This case was absolutely perfect until the zipper on the small pouch broke soon after the case arrived. The case fits the Acer Aspire One 11.6 perfectly, and is really attractive. It also protects the computer very well. I love everything about the case except the zipper breaking. I don't know if the zipper breaking was a result of a poor design, or a manufacturing anomaly.Amazon processed the return effortlessly. I haven't decided yet if I'm going to try this same case again, and test my luck with the zipper, or if I'll try something different.
If I knew that my zipper problem was a fluke, I would give this case 5 stars and buy the same one again in an instant. If I knew it was a design flaw and prone to happen again, I would give it none. Since I'm unsure, I'll give it four for now, until I hear from other customers about their experiences with the zippers.
