There's nothing I can say bad about this scale. Solid construction, powered by 3 AAA, USB or included power adapter. Lightweight but I'm not afraid to drag this into the dirty nasty spot I frequent to weigh found items to sell. Large back lit display that is attachable with either the two screw mounting holes or the magnets to hold it on the scale body when not detached. i had it stuck to the side of the boxcar I was sorting through and it worked perfectly. The AAA batteries last about 20 hours of use. Whoever came up with the design on this scale was a genius.

If you are looking for a new scale, grab this one, you will not be let down. I would have paid 200 for this. If they ever come out with a bigger platform version for over 100 lbs I will buy it in a heart beat.

Before you read the one "Perfect" review, please read mine. I was very happy to find this scale to work with my Endicia Account and my Dymo LabelWriter 4XL. Upon arrival I shipped my first package. When we took the package to the U.S. Post Office, they weighed the package and declared that it was 5.6 more ounces and would cost more money to ship. This defeated the purpose of purchasing and printing postage. So I called Dymo and their customer service was very nice and after over an hour on the phone they told me that the scale must be defective and will be replaced. So I received a new one today, and the new scale is exactly the same. I was told by Dymo to use weights from a gym as a constant to weigh on the scale. When I put 40 lbs on the old scale and the new scale and they both displayed 39 lbs. This is totally unacceptable to be 1lb off from the actual weight. So when I use this scale it will always print the wrong postage. The manual says the fluctuation is +-.4lb but it is more in some cases. Dymo should really produce a more accurate scale, especially if you are using it connected to a computer through USB and using the Endicia software. For our company, this scale is totally unusable. I am quite surprised that Dymo would put out a product that does not display the proper weight. Save yourself the trouble and get another scale.

Despite what the description says about the scale, it will not work for First Class mail parcels. According to DYMO's phone support team, the scale will not weigh anything under 1 pound. The first class weight limit is 13 ounces. Other than that, the scale works OK. We're using it for heavier packages, but was very disappointed that it didn't perform as advertised.

Dymo says this scale is accurate to +/0.4 lbs OK. They are honest and I trust them on that I own a lot of Dymo equipment and it works the designed purpose, nothing else.

That means if I weight an object that is actually 1.5 lbs the scale may read 1.1 or 1.9 lbs a 0.8 lb range (+/0.4 lbs). They aren't lying here that's what the scale does.

So, if you are planning on squeezing UPS for 0.5 lb of freight you are out of luck with this scale it does not have the accuracy.

If I were using it to weight UPS packages I would add 0.4 lbs to each package chump change in UPS costs, but if that's your profit margin then spend more money on a scale like $300 for a +/0.1 scale but it would probably eat up your year's profit....

Resolution is not the same as accuracy. If a yardstick is graduated in 1/64 inch over 36 inches and is made of wood, would you trust it to measure to 1/64 inch? Not likely. That's resolution 1/64" but the accuracy is probably 1/8".

Same goes for a scale except Dymo tells you what the accuracy is: +/0.4 lbs.

Most measurement devices display more resolution than the absolute accuracy of the instrument. If you are planning on working within the resolution of the device you need to spend more on the device in most cases a lot more so eat your cake or buy bread you can't have both at the same time.

The scale is not accurate and nothing else matters.

After a few weeks in our shipping station, we got enough weird readouts that we started testing it and sure enough, it's not precise, particularly at the low end. Anything under 5 pounds is highly suspect, with fluctuations of more than 2 pounds in about 25% of our tests. I don't think the scale is broken, per se. It's working as intended. Just not very well.

In other words, not appropriate for shipping.

EDIT: Dymo is sending a replacement at their expense. I'll update if that works out.

OK, so I bought this item in a store. However, since mac users need something like this, I feel compelled to write a review. I have only used this a couple of times but it works fine. I am right handed so I place the pad to the right of my mac pro 17" and it works fine, even though my mac pro has all of its usb sockets on the left. There is no problem up close and it works up to about 1 meter away; that's all I need right now. As far as it having no equal sign, pressing the enter button gives the result of a calculation.

I use this product on my mac. I had a ton of trouble figuring out why this product wasn't working. Then I realized the reason: if the keypad is further than 2 inches from the USB link, then it does not work accurately! What is the point of a wireless keypad if you have to use it right next to the input? Since I'm right-handed, I had to buy a special USB extension cord to extend the input to the right side of the computer. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Right now I'm looking for a keypad with a wire, arrow keys, and a backspace button.

The shipper was super fast and the product was exactly as described. It is the size of a pen (with a pocket clip) and does what it is supposed to do. Not having used a tablet with a capacitive screen before (just a smartphone) I was hoping that I could use it for handwriting. Unfortunately the part of the stylus that touches the screen is the size of an eraser on a #2 pencil and the printing or handwriting comes out huge! Not the fault of the vendor I was just hoping I could also use it as a writing device.

It does what it is supposed to do let me click anywhere on the screen (sometimes an object is so small you really can't select it with a finger on the first or second try. It is built well. I was almost expecting something that requires a battery but there is not one and no moving parts. The tip of the stylus is a sponge type of material so I don't know how long it will last but it seems fairly substantial. It would be great if there is a tip replacement you could order.

