The bag itself is well made and looks great. It holds my laptop and basic essentials (blackberry, ipod, book) but it's not a bag if you have alot of files. And you'll need to carry a purse with this bag, since there isn't any room for non-office essentials.Otherwise it's great -three compartments for small items (blackberry fits in well, as does the itouch, and holders for 2 pens. There is a clasp for keys, but it's not very accessible if your bag is full.
