Iluv I106Bpnk Leather Protective Case With Cover (Pink)

Iluv I106Bpnk Leather Protective Case With Cover
  • Shreds 3 Sheets In A Single Pass
  •  Full Use Of The Click Wheel
  •  Access To The Headphone Jack
  •  Magnetic Flap Closure
  •  Firm Protection From Scratches

Sooo, id like to say Bravo on the super fast delivery, The quality on the case is very very nicely put together. The leather quality great, magnetic clasp is very secure. BUT I bought a clear case originally w my ipod for temporary protection while i searched for my dream case and i'll have to take it off to fit the ipod inside this case which i guess is the point. And I do have access to all the things i need to use it. but i had to stick the suade card that comes with it behind the ipod to make a snugish fit, so it wont slide out. I wish i could just slide it over the plastic case that compeletly covers it. But it wont fit :( .I cant help finding myself imagining in my purse something getting into the case like spare change and scratching it. So i think im a buy a protective coating for the screen. Other then that its great. Smells good too. i would strongly suggest KEEP IT IN THE CASE!

PDair Leather Case for Samsung Galaxy S II SGH-T989 - Book Type (Black)

PDair Leather Case for Samsung Galaxy S II SGH-T989 - Book TypeI purchased this type of case because I wanted protection for the screen. I am very nervous about the screen getting damaged in my (junky) purse! A skin cover just would not work. I also feel this is better protection if you drop this on something that is not flat or is sharp. It is a bit padded. I have a cover very similair for my IPod that I have had for years, so I knew this would be what I was looking for and would protect as expected. The camera is exposed, but that is to be expected. There are holes for the speaker and I can hear through them.

It has some card slots on the inside so that is nice if you only need your ID and phone. The belt clip is swivel and removeable (but I have not used it). It had a weird smell but that has gone away and I feel it is real leather. This is a quick ship considering it came from overseas. I searched and searched for alternatives and a better price, but no luck. But the price is reasonable. I did find this brand has a flip up version versus opening like a book. You do look goofy putting it to your ear. You could slide it out but it is a snug fit so that would get old. I just use my bluetooth or speaker. If you order this, make sure you acutally have a Galaxy II from T-mobile.

Couldn't be happier with this buy. From the protection of the phone to the card holder, you've gotta love this case from end to end! Great buy!

Buy PDair Leather Case for Samsung Galaxy S II SGH-T989 - Book Type (Black) Now

I use this case to protect my phone from scratches & rough handling. It works fine. I do not use the attached (rotating) clip. I have had a bad experience with rotating clips as my prior phone (an old, but venerable Palm Treo 650) would fall out when the clip rotated without warning.

---

What would I like to see? (And, yes, I know that this would cost extra. I'd be willing to pay.) A nice, heavy, brown leather case with a fixed clip. I haven't found one yet.

This case is a nice leather protector. Quality stitching, magnetic snap/closure. Screen cover has two pockets for ID, Credit cards, etc. Padded, leather covered, and proper sizing. It comes with a belt clip that was less than satisfactory. Broke the first day of use. Was able to disassemble and repair. Free swinging, will not lock in a particular place. Was able to use an existing clip from a Body Glove protector that has a built-in stand and did not swing freely. All together it was well worth the money. Shipped from Hong Kong but arrived early. Very happy since I have dropped it several times with no harm.

Looks good, expensive.

I always prefer to purchase memory products from SanDisk because they are always high quality and perform as expected. The price is a little high but other lower priced products seem to fail more quickly. I have yet to have a SanDisk product fail.

Read Best Reviews of SanDisk 8GB Memory Stick Pro Duo Here

Memory is always a worthwhile upgrade in my opinion. Today's files and demands are increasing so it's best to stay ahead of the curve with all the room you'll need. I have a host of Sony products including a PSP, PS3 (did you forget many PS3's have digital card readers in them?), and a digital camera; all of which share this card, and I can have all the room I'll probably ever need with this one card between all my Sony devices. Naturally, I have other capacity cards, but having one larger capacity card makes it real easy to swap or share files between them all.

SanDisk is an OEM to many products available so you're getting top quality. Again, in my opinion, superior to even the Sony "branded" cards. Don't be tricked into seeing a Mark2 or Ultra II card thinking a little more money must mean it's better; it's just a wee bit faster when writing the files and not necessarily any faster when reading them, however the device itself you're using must support that feature if applicable.

If you're the typical digital camera or video game user, this card will be more than you'll need in terms of capacity so you won't have to worry about running to a PC and backing up the files constantly. If you're a hardcore professional camera user where milliseconds between shots matter, then you might want to look at the faster access cards instead. Otherwise, save yourself the money and grab this card (even the 2GB or 4GB are plenty sufficient too) and pile on the digital images/music/videos!

This memory card has given me so much more freedom with my Sony PSP, that now we are inseperable! And at a great price too. Thanks!

I originally bought an 8gb Sony version of this, and when I wanted a spare I bought this one to save some money. Can't tell a difference! Why pay twice as much to have a Sony logo on it? Also, when buying a sony brand memory stick online, there's a large risk that it is counterfeit.

