I received this for a Mothers Day present from my DH. I it took me a long while to figure it out. After reading the brief directions and still being confused (how is it wireless?) I went to the website. What I figured out is this: You plug the mat itself in to an electrical outlet. You then have to plug each device into that mat either thourgh the one USB port on the side or with the one univeral receiver provided. To charge more devices at the same time you will need to purchase (at approx $30 each) additional universal receivers that will plug into your additinal devices. If you want true wireless charging you will need to purchase a device specific receiver for each device at approx. $40 each. And they don't offer wireless chargers for that many devices at this time. They state that more are coming in '10 and that they hope that in the future the chip will just be built into phones, MP3, etc. At this time I feel it is a "what is the point of this?" kinda of device. Way too expensive to do what you can do for free with the provided cords on your phone, etc.

So, I will be returning my thoughtful present and maybe in 5 or 10 years I will get another one, when they actual do what they say they will do for a reasonable price.

Even though I cleaned the screen thoroughly, this just won't stick at the bottom and bottom corners... I don't know if the PDA is the problem or the protector. Otherwise, it was easy to put on and does the job of protecting the screen.

Edited to add: the protector is falling off and it's been less than a month. :(

Samsung Galaxy NoteII 2 Leather Case - GT-N7100 - Ultra Thin Flip Top Type - PDair (Black)

This is the case I am using. I ordered a couple of others (one by mistake), but this is the case of choice for now. Good leather, good feel, good fit. It is a little wider than the other cases,by a fraction of an inch (not bulky though), but the extra width keeps me from hitting the side buttons by accident. Case flips open, holds open by magnetism; flips closed, holds closed by magnetism. One of the other cases (Evecase--see review) has a slightly more compactness to it, looks less bulky, is made of good leather, but the perfect fit of the case leaves the side buttons of the Galaxy Note II more exposed, causes frequent hitting of the volume level and on/off button.

I am pleased with this PDair case.

What's not on the web site, and which I discovered only after buying it and opening it and some paper: while any size Compact Flash card will apparently work, this printer will accept only 32 meg Smart Media cards and smaller. Since I have (and need!) a 128 meg card for my Fuji 4700, the printer is useless to me--all I get is a card error message. It's a pity, because the price is right & it seems like a delightful toy.

For the price, size and quality its more novelty than serious printer, but its a good sort of novelty.

Pictures are small, but are on par with any other polaroid style camera. Good for scrapbooking, or checking images off LCD for digicams etc.

I bought mine in the hope it'd work with my P800 cell phones infrared, it didn't. Works fine with my nikon coolpix though.

The manual in mine says shoulderstrap included, however on the box it says it isn't,and it wasn't, not really a big deal though.

Haven't had a chance to see how easy it is to pickup film yet, but given its compatible with the joycam it should be reasonable easy.

The interface is ok, its a little terse but once you see where they were going its perfectly acceptable.

Prints come out fast, take a little while to appear.

After a day of taking digital photos, I always have to rush home and print them. Now that slight problem is being solved with instant printers! With Polaroid's brand name and cheap price on this printer, I had to get it and try it.

And wow, I'm impressed. This package comes with everything you need to get started! Even an extra adapter and film so you can print right out of the box. The setup is easy and the instructions are made so you can stick it on the printer if you forget. What's great is that the printer accepts BOTH CF and SM cards. Now you can give photos away to people and they will be surprised at how you printed them so fast and because the picture source is from a digital camera you can select what photos you wanted printed and how many times.

The quality of the photos are superb just like those instant Polaroids everyone used to have, this prints a smaller rectangular verison with the photo about the size of a credit card; great wallet prints! The coloring of the film however seems to be a bit more on the magenta side if you dont have long-distance flash. Other than that, the printer itself requires no batteries and has a convenient strap so you can carry it everywhere you go. The printer is shaped nicely you can hold in your hand and the weight is light enough to carry with your digital camera.

