holding portion is detachable by means of two metal snaps. So while we wait for a working keyboard, that portion is in a drawer. I haven't tried out if the Transformer pad will work with the keyboard attached and still be able to fit in the portfolio case. It is made with PU leather, or split leather, which, if I read right, has a thin piece of actual leather covered with a kind of plastic and embossed. One thing about it, it lived up to it's name of PU leather when I opened the bag for the first time. It certainly had a strong chemical paint like smell to it. It's not really noticeable now, but opening the bag for the first time certainly was an experience with the smell.

It's a perfect product, keeps your keyboard and screen vary safe, and looks really professional.

Got this got a friend of mine for Christmas, and he LOVES it :)

INTRODUCTION

I've been using my iPhone 4 with a mount to an air vent, but wanted to finally use the iPad (1st gen) in the car but could not find any iPad mounts on Amazon with decent reviews. I finally did a generalized internet search and then discovered that the brand RAM was reviewed favorably by an outside review website.

Luckily, Amazon does sell the RAM iPad mount and it has exceeded my expectations.

PROS

1. Very strong suction mechanism The base of the suction is a rather strong, and large cylinder with a lever that one rotates to create a very powerful suction

2. Wide range of positioning possible in the 2 ball joints There is a ball joint at the suction and another one attached to the iPad cradle which allow a very wide range of positions.

3. Extremely strong locking mechanism for both ball joints There is a lock that one twists on the arm which will simultaneously lock the positions of both ball joints. The arm is made out of metal.

4. High quality plastic is used for the cradle/holster for the iPad which is very strong.

5. Fits iPad (1st generation) perfectly If you have an iPad 2, there are two small rubber bumpers which you apply to the cradle/holster to allow for the thinner iPad 2 to fit.

CONS

1. You have to attach the cradle/holster to the arm with 4 screws and locking nuts (which are supplied) which took a little more effort than I expected. 1 of the locking nuts had a defect.

2. The arm is not long, which is reasonable considering the weight of an iPad, but it results in having your iPad close to your windshield. This may not sound like a significant problem, but it results in having a large percentage of your needed visibility obscured by the iPad, which looks gigantic when attached to your windshield.

CONCLUSION

This iPad mount is pure quality and awesome in its strength of suction. The construction uses joints made out of some sturdy material and a metal arm with a great locking mechanism. I have used it without it falling and even attached it to the moonroof so that it displays near the car ceiling so that backseat passengers can use it.

The greatest negative, is that the arm is probably necessarily short, causing the iPad to block what seems like a shockingly large part of your visibility. I never realized how large the iPad is until I saw it blocking my vision. Think carefully about how large the iPad is and try positioning it in your car behind some part of the front windshield and ask yourself if you can really tolerate this before purchasing this mount.

Otherwise, this is an excellent, high quality mount that actually works in holding up a large and relatively heavy iPad.

I purchased this mount to use my iPad2 in my RV as both a digital road map and a GPS. This mount works great, my iPad2 fits perfect, safe and secure but still easy to remove if my wife needs it on her lap. As my windshield is high I also purchased a 3" RAM base mount to attach to my center console to place the iPad2 lower (and out of sight) and away from direct sunlight. This mount holds the iPad or iPad2 very securely with NO chance of it falling out in the event of speed bumps or a rough road. It allows me to swivel it from driver to passenger with no effort. If you have room for an iPad then you need this mount.

PS. Remember to REMOVE your iPad and place it out of sight EVERY time you exit your vehicle less you have a broken window and a missing iPad when you return. It only takes 30 seconds for a smash & grab and a $800 item is a very tempting target.

I bought this product so that I could watch videos on my iPad when running on my treadmill. For my use, it works perfectly.

However, keep this in mind: You need to mount the suction cup to a very smooth surface if you expect it to hold solidly. As an experiment, I tried to mount it on my car's dashboard, which has a slightly textured surface. It had no chance of staying put.