OrientEX(TM) Rii Touch N7 2.4G Hz Mini Wireless Full Qwerty Keyboard For PC, HTPC, Apple, Xbox360, W

OrientEX(TM) Rii Touch N7 2.4G Hz Mini Wireless Full Qwerty Keyboard For PC, HTPC, Apple, Xbox360, Wii, PS3 With Removable Battery -PROS:

(1) actually works, fairly reliably;

(2) there are very few alternatives for a similar device;

(3) hasslefree setup;

(4) small size and overall excellent form factor;

(5) very good distance range for home use;

(6) backlit;

(7) virtual vertical scrollbar; and

(8) reasonable price.

CONS:

(1) ERRATIC SLEEP AND WAKE-UP BEHAVIOR. The biggest issue I experienced is its erratic behavior of going into a sleep mode and waking up.

First of all, the unit goes to sleep too frequently (probably only after 2 min. of no use). Should be kept awake for at least 10 min. and preferably 30 min. before goes to sleep, but I'm not sure how much impact doing that would have on the battery life.

Once the unit goes into sleep, there isn't a consistent way to wake it up. The instruction manual states that the user can hit any key to wake the device up, but according to my experience, it does not work as claimed. Sometimes nothing works except for switching it off and on again. And when hitting a key does work, only certain keys such as the fn key and space bar work.

In addition, just touching the touchpad does not wake it up, which it should do because the touchpad is the most intuitive thing a user would use attempting to wake the device up.

The thing that really causes annoyance isn't how difficult it is to wake it up, but the inconsistency.

For example, when the whole thing just gets stuck, you can make it work again by switching off and back on again. It isn't difficult to do that, and it is very quick, but the inconsistency is annoying and distracting.

Another related issue is that starting the computer does not automatically wake up the remote. The USB dongle is always plugged into the computer, so theoretically it should be able to that. But instead, you have to manually turn the remote on. So to watch TV using your PC, you need to turn on three things, the TV, the PC, and this PC remote (and I hope you don't have one of those TV remotes that also need to be manually turned on every time when you use it). Not terribly difficult to do, but this hodgepodge doesn't give you a feeling of the state of art. It may be a design overlook, or maybe there's something fundamentally wrong with the sleep status of this entire device.

Fortunately, if you put your computer to sleep, turning on this PC remote does wake up your computer.

(2) The battery standby time is only about a month. This is partly a trade-off of using a rechargeable battery. One month may sound like a very long time, but remember you are talking about a remote control not a tablet computer. Most TV remote controls have a standby life over two years if you're using proper batteries.

Overall, I think the designer of this keyboard struggled with the power consumption issue and had to come up with a compromised solution. The frequent sleep mode is also a result of the same cause. Maybe someday a better design may solve these problems, but for the time being, this is what we get.

(3) The touchpad a bit too small, but that's part of the compact package, so I can't complain.

(4) The touchpad is a slightly jumpy and inconsistent, but very much usable.

FURTHER COMMENTS:

I hesitated to buy this to be honest. Some of the user reviews on the predecessor of this product had me worried. Besides, the seller is not really doing a good job in describing the product. It took me a while to realize this is actually an updated version of the previous Rii Touch Mini, which had been sold for quite some time and received hundreds of user reviews. This product, on the other hand, had only two reviews. It is very easy to be confused by these listings of products. I had initially suspected that Rii Touch N7 could be just a knockoff of the original Rii Touch Mini. When it comes to home electronics, you just don't know where they're coming from except that they're very likely all manufactured in China. But what matters is who designed them and who is behind the products to support them.

Anyway, after some research, I concluded that this is indeed an upgraded version which is manufactured by the same company, although may be marketed by a different company. So I went ahead despite the lack of user reviews.

I am quite happy with the product I received.

Out of box, this thing works with no hassle. On Windows 7, no driver is needed. (In fact, they don't even provide a driver. Even the multimedia function keys work without any setup. And it has a very good build quality.

If you have never seen one of these before, make sure you understand the actual size of this thing. It is comparable to a typical TV remote control, probably just a bit wider in the shorter dimension. But the keys are of very a practical size, not difficult to find and press. I would say it is a great form factor, although a slightly larger size could be even better.

The USB adapter, which is tiny, is hidden in the battery compartment of the keyboard in the origin of packaging, something that one could easily missed without reading the instructions. The USB adapter is completely plug-and-play.

The reception range is very good. I tried from about 30 feet away and it worked with no problem. But you should plug the USB adapter to a USB port in the front of the computer, not in the back to maximize the effective distance.

The touchpad, which I worried about the most, turned out to be a quite good part of this product. Although it is rather small due to the overall size of this thing, it is responsive, close to an average laptop (but not nearly as roomy and smooth). The buttons for left click and right-click are very easy to use. They are actually far better than the Logitech Revue's keyboard which is many many times larger than this.

Besides, the touchpad can do single and double clicks, which is critical and will hugely affect overall user experience if this feature is missing. Don't take this for granted, even Logitech Revue's much larger wireless keyboard does not have this. Unfortunately, single clicking using the touchpad isn't very reliable, and you often end up having to do a double-click to do something that you usually do with a single click on the computer. The trouble is not making a double-click itself, it is inconsistency which is annoying.

