I purchased this battery on December 6th and received it within three days directly from Osprey-Talon.

Now after being installed for five and a half weeks, the Palm LifeDrive will no longer power up the after being off over night. No amount of charging or hard resets would bring the LifeDrive back to life. I never had this problem with the original battery and I had to re-install it to boot the device.

I have no idea of the age of this battery, as there is no manufacturing information on the battery and I have discarded the original packaging that it came in. It may have had the information on it.
