rooCASE Executive Portfolio Genuine Leather Case for iPad 4th Generation with Retina Display, iPad 3
The only thing I definitely don't like is the way they constructed the pull-out piece.
I think they should have made it so the rough part of the "Velcro" stays in the case and the soft part stays with the device. What happens is the rough part can easily snag your clothing if you set it on your lap or grab and attach itself to things it shouldn't when you have the iPad out of the zippered case.I appreciate the fact that this case has a zipper enclosure to better protect the IPAD. I do suggest that the Velcro be attached to the base and not the removable case as it can adhere to clothing.I think the design/style of this portfolio is great, it is streamlined, allows me to keep a pad of paper (which is my main reason for getting this). The problem is, one of the coolest parts of this is the ability to separate the iPad from the portfolio when you don't need everything I had read the other reviews and mention of the velcro but thought it wouldn't bother me, but it does. Once you remove the ipad (with the cover on) the large round velcro pads are with the grabbing side out (on the back of the iPad), this means that if you are wearing anything other than jeans it will probably pull your pants, skirt, shirt, sweater, whatever you are wearing.
It would make much more sense in the design of this to have the grabbing part of the velcro on the portfolio itself and have the back of the iPad cover have the soft material side of the velcro.
The concept is good, the look is good, I wouldn't mind paying a little more for better leather but overall a good looking product. The case is really nicely made w/ quality materials. HOWEVER, the design of this case leaves the corners of the Ipad exposed and vulnerable
I noticed this a bit too late as all 4 corners of my Ipad are now damaged. Would NOT recommend this case for this reason. Find a case that adequately covers the corners. I really wish this had been pointed out in some of the other reviews I had read before buying this case. This case is one of 2 rooCases that I purchased. I ordered both because I couldn't tell from the pics which one would best for me. I'll review the other case separately. This case is well made and could work, depending upon what you're looking for. The case is quite bulky and more importantly, there are significant limitations in how one can position the iPad because of the kickstand. The issue is that the 'kickstand' is pretty flimsy and as far as I can tell, allows for only one option for propping up the iPad. Because of the full zipper (it wraps completely around the case) it's impossible to fold the cover out of the way of the way when space is limited. The color is very 'baby girl' pink and the interior is soft and well made the space for business cards, a pen, etc., is actually very useful. I recommend this case for someone interested in more of an attache' type cover.

Battery worked great on my Tungsten T for 1 week. It held a charge then after a week it started dying. Wont even last 20 minutes. Being that it was like $8 and a real pain to disassemble the tungsten again, I didn't return it. I just took the loss. Please note, it's not the sellers fault. It's just a defective item.Read Best Reviews of Li-Polymer Battery for Palm M550 / T1 / Zire 71 Here

I bought this SD Card on sale thinking I'd just saved a couple bucks, but unfortunately had $3,000 worth of equipment crash because of it. The very first time I used it, it crashed my computer and broke my camera. After taking the pics I wanted, I inserted it into my computer, which instantly started acting strange slowing down and not recognizing that there was a card inserted. So I tried to restart my computer and it wouldn't restart. I had to take it in to get it fixed, costing me $100 for the technician to tell me it was the SD card. Also, the camera I used it in, a Nikon D80 that I just bought 5 months ago, is now being shipped back to the manufacturer for repair after using this card, the display monitor wouldn't turn on and the camera wouldn't record any pictures on any of my other SD cards. Next time, I'll spend a little extra money to buy something of quality, especially when using it with my expensive equipment.Read Best Reviews of PNY 256 MB SD Secure Digital Flash Memory Card Here

I had this card for more than 6 months, and It worked super in my Canon Powershot A510. Transfers went well too. Then all of a sudden for no reason I kept getting "card error" on my computer and digital camera a week ago. My SD/USB converter couldn't find the card either. I had really good photos I wanted to transfer to my computer and now they are probably lost for good. What a joke.i can take about 150 pics and i can record seven min. of videoProtective Neoprene Glove Case With Wrist Strap and Belt Loop for ZOOM H2 , H2N and Other Digital Vo