Details are very well thought out. The battery is replaceable. No separate charger is required. You just charge the thing using a USB cable.

One of the things one should pay attention to is that this device goes to sleep after only a couple of minutes of no use. So practically, every time when you pick it up, you need to wake it up, otherwise the thing would appear to be nonresponsive. I haven't carefully studied all the possible ways to wake it up, but hitting the space key works.

Unfortunately, sometimes the whole thing would become completely non-responsive. In my short period of use, this has happened quite frequently. It is very easy to fix the problem when it occurs (but won't prevent it from happening again). You just slide the power button off and back on, and the device becomes responsive with no time, until of course the problem happens again the next time. This makes the thing bit erratic and inconsistent.

If you want a remote control for your PC, particularly in the multimedia/home theater setting, this is the best device I could find. It is not perfect. I feel that if Logitech were to design and make this device, they could come up with an even better product. But unfortunately, Logitech does not make a compact PC remote control like this. The smallest Logitech wireless keyboard K400 is many times larger (about twice in each dimension, and eight times in volume), and four times heavier. The closest competition I saw was CE Compass Mini Wireless Keyboard with Touchpad Mouse PC Remote Control, but I did not try that primarily because it does not have backlit and also has a much shorter distance range. But it has some attractive features and could be a good alternative for other uses.

Highly recommended despite the issues I observed.

Reason for buying: I bought this mini wireless keyboard because like the majority of society today, I was lazy and wanted an all-in-one device to control my computer's desktop whilst sitting away from it. This is mainly due for using my computer to watch movies, which is hooked up to my tv.

First impressions: When it was delivered, I felt some sense of great relief. No more trekking those numerous footsteps to move my mouse at the desk or trying to move such said mouse in some form or fashion for the laser to read properly and move the cursor. This small contraption became what it was, I thought it was.

Reality: It works the way it's designed to, BUT don't expect it to last. It's good run was about 5 months. After that, it would begin to lag, I then searched around the internet for other reviews and found the same instances. As of right now when turning it on, the cursor will be moving erratically. Any attempt to move it would only make it put up a fight. The cursor would move only the distance allowed on the small track pad.

All the pros for this device can be read in the info section the company wrote. Sure they're nice to know in reviews, but I'd rather give the info a potential buyer, like myself, is worried about.

All it's missing is a (PS) key so you need a controller to quit Netflix and games and a shift key on the right, but other than that it works perfectly on PS3 and PC. It really is the size of a Hershey bar! The battery can be easily replaced unlike the laser pointer models, who needs that anyway?, and when those irreplaceable batteries die it's trash time for the whole thing. The charge cord is cool about 2 feet and splits into a full and mini usb so you don't lose one and you can plug the transmitter into it so it's next to where it charges. No signal issue, i"m typing this with the Rii Touch N7 mini wireless keyboard from 10 feet away which is more than plenty. So much better using this than lugging around the giant corded monster keyboard I was using. This is one super cool device, mouse control is decent it's really fast and fun to type on this and way faster than the on screen keyboard I had been using instead of lugging out the full sized monster. Proof that sometimes smaller and lightweight is better! if they add a PS button to the next model I'd buy that too and use this for PC and that for PS3 and wouldn't even need to move the transmitter which is no big bother anyway and only missing the PS button is not even enough to rate this awesome product less than a solid 5. Plus the illuminated keyboard looks tight, get one of these and show it off to your friends they'll be jealous. I recommend getting this one New OEM Rii Touch N7 2.4G Hz Mini Wireless Full Qwerty Keyboard For PC, HTPC, Apple, Xbox360, Wii, PS3 With Removable Battery [Black] from LapTopMate {2 others look identical except for the name on box}because it's definitely in brand new boxed condition and I noticed from other reviews they seem to stand behind their stuff more than the other companies selling similar ones. This was a steal at $39.99 I would've easily paid $50 or more. I just love new high tech gizmos that make life better and this very nicely finally rids me of that old wired monster keyboard thank goodness! A+ for Amazon!

--I was looking forward to receive my new mini bluetooth keyboard but when i got it i was happily surprised at the quality of the product it uses a rechargeable battery which is convenient and lasts a while.

--It also connects to all my bluetooth devices with ease and with great range. this is by far the best mini keyboard i have tested in the market and i highly recommend it to anyone who wants a pocket sized & lightweight keyboard thats super mobile.

--The keyboard has a great slim design and somehow the track-pad in the middle does help a lot. I can use it to connect my PC, MAC, Xbox, Ipad and many other devices.

--This is Made in China product which in most of the cases is but the quality is just great. I mean very good.

--The best part is the back-light of the keyboard. Close all the lights of your room while watching a movie and this little gadget can help you control from a distance.

All in all a good device.

