This was not a Motorola product. The packaging is actually labeled "Nextel." The earpiece did not have Motorola's symbol on it. It's generic (unless this is a very old model and Motorola has changed their branding symbol since then). The quality is very poor. The cover housing the microphone broke off within a week. The shipping costs more than the product otherwise I would have returned it.
