3GJUICE "Shameless" 8200 mAh Rechargeable Battery for Ipad, Iphone, Itouch, Android, Samsung, Ninten

3GJUICE 'Shameless' 8200 mAh Rechargeable Battery for Ipad, Iphone, Itouch, Android, Samsung, Nintendo Ds and Any Other Usb Powered Device
  • one of the strongest batteries in the world
  • delivers 8200 mAh of raw power
  • can charge any USB-device from iPad, Nexus 7 to iPhone or Galaxy S2
  • charges handheld game devices like Nintendo (all!) or Playstation
  • works great with Kindle too

For me the 3GJuice Shameless 8200 replaces my 3GJuice Major Mojo, one of the earlier high capacity and user friendly back-up batteries which I've used for the past few years. I use an iPhone 4 with multiple apps constantly running, as well as lots of internet activity for personal and professional activities. I am a physician and work extended medical and hospital shifts (often in excess of 24-36 hrs)and deploy on occasion with a disaster medical assistance team to areas where infrastructure is affected and access to electricity is limited. Like everyone else on my disaster med team, I am a gear junky and am always looking for the the best performance and utility in gear.

This battery has a beautiful form factor and is just slightly larger than an iPhone, easily fitting into my pocket while charging my phone on the run. The hard power switch and lack of the accessory led light are improvements that prevent accidental battery discharge. The charging/capacity lights are beautiful. The versatility is awesome, with a single USB that handles both 1 amp devices (iPhone) and 2.1 amp devices (iPad), as well as a DC out that charges 12 volt devices, like netbooks. Every possible charging tip you could possibly imagine is included. It charges by a proprietary AC adapter that charges at 9 volts. It does not charge by USB. Batteries that charge by USB, even when plugged into a USB wall charger cannot handle the same voltage so they charge more slowly. This unit recharges much faster than anything with an equivalent or even lesser capacity. I have a 6600 mAh device that charges only by USB and takes almost twice as long to charge when charging through a USB wall charger.

To know how much I can depend on the battery I have tested it by using my iPhone 4 to the "red zone" on the battery indicator and then recharged to 100% timing as it charged. The battery recharged my phone 5 complete times and to 60% on the 6th round. I checked charge status in 15 min. increments and it consistently charged 30% in the first 15 minutes; 50% after 30 minutes; 75% after 45 minutes, 90% at 1 hr and 100% 1:15-1:30. This is much more efficient than any of the other extended batteries that I have used.

Bottom line: This is a beautiful, functional and very efficient external battery that is perfect for folks with smart phones, portable game units, tablets and netbooks. Whether you're a power user or just want peace of mind while traveling or during power outages or a true disaster where you might night have access to electricity for a time, this unit is the right combination of power, function and utility. The only thing I would add, would be a simple protective case to preserve it's elegant look.

DAGI Capacitive Stylus Pen P602 for Kindle Fire, Apple iPad 2, the New iPad, Motorola Xoom, Samsung

DAGI Capacitive Stylus Pen P602 for Kindle Fire, Apple iPad 2, the New iPad, Motorola Xoom, Samsung Galaxy Tab, BlackBerry PlayBook BlackI searched for a while to find the perfect stylus. I did get a normal rubber ended one with the case I purchased but the end wasn't fine enough when I wanted to write. For game playing it was fine. I really liked the look and video of the Dagi's. I went with the one that had both a stylus and regular pen. The stylus glides on the iPad. I do hear a little screech every once in a while but no damage. I was pleasantly surprised when there was an extra tip and more protectors in the package. When you open the box, keep and eye out for a black plastic piece. It's an additional snap on to cradle the tip of the stylus when not in use. The pen has an extreme fine point and is wonderful to write with. I'm glad I purchased two of them!

I bought this pen to use it on new iPad for the drawing apps such as ArtRage and SketchBook pro. I watched some youTube videos before buying it. I strongly recommend that you do the same. It is not a pen for tapping buttons or keyboard, however it works, it is best for drawing. For tapping, I would buy a cheaper products. I haven't tried handwriting apps with it, but I believe it would work well. After couple days of using it on ArtRage, I forget that I am working with digital media, and I just get absorbed in drawing activity.

it is too early to say if it is robust or not, but I am gentle with it, again no tapping, just light strokes on drawing apps and I hope it will last a few years.

Just received my Dagi P602 stylus and it is great! I'm a Sketchbook Pro and Inspire Pro user and it works perfectly with these apps. The pen comes with (1) spare tip and 5 stick-on protectors. The pen glides over my iPad screen. Very silky, not tacky at all. Almost feels wet. Having the ability to see through the tip down the fine point is a bonus. Great for detail work. I like the extra length compared to some of the shorter rubber tipped stylus. Very happy with this purchase.