Yep, we dumped cable and have gone with just on-line content(Netflix, Hulu+, YouTube, Pandora and various news webs sites). This little unit was the last piece of our set-up. I put the computer box in the office adjoining our T.V. room and ran the cables through the wall, including a USB extension cable to which I inserted the mini dongle for the Rii remote. Works flawlessly. The track pad is very responsive, I can move the mouse arrow across the 42" screen with ease. Hitting the "e" in the center immediately launches the web browser. The left and right mouse buttons on either side of the "e" work just like a regular mouse. All the keys are there plus Fn keys that allow you to control your computer's speakers, pause, FF, and RW content, as well as several other tasks. Also, using a combination of the Fn key and F7 lets you rotate the track pad 90 degrees so you can hold the remote in one hand and use it with your thumb like you would a standard remote. Fn + Enter works like CTRL + Alt + Del, (comes in handy when you want to take a look at Task Manager). Holds a charge for a very long time. As others have stated, it does shut off after a few minutes of not being used, but sliding the on/off switch on the left edge instantly restores it with no lag at all. The size is slightly larger and slightly thicker than a regular Hershey candy bar. It seems fairly sturdy as I have dropped it half a dozen times already and it has suffered no ill effects. The keyboard is definitely "Thumbs Only, Finger Need Not Apply". Adequate for entering in a Google Search but not realistic for writing anything longer. Having the back light feature is a really nice touch when you have the lights down and need to adjust sound or pause playback. Overall I think I'd give it about 4.3 stars.

M-Edge Microfiber Leather Incline Jacket for iPad 2, Exterior with Matching Nylon Trim, Foldable Des

M-Edge Microfiber Leather Incline Jacket for iPad 2, Exterior with Matching Nylon Trim, Foldable Design, Navy
  • Foldable design offers 5 different landscape stand positions - low typing position, upright entertainment position, vertical FaceTime position and two low angle positions for optimum typing versatility and comfort
  • Open portal allows use of the iPad's rear-facing camera without removing device from jacket
  • Microfiber leather exterior with matching nylon trim
  • Soft microsuede interior keeps device screen protected and clean
  • M-Edge's snap-in, ultra-secure molded mounting system holds iPad firmly in place

I purchased an Incline Jacket to go with my new iPad2. I love it (it was the only one in purple!) up to a point. The only way that I can have the back camera available for use, is to mount the iPad upside down. That's not good design.

While mounting the iPad upside down makes the camera available, it creates an awkward, non-intuitive interaction where I'm opening the jacket backwards to use my iPad. The M-EDGE product demonstration video (on the M-EDGE site) for the Incline Jacket is misleading. It attempts to show that mounting the iPad correctly will allow the camera to be available. A close look at the video shows the iPad has been remounted to the Incline Jacket upside down for the shot. Like I said, this is misleading.

Now, when I want to take a picture using the back camera, I have to completely remove the iPad from the Incline Jacket, take the picture, and then mount the iPad back into the jacket. Not at all an elegant process.

Apple has done their job to make the iPad2 a simple, clean, easy to use device. The Incline Jacket should be as equally easy to use.

I didn't buy this cover at Amazon because I found it on sale at a local store. I did purchase a cover made by a different company from Amazon and returned it because it was defective. I have a M Edge cover for my Kindle and I love it so when I saw the M Edge cover on sale I purchased it. I'm very glad I did. This cover is exactly what I was looking for. LIght weight and still gives my iPad great protection. The iPad snaps into the cover and the cover protects the corners. I doubt if I will ever need to take the iPad out of the cover. If you want to use the rear camera you need to mount the iPad upside down which another reviewer mentioned. I don't see that as a problem. The home button in on top when you open the cover but the only time I use the home button is to turn the iPad on. After it's on I use the screen gestures to go to home. The case looks and feels like real leather even though it's Microfiber and not real leather. It's very well made with no flaws in the stitching. If you want to use the stand to set your iPad on the table just flip the cover open and back and tuck it in. Very easy compared to some covers that make you pull out flaps and go through several steps to set it up. The only thing I would have liked to see different is the mounting method. My Kindle cover uses small straps on the corners and I prefer that to the plastic mounting system on the iPad cover but my iPad is very secure in this cover and like I said I doubt if I will ever need to take it out.

PalmOne Zire Handheld

PalmOne Zire Handheld
  • Palm organization and style at an affordable price
  • Easy to learn and use--even if you've never used a handheld before
  • Mini-USB connector allows easy transfer and backup to computer
  • Keeps addresses, appointments, and important information safe and secure
  • Comes with a rechargeable battery
  • Easy to set up and use

If you need a handheld for basic PIM tasks such as phone numbers adresses and e-mail this is the one for you, read on. If on the other hand you need a powerful handheld computer able to do multimedia I recommend you look at the Sony Clie line of Palm OS handhelds.

The Zire provides all you need to substitute your paper based agenda out of the box.

About the OS:

Palm OS is actually the standard OS on handhelds (most like Windows on the desktop). This handheld includes a desktop PIM(personal information managers) as well as software to sync with Microsoft Outlook.

There are thousand of programs available for the palm OS add such as enhanced PIM , Personal finance program to syncronize with MS Money and Quicken as well as office suites and games.

Hardware:

Zire has a very stilish design it is almost as small as a Palm M515 or clie T 665. Also this handheld as all Palm branded handhelds is build to last with a tought elegant casing.

It is compatible with Windows and Machintos desktops. The only limitations I find in this computer are that it only has 2 MB of memory (but I am a power user), for most peple 2 MB is plenty to store thousand of addresses as well as and office suite and other programs. Another minor limitation for gammers it that there are only four buttons.

