This correction fluid is not good. The formulation has a problem with its consistency. It comes out of the bottle stringy and not at all like the smooth liquid made by Papermate and other brand name correction fluids. I've never seen white out do this. Coating ability is fine, but I would recommend avoiding PMOP.