Enter USA Gear's Neoprene case designed to fit the H2N. My case arrived promptly from Accessory Genie and I put it to immediate use. The case is nice and sturdy, just enough neoprene to give it some padding and with solid seams. The H2N has a little bit of breathing room in the case; something slightly bigger could fit in its place, though my recorder wasn't swimming around or anything just about the right size.
If I have any reservations about this case, it's the side pouch. It's a bit too tight for my tastes, especially right at the zipper opening. But it's still more than workable, especially if you're just storing SD cards in it, which is what I do. If you have an H2 and want to carry extra batteries, perhaps its a bit too tight; for the H2N and some SD cards it's fine.Excellent glove case with wrist strap for my Sony digital voice recorder. The zipper zips around the top and partial side, which is very secure for my recorder. I ordered another case, similar to this one, which unzipped completely around the top and side. Unfortunately, my recorder almost fell out while I was working with it. That is why I ordered this type of case. I highly recommend it.Great little pouch to Zoom H2. Nice snug fit, even with neoprene skin on Zoom. Front pouch holds spare batteries, and/or spare sd card. Good product, good price, prompt delivery. This case is not bad. I would recommend it for anyone needing a spare case for their Zoom H2 recorder

GrantedI have only owned this cover for 2 days...but I am completely in love with it. The pattern is simply beautiful. It's whimsical and youthful without appearing childish. It looks like a pattern from Vera Bradley (which I love! I own many VB purses.) I love the little kickstand feature in the backI really feel it will come in handy if I want to watch a video/movie and don't feel like holding it. The cover itself feels padded, although I don't think it is padded enough to protect my Nook during a fall (which I am OK withif I wanted that level of protection I would have bought an Otterbox cover). I prefer the flip style of case vs. the book styleIMO it makes it a bit more comfortable to hold the nook with one hand while reading. The only thing I can think of that would have made this cover perfect is if it had a zipper around the case which would have allowed it to zip closedbut I suppose that would have added more money onto the cost of the case. So, for this price point, I can't complain. All in allit is a wonderful case with a fun pattern. But, only time will tell as far as its durability and how long it lasts before the seams come apart or tearso we shall see...
iPAQ hx2410 Pocket PC
Outdoor visibility is good.
Handwriting recognition is exception even without training it. With the new `training' feature you can be pretty sloppy and the PDA still figures it out.
Battery life is exceptional, I purchased a 2nd battery and charger because I was going to remote places in Asia, and couldn't be without the PDA. Turns out I never needed the second battery. All day off and on usage totaling 4-6 hours was no problem for 1 standard 1440 mAh battery.
Also makes a terrific MP3 player (I added a 1GB SD card)
The only problem I've had is occasional freezing of the OS. The more I use it the less this has happened (go figure) A soft boot fixes it, maybe a bios upgrade from HP will fix this.
2/2006 update After a year of use. There is slight scratching where I write the most and those areas are less sensitive to writing. A screen cover may be a good idea. I've updated to windows mobile 5 better exchange support a bit more polished interface no backup program. For most people probably not worth it. I added an 8GB CF Disk (ST68022C-RK) Very nice I use the disk to store WMA, there is slight pause each time you access the drive but when listening there is no pause. Definitely uses more battery but still can get 5 hours of continuous audio usage. Still happy with the product. The hp2410 I initially bought was intended for utilizing my medical programs and drug-dosage guides for my work. The screen wasnt working so well, the alignment of the letters for typing wasnt accurate. The equipment gets three stars for the minor screen alignment irritation, the company gets five. I contacted the company about this screen issue and was immediately assisted in ways to realign the screen or reboot the pc. When this didnt work, a replacement was immediately suggested by the company and a label for ups return was sent to me via email with no delay. In the short time I had the pc I did enjoy the easy advantages it offered me as a nurse, quickly looking up medications. I decided to upgrade to a new pc! The company made this transaction so easy for me, with a quick upgrade payment my new pc is on its way. I cant wait till it gets here!!