Sumarry:

The zire is arguably the best possible solution for someone just entering the world of handhelds. This is the best entry level handheld computer for the money

Buy PalmOne Zire Handheld Now

Although I rush to buy new tech stuff and have a lot of it, I hadn't really wanted to pay the going rate for a PDA...especially since I'm retired and don't need anything to keep me organized. But when Palm intro'd the Palm Zire for [$], I couldn't resist. The main reason I bought it, besides the price, is that I wanted to be able to carry my address book with me. This works great for that, and it was very easy to transfer my main Windows address book to the Palm. It's also very easy to use. I can stick it in my pocket for notetaking, etc. Consequently, I find I'm using it more and more for errands, memos and 'to do' lists.

The only drawback is that the screen is not backlit, and while the contrast is adjustable and the screen easily visible in bright light, it's hard to see under regular lamplight. As I become more dependent on this, I can see I will probably want to upgrade...exactly the marketing strategy Palm had in mind.

Oh, and don't waste your money on Palm's PDA carrying case. It's made of a heavy, soft, kind of smelly plastic that takes away all the lightweight advantages of the small Palm Zire. You can find much nicer ones for much less online at places like eBags.com.

Read Best Reviews of PalmOne Zire Handheld Here

The new Zire Palm is essentially an updated version of the Palm m100, with the following changes:

* An even !Smaller! screen.

* A new, stylish form factor.

* A rechargeable battery.

* A funky new name.

All of the other limitations of the m100 still exist. The memory is not upgradeable, and 2MB is pathetically small, allowing for only the most basic address and scheduling functions. The three PALM programs that I consider essential would overwhelm this puppy. They are: Mapopolis (a mapping program from Mapopopolis.com with keyword-searchable street maps), Avantgo (an online news service that downloads articles to your palm) and Vindigo (a restaurant, movie and city guide).

The lack of memory is riduculous, especially considering that the m105 model that this also replaces has 8 MB and a slightly larger screen!

Believe me, screen size matters when you are pointing and clicking on a tiny keyboard on your Palm. And this has to be the smallest screen yet.

To me, this model is only for those misguided and poor folks who would have bought the now-discontinued m100 model but want a rechargeable battery. There are far better models out there for only a few more bucks. You can still find some of the excellent Handspring Visor leftover models around for about the same price, which feature the large screens and 8 MB. And Sony's CLIE line of Palm OS handhelds basically now own the middle of the PALM product line.

Here's a basic PALM product guide:

Zire/Palm m100: Bottom of the line. Designed to suck you in but leave you wanting more. Think of this as the Chevy Chevette of Palms. Plagued by small screens.

Palm m105: The 8MB version of the m100. Fine, except needs batteries and plagued by small screen.

Palm 125: Ooh, expansion slot that you will probably never use. Still plagued by small screen.

Palm 130: Adds color, lithium battery to m125. Not bad, but screen still small, low res.

Palm m500: Still the standard for monochrome Palms. Lightweight, with a clear, large screen and a classic form-factor that gave the company its name. 8MB, expandable, lithium-polymer battery. Triple-Aces.

Palm m505: Discontinued color model features horrible washed out color screen. AVOID.

Palm m515: Soon to be discontinued Color PALM. Very good, but no Palm TUNGSTEN T.

Palm TUNGSTEN T: The top of the line. Finally, Palm builds a PALM that can compete with a Pocket PC. Too bad they priced it like one too. Triple Aces design, with fabulous ergonomics, fantastic high-res active screen, battery, bluetooth, and drop-down graffiti pad.

For competitors, check out the new Handspring Treo models, which feature thumbpads and a small form factor (some with phones), and the Sony CLIE line. The CLIE models, which start at just over a hundred clams, have a nice form factor, and upper-level models feature the best high-res color screens for generally less than what you'd pay for a similar PALM-branded model. CLIE's feature memory-stick slots and lithium batteries. But I've heard Sony's customer service is weak compared to Palm's easy-as-pie returns. These things do break from time to time, so keep that in mind.

Enjoy!

Last year I asked my wife for a PDA for Christmas which I received. She bought a good brand, a top seller, but I was totally frustrated with learning how it works. It shouldn't be that complicated. Maybe the Yippees and the Yuppies are smarter than I am or just determined to overcome any tough challenge. Not me! I bought a Palm Zire and fell in love. It has everything and does everything I need and I learned it in three minutes. The front cover is a soft, plastic flap which seems to be a pain to some but is easy to cope with and who needs backlighting? The battery is rechargable so I don't replace batteries. My calendar stretches on for years, my address book has about 250 entries and I've only just begun, my to do list is brilliantly simply, my note pad goes on forever with ideas, reminders, shopping list, etc. and I can switch from one category to the next with a simple touch of the handy stylus and back again. It is a delight to work with and anyone who slams it is an idiot! You want a stylish Cadillac with a phone and color TV screen, fine, go buy one, but for the price and simplicity you just can't beat it! In the world of sophisticated electronics, this little, light-weight, shirtpocket pal goes the distance for me . . . and probably for you. Simplify your life, get it all done and relax. Anything you need is right there in the Palm of your hand. Zire!

