Received the product and it did not have a fax option! The company creditted our S & H fees and we kept the machine anyways. 29 days later the scanner/copier option broke. They will not help us (a non-profit organization) because we did not keep the huge box it came in!! Keep you box for at least a month, because if you don't they will not help you at all!!! Very disappointed. Now we have to find the money to get someone to repair this machine.

The printer is working very well. It's inexpensive, works really well, has a wireless connection...in short...it's perfect for what we need. We are a very small office with just 3 people. We needed a double-duty copier / printer. We have another printer for scanning, so I don't know if or how well the scanner works.