The P-500IR is a stand-alone printer that outputs digital images onto P-500 Joycam instant film. It's "stand-alone" in that it doesn't have any direct connectivity to a computer, and it takes images from CompactFlash or SmartMedia cards (the latter requiring an included adapter). Since there is no preview screen on the unit (the thing runs on the embedded P500 film pack battery, so you only need to feed the thing film), you have to kinda guess which photo you're about to print. I've been taking the somewhat roundabout route of dumping the files from my digital camera onto the hard drive, tweaking and cropping with Photoshop, and then copying select files onto a CF card, which then is inserted into the P-500IR to be printed.

Output quality is pretty good, considering that it's instant film. The image size is pretty small, but it does create some unique "hard" artefacts of digital images. I think this printer would have been a questionable investment at its original price; however, with the discount, I suspect the folks at Polaroid are going to get their money back (and then some) on the film! The five stars are given specifically for the discounted price. This printer is a "must have" gadget at that price!

The "fingers" on this car mount are adjustable by bending the ends of the metal fingers to fit the iPhone or iPod being used. The "fingers" then stay in the required position. The metal is springy enough that I can "click" the iPhone into place in the mount and then remove the phone to take with me when I leave the vehicle. I adjusted the mount to fit my iPhone with an iFrogz cover and it also fits my husband's iPhone which has a silicone cover. There is no need to readjust the mount "fingers" when we switch between phones in the mount.

The base of the mount can be attached to the dash with the included double sided tape or suction cups, but we have attached it to the front panel of the dash with the included screws. This gives the mount a very secure feel. The flexible arm of the mount stays in position when the phone is installed and does not "droop". I use the mount so that I can have easy access to the phone for voice dialing as well as GPS functions.

The base that we used for the screw mounting is metal, but the cover over the mount is plastic. The flexible arm and "fingers" are metal. The end of the "fingers" have rubber covers to keep the metal from scratching the iPhone or iPod. The orientation of the phone can be rotated somewhat so that the phone can be angled for easy viewing for the driver or passenger.

Though this is sold with several supposed mounting options a couple of them either don't work or are impractical. This item seems well made until you get to the mounting. They are happy to sell you more sticky pads for a fairly hefty price considering if the first ones don't work. Unfortunately they won't stand up to the heated interior of a car so don't bother.

Works nicely. It is indeed a well thought out product design.

My only issue (as several others have pointed out) is the adhesive pad that comes with the mount. Despite following the instructions to the letter the adhesive did not hold for even 1 second even without the weight of the phone. Just the weight of the arm and phone holder was too much for the adhesive.

Used the included screws and the mount is a very solid performer.

The PED 3 Auto does just that. It holds your iPhone very securely yet leaves it maneuverable enough in your vehicle to fit most situations. The "finger" edges are bendable to conform to your phone, whether it be in or out of a case. And YES it works with Otter Box cases.

The holder is all metal and heavy duty, including the bendable post, and the holder rotates 360 degrees. The base is plastic but has a metal point for the post to screw in and the whole base bolts onto a metal plate on the bottom of the base. The base also has multiple spots for the post to screw in to fit anywhere and anyway you may choose to mount it. The 'sticky' pad that comes with the holder is sufficient enough to attach to glass or a smooth surface dash and hold securely even in the intense summer heat, which for me can reach up to the 100's(F).

I consider this to be the ultimate iPhone holder. It works well with any charger or itunes (am/fm) set up. In fact I liked it so much I also bought the stand for my home so I can have one inside as well. PED 3 really has it together.

The keyboard is actually smaller than I was expecting but it works great.

I purchased it to use with a HP Touchpad running CyanogenMod and it fits the job perfectly.

To get the keyboard to pair natively with the android OS you must do the following:

1. Go to the bluetooth pairing screen in android.

2. Turn the keyboard on and set it to scan mode.

3. Select the keyboard and enter the password 0000 when requested.

4. Type 0000 on the keyboard as well. (This step was not listed anywhere.)

The trick is to enter the password on both the keyboard as well as the android device.

I do not recommend the software that comes with the keyboard, it crashes 100% of the time on the touchpad, and the latest version which has been named BlueInput costs $10. In addition the mouse does not work when you use it.