I am a 13 year old kid who bought this pda with my mowing money for school. This is a very good PDA for its price. It has a nice B&W touch screen and looks cool. It has an Adress book, date book, memo pad, note pad (you can draw stuff on the screen with this), 13 digit calculator, clock & alarm, expense, to do list, and security. A cd comes in the package that has palm desktop software (synchronising stuff), and mine hunt, giraffe, hardball (like pong), and puzzle 15 (theese are all games that you put on the pda through the desktop software). This is a very good pda for anyone who wants one thats cheap in price, but not in quality.

Sena Palm Tungsten T3 Leather Cases

Sena Palm Tungsten T3 Leather CasesThe case fits well, took a while to slip it on. Looks durable. I got the belt clip, there is a metal fastener. The last case clip fastener was plastic and broke. Room for 2 expansion cards and Wi-Fi card (without mirror). I like not having to take it out to sync. Time will tell but I think this will be a good investment

Belkin Wireless Keyboard and Case for iPad Mini

Belkin Wireless Keyboard and Case for iPad Mini
  • 7 inch keyboard with well-spaced keys
  • Innovative design allows keyboard to fold completely flat for handheld viewing
  • Pairs with iPad mini through Bluetooth
  • 60 hours active battery life, 2,000 hours standby battery life
  • 1-Year Limited Warranty

I have used and owned a number of iPad keyboard cases, including Zagg and Kensington. I was happy with my Zagg for the iPad, but wondered what I'd do when I got my iPad Mini. I needed a keyboard case to take notes and type quickly when in meetings. This Belkin keyboard/case combo is the nicest available. The case is very sleek and keyboard is well designed. Comparing this to the keyboard/case offerings I have used with my full size iPad, this is the best keyboard/case available today.

Finally an iPad that can be held with one hand. And a nice Bluetooth keyboard accessory.

+ Can type quite fast with the Belkin keyboard.

+ Pairs up with the iPad Mini nicely with Bluetooth

+ Has a keyboard shortcut for the screen keyboard to use Apple Dictation key

Big disappointment was no dual magnets to automatically turn the iPad On/Off (It was difficult to mount magnets myself.)

No Forward Delete

Case cover has a thin rubber feel instead of a leather feel like some other brands

Clumsy to use in portrait mode, but it can stand up vertically

This is a well-engineered product, but not well designed. Let me run through some of the pros & cons:

On the positive side:

+The rubbery case feels great. I love leather, but the rubber feel to this case is very reassuring when I'm carrying around my iPad mini.

+The keys (when I hit them properly) have a pretty good response, though they occasionally need a stronger press than I'm used to (and I end up missing letters from time to time).

+It's svelte. It doesn't add much bulk at all to the mini and is very easy to carry.

+The command and option keys are nice add-ons for working with text selections.

And for the negatives:

-Belkin made some very odd choices for key layouts. The apostrophe requires pressing a function key and it's very awkward. I find myself constantly backspacing and retyping my words that have them.

-The space bar is shifted just enough to the left of center that I keep missing it when trying to hit it with my right thumb.

-I'm used to the top-right key being a "delete" key, but on this keyboard it's the equal sign.

-The entire keyset is set in a well of sorts (surrounded by a little rise around the perimeter of the keyboard). What this means is that it's impossible to use your pinkies to orient your hands to the smaller keyboard.

All in all, it's a well-made product, but I think it was rushed to market and the design/usability suffered. If anyone at Belkin actually used this for more than a day, I think they would have rethought some of their design choices. I bought this case to be able to type notes at conferences, but I can't imagine trying to take notes with this thing and dealing with all of the errors from the key layout on this thing.

Mine will be going back and I'll be waiting to see what Logitech's answer for the iPad mini is. (I had their ultraslim for my iPad 2 and I loved it!)

PS-I'm not affiliated with Belkin or Logitech

PPS-Every apostrophe in this review needed to be retyped. UGH!

Want Belkin Wireless Keyboard and Case for iPad Mini Discount?

On the whole, I'm loving this keyboard it makes my iPad mini into a properly productive mini computer.

A few observations (after only a week of use, to be fair):

Good:

* Keys are good nice amount of travel, good springy feedback, it's certainly comfortable to type on

* I like the smooth cover I'm not a fan of leather or faux-leather cases, so this is a plus

* Great balance between holding the iPad securely, while still being fairly easy to get it in and out. If you still want to be able to use the iPad as a standalone tablet regularly, this is a big plus.

* Magnetic flap holds the case shut when not in use, it doesn't flap open like the Zagg mini keyboards can

* Battery life is great haven't needed to recharge it yet

* I love having a Command (⌘) key all the shortcuts like ⌘-C and ⌘-V to copy/paste work. And it's in the same place as on my Macbook so I just use it without thinking

* It pairs fairly quickly

Could be better:

* I'd like a dedicated row of function buttons (the number keys double up as function buttons if you hold an alt button) there is a lot of space along the top, so there would've been room for them. The Zagg mini keyboards have a separate row of function buttons, and I prefer it that way

* Typing the ' character is a pain the apostrophe key needs a fiddly Fn key combination press, which is annoying for something that you have to type very often

* The prop stand flap works great on a desk or flat surface. When I've tried using it in bed or on my lap, it's less effective. It makes the keyboard less flexible about when/where you can use it than something like the Logitech Ultra thin keyboard for iPad.

