poor quality, the product did not work, even though i provided the correct model number for my cell phone. the company said they would re-send another item, but i never received it. so, for the $3+ that this cost me, it was an inexpensive mistake not worth the time or effort for me to try to return it, or get a credit, or to try to contact the company/seller again to rectify the siutation. a very poor experience!