I would buy it again.

I like many people have been using a stylus for many years on a PDA and in more recent years possibly a stylus on a smartphone. I love the new technology and I like the new capasitive screens found on phones like the HTC Hero, EVO and also the iPhone and Droids just to mention a few. So the use of a stylus that works on the new touch only screens is a bonus for me and these Fosmon stylus work pretty darn good. They take a little getting used to for things like sliding across or down to open a different home screen or to unlock the screen like on the EVO. The Fosmon stylus is made with an aluminum barrel and a silicone like tip. The only reason I didn't give the Fosmon stylus 5 stars was that they are very short, about 4" and for someone that has large hands like myself they are harder to use like a pen. They are bigger than a regular stylus that might slide into a smartphone but not as long as pen. For me they work very well and it makes texting a whole lot easier when using the on board virtual keyboard on my HTC EVO.

This item works great for me as my nails make it a bit difficult for me to use my fingertips. Packaging shown is not how I received mine. Mine came in clear celophane, but definately new. I didnt hold the packaging against the seller as I did receive 2 and they were both new in sealed clear packaging.

Very nice Decorative skin. Because the stickers are only on the front and back and not on the sides or over the keyboard I can't see it actually being protective but it does do a decent job of making the phone look a different color. My only gripe is that the sticker on the back covers the entire back and won't allow the back cover to be removed. This can easily be fixed by a simple cut, I did so on mine and it still looks good.

Well I have to say for the price it was great and the delivery was extremely fast. I am using this for my iPad 2 on my wall near my bed. The installation was extremely fast and easy. The only issue I have with this is that once you put your iPad 2 into the case you have an extremely hard time getting it out. Which would be a good thing since you don't want it to fall out. I did have an only case that I used to put the iPad in before putting that case in the brackets. Over all a very sturdy piece and great for the price just watch the fit if you want to take your iPad out of this case a lot.

The Chalkee Stylus is for adults too. I am an adult with hand problems.

I can rarely hold anything in a "pencil-grip" with the pencil, pen, crayon, or stylus going between my fingers. I can easily use the Chalkee while holding it in a "stabbing" grip such as a young child would use for coloring with a crayon (especially on walls!).

I can't grip anything tightly, yet the Chalkee works well for me in a loose grip.

In My Artwork

For any stylus currently on the market, the way to draw fine lines is to use a drawing app. I use the Chalkee Stylus with an app called "Paint Joy" by Bejoy Mobile Paint Joy Movie Your Drawing

"Paint Joy is free (as of February 2013). You can use it on Kindle Fire and on other Android devices.

Go to the Amazon Store called Apps for Android in order to see other apps for drawing, some free. Personally, I like Paint Joy the best. I am able to choose from a wide selection of lines and then tailor the thickness and how opaque the line will be from the software. Remember, no matter which stylus you use, you are going to get the same line you choose. When the software is controlling the thickness of the line, the Chalkee performs fine.

While Playing Games

With the Chalkee stylus, I play games on my Kindle Fire and on my NOOK Tablet: Match 3 games such as Treasures of Montezuma 2 Lite by Big Fish Games; card games such as Hearts and Solitaire; and Memory/Concentration games.

I'm not very interested in Angry Birds, but I can easily play it with the Chalkee stylus.

Many Hidden Object games and many Mahjong games are not well-suited to Tablets due to the small screen and due to the software of games not offering the selection of line thickness that Paint Joy does for my artwork.

My Confession: Please don't give in to temptation the way that I sometimes do and stay too long at the fair, so to speak.

Take frequent breaks from using any tapping, swiping, or other motions with your hands whether with a stylus or with your fingers and thumbs. Even perfect hands, even very young hands can ache, hurt sharply the way a nerve hurts, swell, become stiff by staying too long at the tablet (or cellphone or ereader or other device) without frequent breaks.

PRICE: I've had my Chalkee Stylus for several months, using it many hours during a week, including to turn pages in ebooks I'm reading.

I have accidentally dropped it from a height of 4 feet or more on to carpet and tile about once a week. I have dropped it out of my car on to a parking lot a few times. I have dropped it on to tables and desks and counters.

Not a scratch or dent, no damage to the tip either.

IF I hadn't needed the extra size and lightness of the Chalkee, then I would have bought any old inexpensive stylus and held it in a pencil-grip and saved some money for other things. But I am just thankful that the Chalkee stylus is available and doesn't cost more. I consider any purchase over USD$20 as "Would I rather have pizza delivered?" As much as I love pizza deliveries, I will give up however many I need to when it comes time to buy another Chalkee stylus.

