I bought 5 of these for Christmas presents for my family of iPhones. One just blew up today and the other doesn't work all the time. I'll bet the company I bought them from won't take them back either. If you buy these be ready for disappointment. They get zero stars for use with an iPhone.

After reading reviews about the Griffin dual charger and how it will charge my HTC Evo at lower amp and what not....I still ordered because one was looking for changer that was small and flush to my 12v socket in my Audi A3 and second a dual USB port and Griffin Powerjolt Dual Micro fit the billed. I will say the charger charge my HTC at full 1 amp and fast and while charging another cell phone too!

Ordered three of these. One smoked on a long trip going up US395.

I contacted Griffin to get it replaced under the one year warranty. After several emails and send Griffin photos of the fried PowerJolt, Griffin said they were very possibly counterfeit units. Bad news for me as I had three. And since one almost started a fire in the car I need to stop using the remaining two units (my choice). BUMMER.....

The good news is the GREAT customer service Griffin has. They replace all THREE PowerJolts. At no cost to me. WOW

I have a 2006 Mustang GT which has the power outlet in the center of the dash. I used to have a Billet GT logo cover on it, but now have this in it's place. It's perfect for charging two things at once....Iphone and ipad, two iphones, etc.