After doing some research and mental debating on which stylus pen I wanted to purchase, either the Dagi or Jot, I ended up purchasing the Dagi because it was cheaper. So far, depending on what App I use, the precision of the Dagi can vary, but I've enjoyed my experience with it.

Pros

it's cheaper

the end of the stylus is made of a flexible spring that can adjust to any angle the iPad is positioned at

it comes with an extra spring and covers for the tip

it marks pretty well

it has a black ink pen on the other side, just in case you want to take notes on paper

the shaft is made out of metal (doesn't feel flimsy)

comes with a plastic cover to protect the stylus end

Cons

The tip looks cheap (made out of a thin, transparent rubbery material similar to rubber glue)

the spring can be a little fragile

it isn't super precise, but it works

The design is very clever. Capacitive screens require a larger area to be touched for them to register position. This stylus accomplishes this with the plastic tip, but feels like an actual pen with the pointed precision. Unfortunately, the capacitive screens aren't really responsive enough for this. There is lag and a noticeable lack of resolution. It also skips and isn't very pressure sensitive. I've tested this on the Droid X, the Droid 2, the Ipad 2, and the Archos 80 G9. I'll be returning mine. The capacitive touch screen technology, while economical, just isn't ready for pens yet.

Thought Out PED3-Auto-FORM Steel Car Mount (iPhone 4S, 4, 3GS, 3G, Original-iPod touch 3g, 2g, 1g)

Thought Out PED3-Auto-FORM Steel Car Mount
  • Protective vinyl covers allow full use of ports/controls for cased or skinned iPhone (Original, 3G, 3G S) or iPod touch (1g, 2g, 3g) one fits all cases (including Otter box and Mophie Air)
  • Rotate infinitely 360 degrees. 5/16" diameter x 5 inch steel flexible neck for endless positioning
  • Base, with concealed fasteners and 0°, 45° & 90° mounting for a clean look. Includes AdPad-vhb adhesive pad, suction cup mount and screw mount
  • High quality solid steel and solid molded construction. Baked on hard anti-scratch coating
  • Interchangeable with NAJA King and PED3

The "fingers" on this car mount are adjustable by bending the ends of the metal fingers to fit the iPhone or iPod being used. The "fingers" then stay in the required position. The metal is springy enough that I can "click" the iPhone into place in the mount and then remove the phone to take with me when I leave the vehicle. I adjusted the mount to fit my iPhone with an iFrogz cover and it also fits my husband's iPhone which has a silicone cover. There is no need to readjust the mount "fingers" when we switch between phones in the mount.

The base of the mount can be attached to the dash with the included double sided tape or suction cups, but we have attached it to the front panel of the dash with the included screws. This gives the mount a very secure feel. The flexible arm of the mount stays in position when the phone is installed and does not "droop". I use the mount so that I can have easy access to the phone for voice dialing as well as GPS functions.

The base that we used for the screw mounting is metal, but the cover over the mount is plastic. The flexible arm and "fingers" are metal. The end of the "fingers" have rubber covers to keep the metal from scratching the iPhone or iPod. The orientation of the phone can be rotated somewhat so that the phone can be angled for easy viewing for the driver or passenger.

I am very happy with this phone mount and recommend it highly.

Though this is sold with several supposed mounting options a couple of them either don't work or are impractical. This item seems well made until you get to the mounting. They are happy to sell you more sticky pads for a fairly hefty price considering if the first ones don't work. Unfortunately they won't stand up to the heated interior of a car so don't bother.

Want Thought Out PED3-Auto-FORM Steel Car Mount (iPhone 4S, 4, 3GS, 3G, Original-iPod touch 3g, 2g, 1g) Discount?

Works nicely. It is indeed a well thought out product design.

My only issue (as several others have pointed out) is the adhesive pad that comes with the mount. Despite following the instructions to the letter the adhesive did not hold for even 1 second even without the weight of the phone. Just the weight of the arm and phone holder was too much for the adhesive.

Used the included screws and the mount is a very solid performer.

The PED 3 Auto does just that. It holds your iPhone very securely yet leaves it maneuverable enough in your vehicle to fit most situations. The "finger" edges are bendable to conform to your phone, whether it be in or out of a case. And YES it works with Otter Box cases.

