Plantronics PA50 Wireless Mic Calisto for 820/830 84160-01

this is a must have accessory. if I'm sitting directly in front of my calisto I still sound better if I'm using the PA50. 5/5 stars.

Tried using this a few times, go so many complaints from the listeners at the other end. Have just stopped using it.