Every feature of the keyboard works as described. Very good price for what you receive. The keyboard charges very quickly over standard USB and holds the charge for a significant period of time. The keyboard itself is backlit very well. The laser pointer is of fairly high quality. It even comes with a bluetooth adapter in the side of the keyboard for systems that do not have bluetooth.

This is a well designed, fully functional, sturdy little device which I use to control a laptop hooked into my TV from across the room. I sit about 20 feet from the PC, and the bluetooth works fine from that distance. There is no interference from other bluetooth devices in the room, nor does it interfere with wireless controls or devices. The buttons are well placed, as is the scroll pad and mouse pad. I haven't figured out a good way to click and drag yet, but I'm sure there's a convenient way to do this as well. Very nice little item, at a good price.

This I'm sure this is just a precursor to what is to come with this product with it eventually failing altogether. THe protector itself is amazingly clear when applied.

I bought it based on the tech spec. however upon seeing and feeling the screen protector, it is just a piece of thin and simple plastic. I tested scratching it gently with my nail and it left a long scratch unlike the BodyGuardz on my Palm Pre which I scratched hard with a coin and still look good. Another issue, it's impossible to squeeze out the bubbles and no instruction on how to do it. I'd tried using a soft piece of cloth, a soft plastic, and even a credit card but can't seem to get rid of the bubbles.

I decided to abandon the effort and took it off the phone. I guess I should return it to Amazon, but I've wasted one already.

Don't make my mistake. They're service can't be worse and it can be used from anywhere. This is an honest review. The representative has said 4 times now that he will help (and had put me on hold). It works, it simply works. I can pick up my pop email from any location with an analog phone connection. (watch out, many offices have digital phone systems, which will not like this little modem) And I can also send my pop email with some freeware available out there. So all in all a great product. I can even just peek on the server to see if any relevant email is waiting out there, or if it is spam and spam again. (i am using a commercial software for this feature, so be prepared to spend a bit more money) It is nice to sit in a hotel room somewhere far from home and to read email on your little palm V (or better Vx)... it feels like working on the very first macintosh. It is all very cute, and all the words in the emails seem really important. Hmm, but there must be other solutions. I could think of wireless solutions, or solutions which would use a cellphone as a wireless modem. (look ma, no wires)... This modem is a cute solution for the wired traveler. Emails feel very fuzzy and warm. And you can write them anywhere and then send them off from almost anywhere. Oh, and before i forget, yes, you can also surf the web. (using some other commercial software which is listed in the manual). Hmm, surfing the web on a palm is a completely different story. It just does not feel right. Amazon actually is quite surfable, but many other sites are not. It feels a bit like leaving the house but never crossing any streets. Not quite there yet, it seems. :*) Get it, if you insist. :*) I am keeping mine. I like it.

The size fit ok but it is very finicky with air bubles & reapplication if you have to adjust the fit. I would recommend Belkin or Fellowes overlays instead if you can find them.

Quicktionary II Translating Pen English Spanish

I bought one three months ago and use it almost everyday. Not that it is so great I can't put it down only that there is no other device I could find that is any better. I read the reviews so I knew what I was buying poorly documented hard to learn difficult to use same basic technology used 5 years ago for scanning and speech generation. However it did have one very strong feature a good vocabulary which was a must for the application I had in mind. Reading German books and helping me translate the 27 letter words that I hadn't learned in 15 years of learning 26 letter words.

The pros: scanner so no need to type. Fast. Light. Stand-alone. Extensive vocabulary. Good audible pronunciation almost human to understand.

The cons: Instructions impossible to understand have to figure it out yourself ended up calling their technical support (which was very good). Hard to use. Scan must be exact or it won't recognize the word. They provide a plastic guide "training wheels" for first time users which gives a pretty good idea how fussy it is VERY!! I have to scan a word sometimes 5-6 times before it will finally recognize it. Program does not have any kind of approximation software the slightest overlap or underlap or missing a character or hesistation when scanning and it comes up with garbage. It comes up with garbage often. A real problem I had no idea about when I bought it is it won't work with rechargeable batteries. When I replaced the original alkaline AAA batteries with my own NiMH batteries it wouldn't work because the voltage of alkaline batteries is slightly higher and it is EXTREMELY sensitive to low voltage. Meaning you have to buy new batteries every 10 hours. BUMMER !!!