The holder is all metal and heavy duty, including the bendable post, and the holder rotates 360 degrees. The base is plastic but has a metal point for the post to screw in and the whole base bolts onto a metal plate on the bottom of the base. The base also has multiple spots for the post to screw in to fit anywhere and anyway you may choose to mount it. The 'sticky' pad that comes with the holder is sufficient enough to attach to glass or a smooth surface dash and hold securely even in the intense summer heat, which for me can reach up to the 100's(F).

I consider this to be the ultimate iPhone holder. It works well with any charger or itunes (am/fm) set up. In fact I liked it so much I also bought the stand for my home so I can have one inside as well. PED 3 really has it together.

Toshiba PA3197U-1BRL high capacity battery pack for e740, e755

Toshiba PA3197U-1BRL high capacity battery pack for e740, e755I just received this battery from amazon (4/20/04) and discovered that it is part of a Toshiba recall because the battery does not stay connected and data can be lost. I called Toshiba and they are sending a free replacement. They advised me not to use the battery. So I paid over $100 for a battery that I cannot use! I bought this battery from Amazon rather than eBay because I didn't want to receive a battery that is under this recall. If you received this battery and the serial number does not end in "A", you can call Toshiba at 1-800-949-7993 to get the battery replaced. This recall was made 7/03, so Amazon really dropped the ball. I'm very disappointed. (...)

I love my e740, but I hated the battery.

I was learning how to adjust, shortening online time, keeping

the thing plugged in overnight, all the while hating it.

The unit is the first and best of its kind, with that one small

exception, length of battery. Finally, I took the plunge and

fixed my e740. With this battery, all the toys including wifi

last more than 6 hours before needing a recharge. If I

conserve, easily 12 hours of use before I have to plug in. This is

the missing element. Finally, my keyboard, my modem,

the wifi, my SD memory, all of those investments are worth

that much more. Don't hold out, get this accessory, it

truely makes the e740 that much more indispensable.

Its made of a weaved type polyester material that suits the case well. it holds both the keyboard and the tablet, even when the tablet has a case on itself. it also comes with a strap to hold around your shoulder. All of these things feel like they matter and really makes the case shine from others I've used. Its durable, feels nice, and works. I recommend it 100%!!!

Casio Cassiopeia PV-S400Plus Pocket Viewer

Casio Cassiopeia PV-S400Plus Pocket Viewer
  • 4 gb PDA with scheduler, contacts, memos, and calculator and internet
  • Copy, view, and edit Microsoft Excel documents
  • 160 x 160 LCD display with backlight
  • Works for 180 hours on 2 AAA batteries
  • What's in the box: Cassiopeia PV-S400Plus, PC Synchronization Cradle, Hard Cover, Stylus, User manual

I always tell people that if this ever falls out of my pocket, I'd have to call my wife for directions to get home. This little thing keeps me organized! All of my appointments are in here, and if they aren't then I'm in trouble. It is easy to use, and holds up to 10,000 items (4 mgs of memory). The unit is backlit, and the indiglo light will stay on for up to 30 seconds. I thought that it would take some getting used to become comfortable using the stylus to peck and poke away at the letters and numbers, but it was easy to learn, and you can actually use your fingers if you have to.

The PV400 Plus also has a memo pad, an address list, a calendar for the next 200 years (should one live that long), and a couple of solitaire card games. But for those who are looking for more perks such as email, mp3 download capability, and a color screen, you won't find it here. You'll have to get a Palm Pilot or a Sony. But if all you need is an easy way to organize your life, this unit will suffice.

The only negative thing I would point out about the PV400 Plus is that it seems easy for dirt or dust to get underneath the LCD display. There is one prominent piece of dust right in the middle of mine, and I always feel tempted to want to wipe it off and I have to remind myself that I can't because it is embedded inside the glass. You'll want to keep your PV400 plus under its plastic cover whenever you are not using it.

Buy Casio Cassiopeia PV-S400Plus Pocket Viewer Now

If you are like me, and basically just need to be better organized without having all the fancy "web-surfing, camera connecting, etc" capabilities of the more expensive organizers out there, then the Casio PV-S400 Plus is a sure thing for you!

This little sleek & stylish organizer comes with most everything you will need! And if you feel like you need to add in a few things to expand, then you can easily do so by downloading free software available on the internet and uploading it to your unit! It's as easy as that! It comes with a nice, very bright backlight to access information in total darkness, and the overall ease of use is quite good. The PC-Sync software is adequate and makes it easy to transfer information from your PC to the unit. The only draw back is that it's 4MB of memory are not expandable. If you are a first time buyer looking for an inexpensive pocket organizer, I recommend this one. It's a great buy!!

