The hand vac workds great, also serves as a nightlight, a very bright night light.I use it for light clean up around the bedroom area. Highly recommend.
What the product description doesn't tell you is that the charging base "night light" is this bright blue light that NEVER turns off unless the vacuum is unplugged. I bought this vacuum in particular because I wanted something that would just blend right in and not be really noticeable in my bathroom. Instead, it's highly noticeable because it looks like some kind of weird little spaceship glowing all blue. I am really not satisfied.
The suction seems to be "fine", but not that impressive. I wish I hadn't purchased this product.