I own this charger and have used it several times. Whether I was at an all day music festival, a day of sightseeing, or just out running errands on a normal day, I make sure I always pack my Cables to Go portable USB charger. It is nice not to have to worry about my cell phone dying when I need it the most, and also to have the piece of mind that I will able to stay connected to the world, no matter where I am.This charger is portable enough to throw in my purse, diaper bag, or backpack and not take up any space, and I can charge my phone at least 3 times before I need to plug the device in again.
This product is a lifesaver and a must have item for the person on the go!
Plantronics .Audio 628 Stereo USB Headset (.Audio 628)
I use these for listening to music and watching TV shows on my computer. My kids use the heck out of them talking to their cousins via Skype.
The sound quality is good, better than I thought it would be actually. While they are not as good as some of the high end 'monitor' type headphones, these are likely better than what you are using now. The phone functions of the headset works easily and installation is almost thoughtless.
I have a big head (7 3/4 hat size), and these are comfortable on me. Not sure Id want to wear them all day, but I had no problem watching 2 hour movie with them on.
Overall, I can easily recomend these to anyone in the market for this type of product.

I have the Plantronics .Audio 655 Headset and GameComPro1 PC Gaming Headset with the latter being my 'standard' headset. Both are mainly used for gaming and chat clients such as Ventrilo, Teamspeak, or via game consoles which is how I used the .Audio 628 headset as well. The sound quality is pretty acceptable. These aren't headphones for every day listening so audiophiles need not apply but putting that notion aside both incoming and outgoing sound is clear (assuming the mic sensitivity and output are dialed in properly of course). The in line controls on this model work well and the raised +/on the volume defines the function easily when blindly operating the device. I personally have not used this headset for Skype, as I don't have anybody to Skype with on a whim, but I would hazard a guess the phone button picks up and hangs up just fine. Functionally this is a respectable headset.
On to comfort, and perhaps to a lesser extent build quality, I'm going to have to knock a star. These aren't horridly uncomfortable, or prone to inflicting excessive inward pressure like the .Audio 655 Headset was for me, but they don't feel very secure or well-positioned while on my head. Overall they feel under-weighted with little spring to them outside general curve on the unit. They sort of remind me of the feel that the packaged headphones used to have with a cheap discman. Ultimately they wouldn't be my first choice for extended use but being that they're marketed/designed for Skyping I think they are adequate for light use to that end given the price point.
All things considered not too shabby. A little uncomfortable albeit not in a painful/distracting way but the sound quality, simple features, and price make it a decent headset to recommend for pedestrian use of Skype and other chat clients. If you find yourself in need of something a little more substantial or demand comfort for extended wear then I would suggest looking elsewhere.

I used this head set with Skype, 3CX and a lesser-known SIP Soft Phone. I heard all callers perfectly, and no one complained on the other end.I have a feeling those complaining about comfort, probably wouldn't like any head set. It's certainly less bulky than the Logitech head set I owned.
Plantronics is also normally more of a corporate-grade product, so you get a couple of small bells and whistles, like hardware volume and call control, which I (and most people) would never use, but worked fine.

Works fine. Seems a little cheap. Bill drawer smaller than my last register cramped fit. My last Royal was older but much more sturdy. Still it works fine for the price.I have owned 2 previous royal alpha cash registers, and they were dependable workhorses with many features and good accounting reports (void reports, clerk reports that show number of nosales by clerk id, etc) this is a piece of garbage compared to them. its journal only has 4000 lines, it doesn't show voids on the journal, but it does insert a bunch of spaces into to journal, so that after only 500 transactions, my journal is full and has to be printed mid day. i bought an SD card thinking that i could just back them up to that and then print them all at the end of day, but apparently it cant print journal reports that have been saved to the SD card. the journal is pretty worthless anyway, as it doesn't show any actual data on what might cause a miscount of cash. voids are often used by employees to skim money out of the cash drawer (voiding an item without first ringing it in, and pocketing the void) on the older alpha registers this could be seen by looking at the journal and making sure that all items that were voided were actually rung in. on this machine, that is impossible, because the only void information is printed on the end of day report and it shows a lump sum, not individualized transactions. You might think that you can trust all your employees, but I have caught managers skimming before using the journal tape. DO NOT BUY.Penpower WPSNO31EN World Pen Scan