Read Best Reviews of Casio Cassiopeia PV-S400Plus Pocket Viewer Here

I've recently upgraded to the PVS400 Plus from earlier inexpensive PDA's and I'm thrilled with it! It's not as heavy as Palms, looks just as sleek and is the best PDA ever...

It includes all the basic functions... multiple contact lists (personal, business, etc.), great calendar functions (one time events up through yearly birthdays all with optional alarm functions, which activate even when PDA is off!), memo areas (one where I keep passwords, medical info, emergency info and the other which is free-hand to take down quick notes, phone numbers, etc.) expense area (not used can't comment), games (2), calculators, and a super large screen which avoids need to "wrap around" and scroll down to read... all of which can be password protected!

I purchased mine for $50, including cradle and set-up disc. For those who have Outlook Express (OE) which you can't sync with, (unlike the real "upgraded" Outlook), it's great that Casio has it's own operating system (OS). I couldn't tell you how many PDA's (4 at last count!) I purchased, and returned, because I couldn't sync w/OE and/or OS's weren't included.

This is a great gift... update family info on PC program and download into various PDA's and voila! Great for students of any age, kids finally moving out... they'll all have current contact info, birthdays, medical info, etc. at their fingertips, and with individual docking cradles, they can update as needed.

I could go on and on... I even talked my Dad into buying one and he loves it!

If you're not looking for email, camera functions, etc., this is the PDA for you! For $50 you can't go wrong... trust me!

Want Casio Cassiopeia PV-S400Plus Pocket Viewer Discount?

This is a basic organizer. You can't call Aunt Sally, take pictures of your "oh-so-cute" baby, surf the internet, open your garage door or a can of dog food with this unit. If that's what you expect, look elsewhere. I wanted a simple, small organizer that would let me keep a list of contacts, schedule, memos, and some other basics. I wanted the Xircom Rex, but it's not made anymore, and I wasn't about to pay exorbiant prices for a discontinued unit. So, I arrived here. Not bad. It's a bit larger than I would have liked, the screen cover is a little flimsy, but once again, for the price, it's exactly what I wanted and not anything more.

Overall, I find the PV-S400Plus to be a very solid product. I tend to be fairly rough on electronics and other delicate products, and haven't managed to break this after 2 months of hard use. I only find one or two real problems with it.

One is the lack of built in handwriting recognition. Even the 2MB models from Palm have this feature. However, there are software programs (PVMerlin) that are available for download and install that will do this for you.

Which brings up the other problem. Adding software to this Pocket Viewer is, so far, a task I wouldn't put on anyone but a very computer literate person. Any software I have had to add to my PV I have had to practically re-write so that it could be installed without any problems. Using SDKs (Software Development Kits) is generally confusing, so I don't recommend using them to anyone who doesn't know computers well.

However, I am sure that as this model becomes more popular, more programs will be written for it by original programmers, which will make things easier on us all.

Stylus for Treo 650, Metal

Stylus for Treo 650, MetalI've brought this stylus from Eforcity, shipment was quick and it fits my pda perfectly, I'd highly recommend this and Eforcity to everyone.

The item arrived, as I was opening the cellophane packaging the top snapped off. I tried to Superglue it back on but there is not enough surface to make a good-lasting contact. Since it was not an expensive item in the first place I have not pursued any replacement or refund. Apparently a freak accident, as others have rated satifactory purchases.

SanDisk SDDR-75-07 CF - SmartMedia USB Combo Rdr

SanDisk SDDR-75-07 CF - SmartMedia USB Combo Rdr
  • External CompactFlash and SmartMedia card reader
  • Fast transfer--up to 50x faster than using a serial cable
  • Easy to use; just drag and drop your files
  • Saves batteries; let ImageMate (not your portable device) transfer your files
  • Connects to your computer through its USB port

Plugged it into my windows 2000 laptop and it just worked!

My compact flash card shows up as a regular hard drive, you can drag & drop em and everything.

It comes with a VERY short cord that folds into it (good for taking it with you) and an extension cord for those of us stuck with rear mounted USB ports on our desktops

Has a nifty little light that flashes while its copies.

Great little device, i'm very impressed.