The gamepad is very nice looking, light and comfortable to grip. People that have big hands may want a larger controller like a xb 360 controller as this one seems a bit on the smaller side. Since I have medium size hands it fits great. The reason I got this pad is the steering(wheel?)controller around the d-pad, I don't like using the sticks for racing games or tapping the d-pad to steer. The little wheel works suprisingly well. The directions show you how to hold it but I found it better to use two fingers on it, thumb and forefinger on the tabs on the wheel. It takes some getting used to and is no substitute for a proper wheel, but once you get it figured out and configure the games steering settings it works quite nice. There is a little issue with the trigger not having full range, squeeze it 75% and it seems to give 100% throttle/brake. Also, the buttons (7&8) on the bottom are awkward to reach so I just don't use them. Overall the construction seems fairly sturdy, although the sticks do seem a bit more wobbly than other pads I've used, but they still work well and the buttons are all fully programable. One feature I like is a quick adjustment on the steering wheel. Simply pause the game, turn the wheel one way or the other and press a button and the wheel gets more/less sensitive depending on which you want. This is great if you're on track where the steering has too much under/over steer and you don't want to fiddle with the games steering settings. For people like me that actually like using a pad to race with I would definitely recommend getting this or one of the other Thrustmaster variants with the mini-wheel.

Great controller. Sensitivity surprised me, really good smooth quality, but the extra wheel is only good (really good mind you for F1 type racing) I use it for need for speed most wanted and other PC games. i love it!

It's a good remote control, so far I have not broken but it seems quite delicate in their materials.

This case is built well, the materials used in making this product are durable and well put together. The case looks elegant and I like how there is some sort of magnet system in place to hold the cover shut over the screen. However, there are some things I think should be changed on this case. My number one complaint with this case is that the SD card slot is covered over by the leather on the case. If you want to change out the card, you have to take the tablet out of the case. My other complaint was that you had to have the case open in order to charge the table, but since reading some other review comments on this topic, the manufacturer has a valid point of not putting a hole for the charger. I dig the case, but would like to be able to change out my SD card without the hassle.

Okay, first things first. As the seller points out, be sure you are not buying a case for the Toshiba Excite AT200 but rather the Toshiba Excite AT305. I made this grevious mistake and ended up with a Toshiba Excite AT200 case that I now have absolutely no use for. The button holes will not line up with the product so be very careful about this and don't make the same mistake I made. $20+ down the drain (because I bought it from Asia and it's not worth the shipping fee to send it back for a refund).

So, now that I have the right case for my Toshiba Excite AT305, what do I think of it? Overall, I think it's fine and does the job described as explained in the product description. I like the fact that I am able to angle the display either horizontally or vertically based on the program/app I am using the tablet for. Additionally, the finish of the product is clean and stylish which is quite reflective of my own lifestyle.

The only 'negative' I have on this product (and hence why I could not give it 5-stars) is its weight. The case is noticeably and comparitively heftier than other tablet cases I've used before. Given that the Tosihba Excite AT305 prides itself on being very lightweight, having this type of case is counterintuitive to the tablet's core feature. BUT, all is not lost. You can actually detach the inner casing from the outer casing since these two pieces are held together by velcro. So, when I don't want to deal with all the bulk of the case, I simply take detach the inner casing and just carry that with me. Problem solved.

Since I've only had this case for a week, I cannot comment on the product's durability. I am concerned that the velcro that connects the inner casing with the outer casing will eventually wear out especially since I tend to separate these two pieces quite a bit (almost daily in fact because I only take the inner case with me to the gym). However, this is all assumption therefore has no weighting on my product review scoring at this time.

The first case sent to me was the wrong one. The second one was what I ordered and it was great. It holds my tablet tight, top cover has a magnetic clip that works well. There is cutouts for all features including charging when opened. I use it most of the time plugged in so the battery is always fully charged. Am very happy with case, It would have been a better deal at a lower price but I have seen other cases, not as good, and at higher prices. Will send another review in 6 to 12 mos. to see how it holds up.

We bought a Roo Case for our Ipad 2 last year and is still holding up pretty well. Not too many choices for the Toshiba Excite AT305. For me, it was between this case and the $19 one. Went with this one, 'cause of past experience with Roo Case, from reading other Amazon reviews, and the bundle savings if purchased with a screen protector. Case feels very sturdy and luxurious with the leather. It does add a considerable amount of bulk to the Excite, but it's also 2pc. cover. It detaches from its stand/cover making it very convenient when playing games on the tablet, and flipping from landscape to portrait. When charging overnight and you want to keep the cover on, just flip it so the side where the charger goes in to is facing outside this solves the problem some people are having when charging the unit. Overall very good case, very happy with the purchase. THE END.

This folio case is high quality and attractive. My Toshiba Excite AT 305 fits perfectly and the folio provides excellent protection for the device. The multiple angle adjustments are a real advantage. The only improvement I would suggest is a more secure closure than the magnetic closure.

Overall, this is a good product, but I do have one suggestion to consider. I have purchased both the ruggedized and non-ruggedized version of this product, and I am satisfied with both. The non-ruggedized model works well, but it requires the user to be more careful/gentle than you have to be with the ruggedized model. The difference between the two is the non-ruggedized version has a extra connection where the cable meets the CF card, and allows you to disconnect the CF card from the cable. The ruggedized version does not have this connection, and is built more sturdy at this point. If you have no reason to disconnect the CF card from the cable, I would suggest buying the ruggedized version.
