There was a huge delivery problem. I didn't get it for almost 3 weeks after I ordered it which was frustrating.This fits my Visio tablet VERY snugly, and all the holes line up beautifully. I wasn't sure at first, but I am really pleased with it ... it's made quite nicely, and the little slot used for standing it up is small, but does the job. I would buy it again!I ordered my tablet cover Wednesday January 25th..I received it Saturday January 28th..Talking about excellent service!!! I put my Christmas gift from my husband(Thanks Babe) in its new spiffy Navy blue cover, and it worked perfectly well, just as if it was in no case at all...Blue is my favorite color, and was grateful the color was even offered. The little pen also works great! the only complaint...no where to place the pen, relevant to the tablet, (ie: velcro or pocket)I have the same problem. For some reason the tablet will not work once it is in this cover. I am having to return it and get something else.

I bought 3 Visio tablets with 3 of these cases, in all 3 instances the Visio tablet works perfectly...once this case is on it, all the tablet says is.."loading"... And does not work. Take the case off, it works again. Not sure why it's making the tablet not work, it fits fine, and looks very nice which is why 2 stars, but it's of no use, because the tablet just won't work with this on it. I do not recommend buying.
