When my old headset died, my company bought new headsets for the office. They were horrible!! Customers complained that they couldn't hear you or that you were cutting out. I found this by accident and when I told some of my colleagues about it they wanted one too. They work great! I have been using it for about 2 months now and have not gotten one complaint.