The Worldpen scan cost a bit more than the other pen scanners, but once you use the Worldpen scan you will know the extra cost was worthwhile. I am a level 2 nursing student who needs a quick way to transfer text to files such as powerpoint and word documents. The Worldpen scan will recognize technical text and symbols such a mg/dl, 3.3L/min/m2, difficult pharmacological generic names and so on, at a very quick rate of scan. I can scan an entire page of medical text in several minutes. The text is instantly transfer to M.S. word document where it can be edited. I use a separate, non related, program to convert the visual text to audio, Ipod, or mp3, and I have an Ipod ready file to listen to. It is a great way to listen to and absorb needed information while skiing, driving, jogging, or anywhere you take your Ipod or mp3 player and need to study. The Worldpen driver installation is quick, straight forward, and very easy to use right out of the box.The pen ergonomics are user friendly, well thought out, great for smaller hands like mine, compact, and power is drawn from the usb drive. I bought this because I like to enter in text from textbooks that I highlight so I can use them for research papers later on. Previously I would type these in but after awhile I really get tired of typing and start making mistakes, sometimes my fingers don't seem to work anymore in terms of speed and accuracy. Maybe it's because I'm getting old, I don't know. So after a lot of research, I went for this product which also has Mac support (definitely a requirement since I use a Macbook). Previously I never had a pen scanner so I can't really compare scanners. But I can say that this pen scanner is very fast in terms of how quickly you can slide the scanner over the line. It's very accurate as well. The only time I noticed that I got errors was because how the paper curves at the binding on books, but if you put the book as flat as possible and just be careful as you approach the curve you can increase accuracy. If you take the cost (plus rebate) into account it's a great deal compared to other pen scanners.PROS:
-pen is light
-great speed and accuracy
-scan text in both directions (even though the software says one direction)
CONS:
-kinda feels cheap for a $100 product
-the "on" trigger should have been a roller type of button so it would move more smoothly across the paper
-hard to tell where the beginning point of the scan is
-the "triangle" pointer on the plastic that you are supposed to line up your text with is kind of hard to see, but you get used to it
-errors can happen where the pages curve into the binding
Update 7/3/2012:
I've been using this pen scanner extensively for school. As I mentioned, it's not fully compatible with Word for Mac. In fact, it's very frustrating using it with Word for Mac than it is worth. So what I do is just use Pages, then I copy and paste into Word which works better. When I use Pages, the scans are a lot more accurate. The pen works extremely well. From time to time, I'll get a random number instead of the text I scanned, but usually the 2nd time scanning the line will solve it. But it happens far, far less frequently than with Word. It's less stressful and aggravating compared to using Word. I'm going to downgrade it 1 star because I think it should work just as well in Word.
Update 7/11/2012:
I've been slowly downgrading my rating for this device. It started with 5 stars, now I am giving it 3. The reason why is because there are times when I scan a line and it gives me gibberish. It has nothing to do with my scanning technique, ie. how straight I move the pen scanner or the speed, because there are times when my pen motion is not smooth, crooked, very fast or very slow and it scans in text perfectly. When gibberish starts coming out, sometimes I have to scan the line 5 or 6 times just for it to scan the text, by then it would have been quicker for me to manually type it in. Not sure if this is an issue with Mac, but I've used the built in mac word processing like TextEdit with the same results as Pages. When it works, it's great, but when it gets stuck on gibberish mode, it is extremely frustrating. I guess I will live with it for now.I use the pen scanner for note taking for college classes. It does take some practice to get the speed and accuracy up, but it works really well. Bright lighting in the room also helps. Highly recommended!