Two other items you should be aware of before buying:

1. Plan to take off any type of iPad skin/case before using. The design tolerances of this product are extremely tight, which is why your iPad is held so solidly once it's in the mount. I have a Belkin skin for the iPad, which is really minimal in thickness. Even that needs to be peeled off before mounting.

2. Because of these tolerances, I would do my homework before buying this to use with an iPad 2. Don't assume it will fit. Find out for sure.

For the right application, this is probably the best mounting system your money can buy!!

At first I loved this stylus because it glided effortlessly across my Kindle Fire screen. Sadly, after about 5 weeks the rubber tip began to tear and it is about ready to fall off pen. These were my first purchase for tablet Stylus'. I liked the size of these and they were good for the price. These have squishy rubber tips which leads me to Durability, I used the stylus like I would my finger, so I am pretty sure I didn't man-handled it, but one of the rubber tips broke soon after I got them, so I had been using the 2nd one very carefully and it still has the rubber tip on it. I have since moved on to another style of stylus and only use this one as a back up.

I use notability constantly in my college courses and had to replace my styli every few weeks from wear and tear. Considering that this item has two styluses for only only $5, I automatically gave it 4 stars. Other products on Amazon are identical, but they charge more for only one. I took off a star because one stylus has a piece inside (whatever they use to add weight) that is loose and rattles around. The other works ok, I just wish that these capacitive styluses had finer points to them.

Just recieved my Roo zippered leather case for my new ipad mini and I absolutely LOVE it. The thing I like the most is being able to pull my iPad out of case and still have a cover to protect it. The reason I don't rate it higher is because the outer cover, with the zipper, is too stiff. I would like a softer, more flexible cover, easier yo zip up. But it is good protection.

I purchased this product because I wanted a zipped case for my ipad mini. The case was nice and zippered but too hard and thick, I was expecting softer and thinner. Otherwise, I like the product, the inside is very nice, I like having a slot to put some other things inside.

Love this keyboard. It is by far the best keyboard I have used for my Clie(third one). What is nice is the smaller keyboards I had needed more steps to get full function. With this keyboard, it is just like I am using my laptop with one exception. Since it folds up it needs to be put on a flat surface. It flexes a little and works best on a flat, firm surface.

The Bravo SE disc publisher is one of those neat (if somewhat expensive) inventions that any small video production business (or business office) should have. Very easy to use (with one exception) both for creating disc labels and for duplicating and then printing CDs or DVDs. Up to 20 discs can be processed automatically (you can always add more) and is fun to watch (at least the first two times). The process is fast as it burns DVDs at 16x while simultaneous printing. I use discs from a local member only chain and the work great. One caveate, the label creation program is setup for print to the hub discs, you have to be carefull that images/text for large hub discs don't fall into the non-printing area (but you can create label templates to aid in that).

1. You need and internet connection to activate the software that comes with the printer, and you need the software to be able to use the robotic functions of the printer.

2. The printer reports it's low on ink about 100 discs before it actually runs out of ink, forcing you to either change the cartridge or click through a dialog box for each disk, so you can't leave a batch unattended.

-Other than those annoyances, it's a great machine for the price. I've made a few thousand DVD's with printed covers and the machine has performed well.

I needed to print 250 DVDs and wanted a burner and printer that could do the job without many attention from me. With the Disc Publisher I got that, so short duplication projects are done in a reasonable time and automatically.

Only con is that it only has one cartridge, so to print black it uses all colors combination, so the normal cartridge goes very fast and it doesn't give a totally black color as with the Epson DVDs printers.

I've been looking for something to "jazz up" my CD's and DVD's that I make at home. I'm trying to learn to use both audio editing and video editing software. I wanted something that didn't "break the bank" but yet give a semi professional appearance in what I produce. After reading and reading many reviews and blogs on the web, I finally decided on the Primera line of products. I'm glad I did!!! This is one great product. I've been so pleased. As some of the reviewers I read have said, it's just "cool" to sit and watch the little robotic arm pick up the disks and move them over. It's very fast and does a great job. The quality is excellent and the "oohs and ahhhs" haven't stopped.

