This cable was listed as a replacement for the original that came with my Palm Tungsten E2 handheld. It is similar in length to the original and works fine. It does not have a HotSynch button on it like the original (minor distraction) but it locks onto the Palm more solidly (a plus). I would recommend it to anyone needing a new cable.

I bought this cable to use with a Palm TX pda. I did not want to spend a lot of money. This cable works perfectly well. There is no hotsync button on it like the original cable (that's the only reason I docked it a star), so you have to initiate a hotsynch either with the pda or your computer, but it otherwise does everything it is supposed to do. And for its $3 cost (including shipping) it is a bargain. There is no need to spend more for other more expensive cables.

This is a combined charge/sync USB cable. There is no sync button on the cable, you have to initiate the sync from the on-screen sync function on the Palm. Works great and is much more convenient than carrying around a separate sync cable and power supply/cable.