These absolutely did not work for me on my iPod Touch. I'd had great success with the Pogo Stylus Ten One Design Pogo Stylus for iPod touch 2G, 3G (Black) and decided to try these out as back-up -leave them around the house, stick one in my purse, etc.
Where the Pogo slid across my screen (it has a spongy tip), these styluses were like putting on the brakes (they have a rubber tip). Even when I tried using them for things that didn't need any sliding motion, like typing, they still didn't work unless I pressed VERY hard (to the point where I thought I'd crack my screen).
I've since gotten an iPad, so I don't even need a stylus anymore (because everything is HUGE on the iPad : ), but if my review helps even one person save a few bucks and the wasted time waiting for something that's not going to work (didn't for me, at least), then it's worth the time it took for me to write this review. : )
By the way, there are different styles of the Pogo stylus, not just the one I posted (which is the one I'd purchased).

I have tried and used many. These to me are the best. They work well with the screen and have the soft bulb end. I bought others that looked similar, but had a hard slanted end and they don't work nearly as well. I have also used the pogo ones, but this are just a little larger and easier to use. They will fit in the pogo clip if you have it, a little tighter than the pogo but it does work. You can't beat them for the price.Stylus pens, what can be said? They showed up weeks later, almost a full month, so if you need them now, order somewhere else. I will say they do work on the Kindle Fire. rooCASE Super Bubble Neoprene Sleeve Case Cover for Apple iPad Mini 7.9" / Amazon Kindle Fire HD 7"
I got this case for my iPad 2 to go with a screen protector (front and back, of course) and a green smart cover. The sleeve fits my iPad 2 perfectly with and without the smart cover attached. The side pocket is nice but small. You could fit the USB cable, but the power brick would be pushing it.
The case also looks nice. The green trim matches my green smart cover perfectly. It's easy to get the iPad in and out of the case. Not too tight or too loose.I wanted an attractive neoprene case that would accommodate my Gelaskin Kindle cover, and this case works perfectly. It is light-weight, protects the Kindle from falls, and the front pocket is handy for carrying a few dollars for a coffee during my afternoon walk. Although I bought the case for use when traveling, it will be very handy around home too. Note: The neon green is not as bright as shown in the picture, more muted. My wife and I each have an iPad2 with the smart cover on the front and the Speck SmartShell Slim Case for iPad 2 ( Speck Products SmartShell Slim Case for iPad 2 (SPK-A0427) ) on the back. We bought the rooCase to travel with and to make sure that the iPads were protected when getting thrown into backpacks or when we wanted to just carry them with us to sit at our favorite café, etc. The case opens from the top but the zippered opening provides ample room to slide the ipad in and out of the case easily, even armored up with the smart cover and smartshell case. The bubble interior protect the iPads very well. We did find that the iPad tends to fit better with the smart cover (front of the iPad) facing the pocket on the front of the rooCase. The color trim on the outside of the rooCase is a nice design element and makes the case easy to see inside of dark packs. The front pocket is also a nice feature as it lets you stow the charge cord and other accessories (e.g. pen stylus). So far we haven't had any major drops, but I have been carrying my iPad in the rooCase in my briefcase (which gets toss around a lot) on a daily basis and I have not had any problems. After looking at other similarly designed cases we are happy with our choice and recommend the case, especially if you add additional protection to your iPad and/or use the smart cover.PROS:
-Great padding: the bubbles inside provide amazing protection
-Lightweight: bubbles avoid needing any hard inserts, making case super light
-Build Quality: great stitching, nice hardened rubber zipper. there is also a barrier between the zipper and the inside of the case, so you don't need to worry about the zipper scratching the kindle
-Convenience: outside storage pocket is large enough for my charger/cable and helps stay closed with a square of velcro.
CONS (?):
-The dimensions are a tad bit too big, which cause very little shifting side-to-side (but the front screen and back of the kindle are padded just fine). However, all edges of the case are well padded, so I haven't noticed any problems. Again, the shift is minimal. I also plan on getting a silicone skin as well which should add to size to the kindle to reduce to or even stop it completely.
-size? The case is a bit thick, so if you are looking for a more streamline case, pass on this. However, I definitely wanted to protect my investment, and I don't mind the size at all given the bubble padding is worth it. It's cute in a plump sort of way.
OTHER:
-color in picture is off. I ordered the pink one, and in real life the color is a more true pink rather than the darker, drabbier pink. Much cuter than the picture.