The Good-

-Pretty nice keys, many functions

-Island keys (there is a space between each key)

-Bluetooth works excellently

-Not too bad of a price

-Nice and comfortable design

The Bad-

-A couple clicky keys, make sound when pressed

-Some keys have trouble being pressed

-Unnecessary "Alt/Option" and "Command" keys

The Ugly-

-By far the worst thing I think I've ever seen from Belkin, the charging port. I mean, I haven't done anything at all that could even be considered "damage-worthy." I've had for about 1 week, setting it to charge every night, and it's already broken. Terrible and unacceptable.

Original Brand New Loftek 3-in-1 Mini Bluetooth Wireless Keyboard for Apple Ipad Nokia Symbian S60 P

Original Brand New Loftek 3-in-1 Mini Bluetooth Wireless Keyboard for Apple Ipad Nokia Symbian S60 Phones Windows Mobile 5.0 Sony Ps3 Players Keyboard, Touchpad(touchpad does not work with iPad or mobile phone)I had a little difficulty getting this keyboard connected to my Casio Commando, but this was solved with an app (blueinput). Then I had to figure out (with the help of a youtube video) that you had to choose the input type by long pressing on the first input box and selecting the dot for macro keyboard. Once I got past this learning curve, I have been extremely happy with this keyboard and my android phone. Be aware, if you are going to use this with an android phone, you will need to spend an additional $15 to get the paid version of the app which will make it work. Rii states that the .apk that comes with the keyboard only works with android versions up to 1.5. I couldn't find a free app that worked.

The candybar keyboard is quite handy, well made and responsive.

I have used in Ubuntu, Win7 and on my Asus transformer. I made a good purchase.

I recommend this keyboard for your Asus Transformeror any tablet for that matter.

It also has a laser pointer and keyboard lights up. It also has a Bluetooth usb dongle wich pops out from the keyboard if you need to use. Good stuff!

I have had this product for a few months now. I really like it but the Bluetooth connection is terrible! You can expect >10 Feet Line-of-Sight (and I mean no obstacles at all!). In fact it will not work at any distance if there is an obstacle in the way, which is very disappointing. Also a few of the keys have to be pressed really hard to get them to work, and I wouldn't use this for doing any typing whatsoever; it is best for web browsing/multimedia etc. Other than those two things I love it, great features. Also it comes with a little Bluetooth dongle that stashes inside it. My cats LOVE the Laser too. If the connection problems are not an issue for you than I would highly recommend it. Oh and the instructions/packaging have very entertaining broken English, "The teacher must have the best weapon" haha!

PNY PCF256RF 256 MB CompactFlash Flash Memory Card

PNY PCF256RF 256 MB CompactFlash Flash Memory Card
  • Compatible with digital cameras, handheld PC's, audio devices and notebooks designed for use with CompactFlash
  • Maximizes your storage capacity, resolution and speed
  • High Performance, low power consumption, non-volatile storage
  • Store, erase and reuse. PNY CompactFlash cards can be reused over and over without loss of quality
  • PNY CompactFlash cards resist breakage and are not affected by extreme heat or cold

I purchased a PNY 256 MB CF card in April of 2003, and it just stopped working, in December. I have tried to contact PNY for support, but their support people don't offer much help. They offer a lifetime warranty on their products, but tell me I have to return it at the place of purchase (I only have a 30 day return policy, and that has expired). Their support people have told me they do not offer picture recovery from bad CF cards, either. Lexar DOES. Guess whose CF cards I will be buying in the future...

In short, bad customer service and lousy support!

I purchased one of these from Amazon about a year ago. A few months back my computer and camera are unable to read it. Lost pictures, not happy. I treated the card well and it rarely left the camera. I have yet to see if they will honor their warranty but I still wouldn't suggest this brand since reliability with something like this is of the upmost importance. It is also an extra big deal that I have to return it since I have personal photos on there that I do not want some guy at PNY looking at and showing around work and even possibly spreading all over the web. Finally, I doubt I need to mention how much it sucks to lose files and data. Big thumbs down for PNY from me. Will not buy from again.

I was always a believer that all media cards were created equal. Whether a San Disk, Lexar, PNY, or SimmpleTech card, it didn't matter, each worked as well as another. Well, I was wrong. After one use, just one single use, the PNY card stopped working! Just one use, I couldn't believe it!

In my line of work, I sometimes put my camera and media cards to the test. I use San Disk cards (which have never failed me), but one time I needed an extra card and had to settle for a PNY. That turned out to be a big mistake. Luckily I was able to return the card and get my money back.

Want PNY PCF256RF 256 MB CompactFlash Flash Memory Card Discount?

I purchased a PNY 1GB compact flash card from a local retailer. I put the card in a brand new Canon Rebel 300D, snaped a few shots to test the card... Images came back striped, with strange colors and patterns often taking up half the image.