Buy SanDisk SDDR-75-07 CF - SmartMedia USB Combo Rdr Now

This was the third memory card reader that I purchased. The first two either did not work or their directions were too difficult to understand. This device is perfect. It can be quickly plugged into the front USB port of your computer or with the extension wire which is included into the rear of your computer. It shows up as a removable disk (E OR F) when the card is inserted and you can then remove and insert compact flash or smart media cards as long as the light is not flashing (active data transfer). This saves on battery power and ordinary wear and tear for your expensive digital camera. The transfer time is also amazingly fast, better than the cameras themselves. I have both an Olympus and a Canon digital camera so this multi card reader is great. Its small enough to take on any trip in a pocket of your camera case (depending upon size) or luggage but its greatest use will be at home when you want to do a lot of work without taxing your camera. What's most amazing however is the price. There is not much you can buy for your digital camera that costs so little.

Read Best Reviews of SanDisk SDDR-75-07 CF - SmartMedia USB Combo Rdr Here

I was looking for a SmartMedia reader, and this turned out to be an excellent choice! It is not the smallest reader you'll find, though it is pretty good size for a dual reader, the USB cord can be hidden around it, and it also comes with an extension cord if needed.

The main reason I wanted this reader is to transfer pictures faster than the slow serial cable of my digital camera, and this was definitely a major improvement. It works like charm in Windows XP without the need of installing additional drivers, I haven't tried on Windows 2000 but it is supposed to work with that as well.

I haven't tried it with CompactFlash cards. It is about the same price for a single card reader, so I figured someday the CompactFlash reader may become handy. It is a shame they do not make this dual reader for SmartMedia and Multimedia/SD cards.

Want SanDisk SDDR-75-07 CF - SmartMedia USB Combo Rdr Discount?

I just got the device today, so I must confess I don't know much about it yet. However, my experience so far has been very positive.

I needed to use scissors to get the product out of it package, which was a bit of a trial. After that, I plugged it into a USB port on my XP machine. By the time I could open the Windows Explorer and check, I could see that there were two new drives on my system. I put a SmartDisk in the reader and a little green light came on the top of my new device. There are two such lights, one I suppose for the smartdisk, the other for the compactflash.

I then went back to the Explorer, dragged the pictures stored on my SmartDisk to my hard drive. There were 256 2.1 Megapixel images in the 128 MB SmartDisk, and they were on my hard drive in three minutes. This was about 45 minutes to an hour less than it used to take me to transfer these pictures from my camera to my hard drive. I then popped the SmartDisk out of the device and I was done.

The only thing else I can think to say is that the instructions, the long USB cable, and a CD rom are all lying unused on my desk. So far there has been no need for any of them -which is just fine with me. They look a little like they might become clutter that I will have to file away or dispose of in the circular file.

I have not tried the compact flash part of this device. I may never try it. I only wanted the SmartMedia part, but the price was so appealing that I bought the dual reader on the off chance that some day I may need the CompactFlash part too. More flexibility when I shop for raw memory.

If I have trouble with the device, I will try to remember to update this review. But for now, no trouble, nothing but good things to say. It seems to be exactly what I wanted.

Sometimes it doesn't work! I've had mine for a year now, and I have checked for updated drivers.

I use mine with Windows XP Professional. I've used it to read smart media cards and compact flash cards, and in both instances I often get screen freezes when trying to access the cards. Then I have to reboot.

Sometimes I have to reboot three or four times before the thing works right. What's up? I dunno. I'm not a newbie. I've tried a variety of fixes, including reinstalling the driver, unplugging the USB cable and trying a different slot, and standing on my head when inserting the cards. This device is not reliable.

When it does work, after two or three reboots, it works just fine.

Try a different brand.

GTMax Purple Leather Pouch Case for Sony CyberShot DSC-W350, CyberShot DSC-W190, CyberShot DSC-W180,

GTMax Purple Leather Pouch Case for Sony CyberShot DSC-W350, CyberShot DSC-W190, CyberShot DSC-W180, CyberShot DSC-WX1, CyberShot DSC-T70, CyberShot DSC-T9, Cyber-shot DSC-S750, Cyber-shot DSC-S780
  • Package Includes:
  • 1 x Digital Camera Leather Pouch Case - Purple

This case is pretty average. It was slightly big for my camera and although it looks good on top, once you open the flap you can see the poor quality (the material is not trimmed neatly). Fortunately, my camera broke so I no longer need it. But, overall, this case does the job.

