1) with T-mobile logo on the keyboard
2) also trackball is included in the package, color is black(of the trackball)
3) with keyboard and all side supporting buttons (such as volume rocker etc)
4) black leather panel.
screen, battery and screws are NOT INCLUDED, so if you guys have your screen all scratched up make sure you get it separately.
Conclusion. It feels and looks just like original housing. Solid 5 stars i guess. Sniping was fast. No fancy boxing, just in a plastic bag, but who cares! lol

I have purchased a new housing for my blackberry because my keys were all worn out and the old housing was all scratched. This one was hard to put in as expected but my husband figured it out. It works like a charm, does not miss any buttons or openings and is exactly as the original cover! I am 100% satisfied!I read a few reviews which stated that this product was just "like orioginal"! I didn't understand what like orgiginal men but I decided to buy it non the less. I reseived it in good shape, not impressively packaged though but my phone components fit into it like a glove, though as is now very obvious, this is not original an blackberry case. But its nice though!!!I ordered a Full Housing just like it says there and the only thing i got was the back door latch and the inside buttons, i was left waiting for the front panel and the buttons.