Conclusion: it works. It is using an incredible amount of technology unfortunately it is 5 year old technology. Is it worth buying? NO if there was something better. For the price it is probably worth it I'd gladly pay twice the amount if there was.

I am pleasantly surprised at the quality and functionality of this product. It is a substantial and well-built product. Cyber Clean Cleaning Compound

It's decent. The only problem is it doesn't get things that have fallen in the cracks of the keyboard, like crumbs. A power duster works a little better in that regards, but the nice thing about the cyber clean is that it actually picks up all of the dust. You have to wipe down your desk after using the power duster.

This is like lemon scented silly putty for grownups. It is ok at grabbing crumbs from between keyboards. It doesn't seem to do anything to get rid screen smudges, and sometimes little bits come off, so be careful by charging ports or USB ports. I like it more for getting rid of hard to get dirt in the car.

I couldn't find these in the stores anywhere, so I settled for a Komodo brand. It specifically says for Xbox 360. The quick charger wouldn't recognize them, and neither would the play and charge. They are only a buck cheaper than on here, but what good are they if you can't even charge them!!! I won't make that mistake again. I'm going strictly for Microsoft branded gear. I'm so glad I found these here on Amazon! Don't settle for goofy knock-off brands for replacements! Amazon is the best mall ever!!!

I purchased these brand new direct from amazon and I have to say i'm severely let down. I completely understand the matter of sometimes people receive defective products, and looks like it's my turn to be on that list. This contained two battery packs and neither pack would charge. I used my charge cable on an older pack I had just to make sure and that charged fine so obviously it's something to do with these batteries themselves. Maybe they've been sitting around in a warehouse for too long. If you're going to buy these just be very weary. If you get a good pack then great, but me personally i'm out of $20. I'll try to get the problem resolved, and if I do, I will update my review.

These batteries last very long. I game for at least 26 hours a week, I can play weeks without charging my first battery before I need to replace it with the fully charged one. I have the charge and play kit that works wonderful. I am impressed that they last as long as they do. One thing to remember is to let them drain completely before charging that will make them last longer. This is my second set of batteries as well. My first pair I bought when the xbox360 first came out and they lasted me 5 years. Well worth buying these even for the casual gamer. I saved a lot of money on AA batteries.

I was disappointed, the case fits the Galaxy tab 10.1 and has the required holes but it is pretty heavy and thick.

The Galaxy is a thin, elegant tablet but with this case it seems the same as an Ipad 1.

Also the flatest angle is pretty steep and not convenient to type, I will look for another case.

Shipped fast. I was a little concerned because some reviewers found this cover heavy and bulky. Not so. I guess maybe they don't understand a portfolio. I owned an ipad before this and this cover is less than half the price, more functional, and provides substantially more protection. Personally, I think it looks sleek and rich and cool. The leather quality is great and I like the leather style of the little bumps that add texture. A quality product for a decent price. Now there is a surprise!

The cover is serviceable but lefties will find it difficult to use. The leather frame is too thick, making it difficult press the keys in the lower left corner from a left handed perspective. The strap near the power button is also very thick and makes it difficult to find for a lefty. Tablets are better suited to clips than this the leather frame.

On a positive note, the adjustable tripod (for lack of a better term) is phenomenal--I can always have the tablet at the proper viewing angle.

I would have given the product three stars, but the manufacturer send me an email informing me that they would send me two dollars back if I left a positive review on Amazon. Bribery aside, they ought to have more faith in their product.

This case arrived on time, but compared to the Belkin case, it is extremely flawed. The sleeve where you slide in the Samsung Tablet 10.1 is flimsy and there are scratch marks on the leather near the camera hole (more like a tear).