Intel DHX-B Thermal Solution for Intel Core i7-875K and Intel Core i5-655K processors BXXTS100H

Intel DHX-B Thermal Solution for Intel Core i7-875K and Intel Core i5-655K processors BXXTS100H
  • Supports Intel Processors with the LGA1156 Socket
  • Active Heat Pipe Solution for Performance-Based Platforms
  • Selectable Fan Speed Control Modes
  • Robust Design Meets Intel?s Stringent Shock and Drop Testing
  • Four-pin Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) Fan Control

I bought this to sit on top of my i5-2500K and I couldn't be happier. I love the way it looks through the case's side window and it is so quiet and smooth. The installation was easy enough, anyone with mechanical ability should have no trouble and the chrome and polished metals are great and give it a much better appearance than most cpu coolers. I was surprised when I first saw the box, it is not as big as I expected. Though not small it is not huge and doesn't feel like a brick in your hand.

I think other coolers available could keep temps a bit lower but mine are fine. I keep my 2500 overclocked to 4.2 and it idles at 42c and under load gets up to about 60c on a hot day. I don't believe in "burn-in" or "stress" testing but would expect core temps to near or pass 80c during such tests.

I also love that it is from Intel who better than them to know what their processors need?

I would recommend this fan to all except possibly severe gamers who need every bit of cooling they can get.

Buy Intel DHX-B Thermal Solution for Intel Core i7-875K and Intel Core i5-655K processors BXXTS100H Now

This Fan is super quiet and is very big inside your case. But it low my temp to 10 C degree less comparing to the standard fan that came with the cpu. It has two speed you can adjust with a button.

With the higher speed it give a little more noise(useful in summer period).

Also you must install it first before screwing the Motherboard in your chassis because you have to fix the base under the Motherboard first

You also have to remove the fan cover to be able to fix the screws in the base.

Also make sure you buy the latest model with the speed button included with the transparent plastic fan, because there are a lot with the same number.

I recommend this quality Fan to everyone !

Works well. A little bit of a pain to install but if you know computers you should be able to handle. I would not hold off because of that. Just remember when installing take grill off from in front of fan.

Using for a month now with no problems. Also quiet.

Topeak PDA Phone Pack

Topeak PDA Phone PackAfter Electra came up with the coffee cup holder for your bike could the cell phone holder have been far away? Obviously not. But it makes more sense that you might think .

Having a cell phone while your biking is a tremendous safety asset. Getting lost, flats, bad weather etc being able to call for help (or get calls from help). Where to keep the phone when doing serious biking was always a bit of a question. If you have bike shirt you can always use the back pockets but it's sometimes hard to access if you have a bunch of stuff back there. Plus in warmer climates it gets drenched with sweat. So mounting it to the bike is a pretty good idea.

The Topeak holder is basically a heavy duty nylon/neoprene cell phone case. The biggest difference in design is that there is an extra bracket on the back clip that lets it slide onto and off of the mounting stud you place on your bike. You can also use it as a belt clip. On one side there are some elastic loops that let you store a stylus and thin pen. This particular unit is large enough to hold a full size blackberry with no problem and an I-phone if you stuff it.

The other part of it is a mounting bracket that goes on bike. The fastening mechanism is similar to a pipe clamp but it's all plastic. I wasn't thrilled with the plastic construction but at least it won't scratch your bike. You thread the strap around bike tube and into the fastener, then screw on the fastener and it takes up the slack until you've got the right fit.

Mounting options depend on your bike. Optimally it might go on the handlebars but that place can get busy with other accessories and the PDA holder is a bit large. I chose to mount it on the top frame tube. I was worried if it was going to fit since tube is oversized but it fit with no problem.

Once you've got the mount on you slide the clip over the square mounting stud till it clips. The stud is omni -directional so you can slide the holder in from any direction on the stud, not just up/down. It clips and it does not come off. Your phone is at the ready whenever you need it. When your done with the ride take it out or use it as your holder.

So in Summary

Pros-

Multi Functional, works on both bike and belt.

Convenient, lets you take your phone comfortably when you might leave it behind

Well built, would probably protect your phone in a crash.

Cons

A bit bulkier than other regular PDA carriers.

Conclusion

If your looking for a way to carry your phone with you while biking give this a serious look. It works well.

As long as you have no dimension issues fitting your device into case...and I don't...it works great.

One hint I'd suggest a quick wrap of handlebar cloth tape (or similar) to keep it from sliding since attachment band is plastic and can slip on metal bar.

Buy Topeak PDA Phone Pack Now

the phone pack is perfect. I use a Palm Pixi (for size comparison), and it fits easily. This size would be a tight fit for an iPhone. the issue is with the fixer. Get it where you want it, and don't move it around. Tightening a plastic hex bolt with a metal hex key is always a bad idea. also, the tip of the fixer strap has cracked. I'm not moving it again, so this won't be an issue. If I had known to be more careful, I wouldn't have had any issues...that being said, its a great way to have your phone handy, and I'd buy another one if this one went missing.