Worried it was the camera, I switched back to my eMedia 256MB card took a few

shoots of the same subject, everything was normal. No stripes, no strange colors.

Still not convinced it was the flash card, I repeated the process, putting the PNY CF back into the camera. Stripes, colors, patterns again!

I thought this may have been an isolated case, until I read the reviews here on Amazon. I will not be buying PNY again. I suggesting sticking with better known (and more costly) brands.

My PNY 256 MB CompactFlash Memory Card lasted for 3 years without a hiccup. It mysteriously died on me the other day and took a few pics with it. It lasted 3 years, so I assigned it 3 stars for quiet, dependable service. I would've wanted more reliability from a solid state device, hence the average rating.

SteelSeries Shift Gaming Keyboard (Black)

SteelSeries Shift Gaming Keyboard
  • 8 programmable hotkeys
  • On-the-fly macro recording
  • Multiple media controls
  • Gold plated audio & headset ports
  • 2 USB 2.0 ports (1 powered)
  • Detachable wrist rest
  • Ergonomic design with 3 leg levels and a non-slip base

First thing I experienced with this keyboard was feeling how heavy and sturdy it wasfor us rigorous typers, it's a chore to have to move our keyboards back after our strokes push it away. The interchangeable keysets made this purchase very worthwhile for me(a Starcraft/WoW player). My only gripe is no back-lights on the keys, but heythe soft glow of multiple monitors is all the light us gamers need, right?

Great keyboard, heavy and sturdy so it does not move around when pushing on the keys. Media keys work with iTunes in the background without having to alt-tab out of a fullscreen game :D

A word of advice when installing this keyboard: Do not have it plugged into a USB 3.0 port. The SteelSeries Engine software will not recognize the device and the firmware update will freeze causing the keyboard to crash and become unresponsive. I found this out the hard way, after multiple installs/uninstalls and computer reboots, once I plugged it into a USB 2.0 port, SteelSeries Engine installed and recognized keyboard with out an issue and the firmware update was applied with no problems.

This keyboard does, in fact, work with older keysets that are on the official compatibility list, the list is easily found by going to google.com or any other search engine and typing in "Official SteelSeries Shift Compatibility List"

I was able to use my Zboard World of Warcraft: Burning Crusade keyset with it, which is about 5 years old. You just have to uninstall the SteelSeries Engine and reinstall it with your compatible keyset in the SHIFT keyboard.

  • Available in Black, Dark Blue, Pink and Red. Search: rooCASE Dual Pocket HP EliteBook 2560p LJ459UT 12.1-Inch Laptop

I bought this neoprene sleeve to protect a compact HP laptop (the EliteBook 2560p) when travelling. I've been using an ancient neoprene sleeve for years with my Apple laptops and love the way they give just enough protection to cushion against shocks, prevent scrapes and dings, and avoid foreign objects working their way into any nooks and crannies without the need for a separate laptop bag; you can just zip your laptop into its cushiony sleeve and tuck it in your carry-on, backpack or holdall and rest assured that it should be safe from accidental damage.

I did a bit of searching to find a sleeve that would work for the HP 2560p and this rooCASE looked very promising. Having received it and tried it out for a few days, I can say that it's exactly what I'm looking for except for one small issue that I hope will resolve itself. The case seems to be very well-made, and although I've not had a proper chance to put it through its paces and see how it holds up, it seems very nicely constructed and strong, sturdily-put together and likely to give my laptop the protection I'm looking for. It fits the laptop perfectly it zips up easily but is a snug fit rather than a loose, baggy one. The neoprene is thick and yet 'squishy' at the same time, giving plenty of cushioning between the laptop and anything I'd really rather not come into contact with it. It's easy to get the laptop in and out of the sleeve as it has a double zipper that goes halfway down each side. There are a couple of business/credit card pockets on the inside, and a zippered pocket on the outside that should be useful for keeping stray papers in one place. Really, it does exactly what I want it to.

There's only one thing preventing me from giving it five stars, and that's the smell. Oh dear God, the smell!! I understand that it's quite normal for neoprene to be a bit on the stinky side but really, I do NOT remember ever encountering anything like this before. This thing has the most overpowering stench that, four or five days after I received and unwrapped it, doesn't show even the tiniest sign of abating. It's a bad, bad, dizzy-making, nausea-inducing chemical reek that seriously has me on the verge of a migraine whenever I'm in the vicinity, and for a good while afterwards. I moved the sleeve to a far-flung, uninhabited corner of my office to give it a chance to air out, but the vapors don't really seem to be getting any less potent and my colleagues are still just as unimpressed! I don't want to try Febreze (or similar) as I get the impression I just need to let the chemicals dissipate on their own rather than try to disguise them, but good grief... somebody please tell me this eye-wateringly terrible smell will go away sometime soon?! I guess this is my punishment for rolling my eyes all those times over the years that I've seen people talking about having to send back Kindle covers because they have such a nasty chemical smell. This is karma in action.... now I know how those people felt!

In all seriousness... unbearable stench aside, this seems like a great item and I'm really pleased with it. Now, if the stinky stink would just be so kind as to vanish, this thing would be absolutely perfect and possibly even five-star-worthy!