I would highly recommend this product to anyone interested in making a really nice looking DVD or CD. It really works well. I've used a couple of software packages with it and you can put pictures, song lists, details about a DVD, whatever you want on the face of the disk.

I'm really glad I purchased this item and, as usual, Amazon came through with getting it to me timely and in good shape.

The Bravo SE was shipped from Adorama Camera, in New Jersey. I received it in 3 days.

I've been using the original Primera Bravo for many years. At the time of purchase, it was nearly state-of-the-art. Over time, I replaced the CD-ROM drive a number of times, replaced the printer drive belt and burned many coasters in the process. In short, it was a pain to use. All printer cartridges that I could buy were drying out...

It took about 15 minutes to set up the device. It came with the latest versions of firmware and application software. The older SureThing label printing software works fine with the Bravo SE and is the same version as is available on the install disc and on the Primera website.

The Bravo SE is a welcome upgrade for my business. It is fast, quiet and (so far) very reliable. It comes with a new application software interface that is easy to use. The functions mirror the older application.

The Bravo SE comes with a CD/DVD burner. A Blu-ray burner is a big step up in price. My experience with the older model indicates that I can replace the CD/DVD drive with a Blu-ray burner for about $100. If I ever need to do so, it won't break the bank.

I "discovered" that burning colored backgrounds on my CDs uses lots of ink. I just print the text instead and get long life from the ink cartridges.

The only downside I have found is that using the 'Help' function requires an Internet connection.

The PDA itself is good -lightweight and user friendly.

The software (particulary installation) is not user friendly. I am a programmer and advanced software user, so if I find the synchronization software clumsy, it might be very hard for a beginner to figure out.

Royal's desktop program is only so-so, so I am using Outlook and synchronize it with the PDA using the CompanionLink. Items in the "Personal" category are a little bit of a glitch, so unless you need to segregate the two, I would recommend storing everything in the "Business" category to eliminate problems when synchronizing.

For the price, though, it's a good buy. $... vs. $... for a Palm Pilot and most features are just about the same.

This item was a breeze to set up and use. My computer skills are marginal and I purchased it as a gift for my husband so of course I had to make sure it worked LOL. I only needed to glance at the manual it was soooo easy. And very affordable. I realize it may not be top of the line but still has a lot of features and preforms them well and for the price is perfect for someone who doesn't need or want all the bells and whistles. Over all loved this item.

I read the wonderful reviews of this item and bought it. BIG MISTAKE. I have to hit the "reset" button every time I want to use it because it won't come on with the normal "on" button. In resetting, I have to redo the date and time EVERY time. I JUST GOT THIS THING YESTERDAY!!! I'm sending it back! Also, this is WAY too remedial. I didn't expect a Palm Pilot, but at least something for the thinking adult!

The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is that I haven't used this adapter on an airplane. It fits my Protege M200 perfectly, provides the correct level of power, and is easy to pack and use. Great adapter!

I ordered this for my E72 some months ago and did not come back to review. So now, it is better late than never:

I loved the case!! it is exactly what I wanted I needed one without a clip, leather, that will slip into my purse and protect my cell phone.

The leather is fine, very soft it is like glove leather. It has a ridgid inside frame, but the inside is coated by leather nape, it has a cushiony feeling, and the size of the case fits perfect.. Not too lose, you can pull the phone out comfortably.

Several colleagues have by accident touched or held it and have all commented on how nice it feels!

The shipping was yes, a bit long, but considering it came from Asia I guess it is to be expected However, kudos to the vendor, it arrived about 1 week earlier than the estimated delivery time!!

I just know this device will be useful. I used it a few times to try it out when it arrived and I am quite pleased with its performance. So I can't wait to find some "real" uses for it. I scanned some photos and it did very well, and of course it did text with no difficulty.