Dyslexia Reading Pen - Topscan Text Scanner & Text Reader, Scan Text the Computer Will Read It, Text Will Be Editable After the Scan.

  • Our products can incorporate just about any text-to-speech , you scan and the computer will speak the text
  • workes with all windows opration systems including the new Windows 7

I have had this pen scanner for about one year now and use it frequently to copy text as I read it. I immediately use Zotero (or Endnote if that is more familiar) to insert the bibliography. This is useful for insertion into my thesis, or I would need to type everything. The only glitches I had were in the beginning to install it took a while to figure out, but I asked for some help from customer services and they were great and helped no problem. Yes, it took time to get the scanning process right I use a ruler and have perfected the art of gliding the pen over the words. I silence my speakers = dont use the "read-back" option as it is monotonous and does not pronounce the words well, so it is a bit off-putting. BUT all in all a great item!

This was an amazing purchase! Don't get me wrong, there is room for improvement, but I had about a thousand pages that had highlighted passages that were needed for an open book exam. It took a good few days but I would never have been able to type it in anywhere near that time. Overall I am very happy with the scanner.

The Pen Scanner works as advertised. I use it for pasting quotes from books into my research papers. It works best if you put a ruler under the line you are scanning, to keep the scanner on track. Without a ruler, it still works, but accuracy is better with a ruler. The customer service for this product has been fantastic. A poor quality photocopy doesn't scan as well (no surprise). When working in low light, if you find the plastic tip too bright for your eyes (compared with the light in the room), the vertical side of the plastic tip can be covered with a piece of post-it.

I'm a lawyer and frequently have to quote printed text. This thing is perfect for short passages, so I can avoid the hassle of having to scan, OCR then copy and paste. I love that it's portable so I can take it into libraries and document rooms with me (along with a laptop -no in-device memory).

As other reviewers have noted, it's not great with poor quality print or unorthodox fonts.

Overall, a great product that I use all the time.

This sounded like such a great product, I was very excited to order it. Once I got it, I felt like I really got ripped off. The packaging was very cheap, not even sealed, and the pen itself looked like it should have retailed for about $19.99. It completely fell apart yesterday and I had to put it back together. If this is a genuine product, it's really sad. I feel duped for paying almost $100.00 for it. I am in college and thought this would really help me out, but it's almost more pain than it's worth. The red light that goes onto your page when you are scanning is so bright, it fries your eyeballs. Then, the scanning... it just puts in random things and I spend more time fixing it than if I would have just typed it in the first place. I'm sure there are much better scanners out there. Keep looking.....

rooCASE Neoprene Netbook Sleeve Case Cover for Lenovo 10.1-Inch Ideapad S10-3t 0651-85U Netbook Tabl

rooCASE Neoprene Netbook Sleeve Case Cover for Lenovo 10.1-Inch Ideapad S10-3t 0651-85U Netbook TabletIt's cheap and great~ and it fits my 10.1' netbook well. the color is fantastic as well. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I hate the review system which needs 20+ words.

The best feature of this is the extra zippered pocket for accessories. The material and zippers all have a pleasant and sturdy feel. It's a bit roomier than what you would need for an ultra slim tablet, which can be a good thing if you want to slip in some extra stuff like papers, brochures, business cards, etc. Or it'll be comfortably snug for a tablet with an attached keyboard or a small netbook.

I got this for my Kindle Keyboard so it would have extra protection in it's sleeve and so that i could put the charger in with it. I wanted one case for all the accessories so I could take just one case with me on a day trip. It works perfectly and I love the bigger zipper pulls. I have arthritis in my hands and it's easier for me to use the zipper on this case. Its well made and the color is beautiful!!

I bought this case as an alternative to the folio for my Asus tf300. But mostly just to protect and store the detachable keyboard dock when not in use. Fits perfectly, however after just the first or second use the corner seam of the protective flap on the inside is already coming apart.

DocuPen X05 Bluetooth Scanner - 1 USB - PC- Mac

DocuPen X05 Bluetooth Scanner - 1 USB - PC- Mac
  • Flash memory upgradeable with optional MicroSD memory cards to 128MB, 256MB, 512MB, 1GB, or 2GB
  • Scans at resolutions in range from 150dpi to 600dpi
  • Windows, Macintosh and Windows Mobile compatible
  • Rechargeable battery with USB charge cable
  • Fully charges in about 60 minutes - Up to 80 page scan per charge

This product is, in a word, useless. In two words, useless and expensive.