The tablet does not stay firmly in place, it keeps sliding down. The camera is unaligned, as is some other important areas. It's difficult to connect the charger whilst having it in viewing mode standing up. The velcro is flimsy and it feels as if the patch that holds it up could rip off if you aren't gentle with it.

You're poorly protecting a $500+ product and decreasing the ease of functionality. I'd suggest investing in something more sturdy and reliable; this product isn't worth the cost.

This is my 4th attempt at a case for my Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 Verizon 4G. The first two cases that claimed to fit the Verizon 4G model (which has the power and volume buttons on the side vs. on the top like the wi-fi only model), didn't even fit the Verizon 4G. My third case, a Belkin, did have the cut outs in the right place for the volume and the power buttons, and it was a nice case, but the cutouts weren't in the exact location they should be, so I was always fumbling with getting to the buttons.

This case, the Roocase, is perfect.

PROS:

There are cutouts on the side that make it fit the Verizon 4G model tablet and cutouts on top for the wi-fi only.

The case fits the tablet very snug, so it's a slim fit, not bulky and loose.

There are cutouts for the camera and the charging slot and they're both in a perfect location where nothing is covered partially, like some of the other cases I tried.

Once the tablet is inside the case, there's a flap that goes around the bottom of the tablet and then tucks inside the bottom of the case that keeps the tablet securely in place. There's also a really strong velcro strip on this flap that holds it in place so the tablet doesn't slide up and down. This is very important because it keeps the tablet in the proper location for all the cutouts. In the three other cases I tried, the tablet would slide up and down moving it out of alignment with the cutouts. There were flaps on those cases, but the flaps didn't velcro into place, so even the flaps moved.

The case also becomes a stand if you want to set your tablet on your lap or on a desk and work from it, and it's a nice stand that stays in place.

Another great feature of this case is the fact that you can actually separate the tablet while it's still in the "sleeve" part of the case, away from the outside cover of the case, allowing you to hold the tablet without any bulk, if you prefer that method. The "sleeve" part of the case velcro's to the outer part of the case and it's a really strong velcro. You can also rotate the tablet 180 and use it in the case stand vertically vs horizontally. The pictures on Amazon's website show what I'm talking about.

This case stays closed by a magnet, which is also a nice feature that keeps it from flipping open when carrying it.

This case is very well made, cleans up easy, and looks beautiful. I bought the pink one for me and a black one for my husband and we both love them.

CONS:

I really can't think of anything I don't like about it.

I highly recommend this case whether you have the wi-fi only model of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 or the Verizon 4G model.

One of the online advertisements had included a picture of a medical conference with this little fellow in the middle of the table, that was helpful.

i ordered this microphone and one other for videotaped conferences, intending to keep the better of the two. This one did not work at all; the only sound on the video was buzzing. It was not the camera because the other microphone worked nicely. It does have a nice low profile and rubber backing to prevent it from sliding across the table, but useless features if the microphone itself doesn't work. The product I'm keeping (and would recommend good product for the price) is the Sony Omni-Directional Mono Microphone.

13.3 Inch T-pink Snap-on Hard Case Cover for Apple Macbook Air (08-09 Models) + Free Neck Strap for

I ordered this item for my wife, as she liked the color of the cover as pictured. She has an older Macbook Air and wanted to make it look prettier. She liked this light, powder pink cover and so we ordered it. When the item arrived, the company had not included enough postage, so I had to pay an additional $5.50 in postage. When I finally got the item home and opened the package, the item looked rather cheap and flimsy, and the free neck strap was not included. Also, the color was a much darker pink, only a few shades brighter than a candy apple red. And when the cover was placed on the silver-grey Macbook Air, the final result was rather hideous. The color is awful--nothing like the pictured item. Would the item protect the computer? Probably, as it is made of a hard plastic. But, if you are looking to make the computer look pretty, then I do not recommend this item. After much negotiation with the company (at one point, their service rep actually suggested that my wife get used to the color...), we were finally allowed to return it. Unfortunately, the shipping label they sent me did not have sufficient postage, and I had to pay an additional $9.25 in shipping costs. Do not waste your time or money buying this item or purchasing anything through this company.