I am a PhD student in History. I do most of my research in libraries. Some of these libraries do not have copy machines or scanners available, so when I found this product, I thought I had found a perfect solution for scanning multi-page articles from books and periodicals from non-circulating libraries. I am guessing this product was not designed with someone with my needs as a user.

For brevity's sake, I will stick to 3 fatal problems:

Does not scan as .pdf. Why does this *document* scanner only scan to formats primarily meant for *images* formats (i.e. jpeg, tif)? I have no answer. WHAT THIS MEANS: you will NOT be able to scan multi-page documents as a single document. You will have to scan each page as a separate file. But wait, it gets better...

The scanner stays "on" only as long as it takes to scan and save. After each file is done saving, it automatically turns off. WHAT THIS MEANS: Any time you have to scan more than one page in a row, you will have to turn on the scanner and wait for it to initialize. "Wow, that's crummy, but I can deal with that," you say...it gets better:

Do you have a Mac by any chance? (I'm not sure whether this applies to PCs). You know that pesky message that pops up whenever a USB device is pulled out without ejecting it properly? The one that says you may have corrupted the information? WELL, since the device automatically shuts off about 5 seconds after the last active command, as soon as it mounts to your desktop, you have 5 seconds to get any files off of the device, or it will TURN OFF, resulting in an IMPROPER DEVICE REMOVAL error message, not to mention, you will not have your files.

THE SOLUTION: If you are a user with my needs, just use a digital camera. If you have a steady hand, the quality will be virtually the same. You will be able to take images of documents WIDER THAN 10 inches, and while you may not be able to capture them as .pdfs either, you will save a lot of time (I forgot to mention, each file takes 5-10 seconds to save with the DocuPen after scanning). Heck, I've been using my iPhone camera, and it's worked about a lot better than this product.

Buy DocuPen X05 Bluetooth Scanner - 1 USB - PC- Mac Now

I purchased the X05 hoping to be able to make quick page scans from books for later reference. The X05 is extremely slow in uploading to the computer. You cannot just make a number of quick scans with the pen and then upload as I had to upload each page after scanning. Also, I carefully checked that there was Mac OS support but the unit shipped without ANY MAC DRIVER OF ANY KIND! I searched the Planon support pages and they don't even list Mac drivers for this model. I had to find and use a Mac driver from an earlier version of the device (different model) and perhaps this is the reason for the slowness. In any case, the device was a huge disappointment and I returned it.

DO NOT BUY this item. It won't work with Windows 7 and could not get it to work with Vista either. I have called Planon support for 6 days, only to get a voicemail that technicians are helping other customers HA HA! They have no technicians. I have called all hours of the day, left numerous voicemails and no response. I still have a non-working product that is useless. I would not recommmend Planon products to anyone.

Want DocuPen X05 Bluetooth Scanner - 1 USB - PC- Mac Discount?

My first Docupen X50bets of the best PlanOn flagship modellasted about 5 months and 30 copies or so before it quit. The brand new replacement worked about 2 months and produced about 10 copies. PlanOn customer service tech usually returned my calls within 2-3 business days and after extensive trobleshooting over the phone here are some of the problems discovered:

1) The images were coming out scrambled;

2) Both scanners qickly lost their calibration and would not recalibrate;

3) The SD drive was defective and the program would not recognize it;

4) The battery would not hold charge and the scanner would die in 1 min or so;

Even when operating properly, the text lines and images come out slanted because it is difficult to keep the pen perfectly straight while manually scanning a page. I was willing to accept this shortcoming as a tradeoff for portability. However I do not accept spending about $300 to make just a handful of copies. Per PlanOn tech I sent the Docupen back. 2 months later after 2 inquiries I received an email informing me that my Docupen was beyong repair and that it also was out of warranty. I was also informed that there will be no charge for PlanOn trying to repair my pen (really??!!!). As a remedy I was offered to purchase another scanner at a slight discount to retail. Wow!

I treated my Docupen as I do any precision instrumentwith great care. Over the last decade I purchased many items from Amazon and have never been disappointed. I am surprised to see a poor, borderline fraudulent vendor like PlanOn selling its products on Amazon pages.

I have bought two scanners from this company, the X05 and de R700. They where very low quality devices, the construction is very cheap. The r700 started scaning only half a page after a year of use and the battery on the very expansive X05 stopped working a few months after use, the battery is internal so you have two open the divice and use use a soldering iron to change it... if you can find a replacement. I tried to contact the company FOR SERVICE not a replacement and I got no answer. As working prof. we value this type of tecnology but on this perticular device it's not worth it to waste your hard earn money.
