Plantronics Spare Headset V510 Replacement

My dh's headset finally gave out. The rubber simply disentigrated but he has worn it almost daily for almost 4 years. He was worried we would not be able to find the exact replacement but we did here from an Amazon seller. It was shipped immediatly upon ordering and arrived within days! Better than what had been quoted. DH is now happy again! Great product and great seller.

One of the most comfortable blue tooth's I ever had and the batter last longer than any other. This is my third one though because they do break easily.

Had this very one twice in the past. There is no question that the Voyager is one of the best bluetooth options out there. The problem is that the charging connector is very badly thought out and as in the past I have a relatively new headset I cannot charge...The Pro's and later versions have better connectors...

The only thing I was disappointed in was that it came without the foam cover for the ear piece. And now I can't find where to buy any as this Headset has been discontinued.

I ordered this as a replacement for an existing lost headset. The unit was advertised and sold as new, however the sound quality is very poor (with the volume turned up, it sounds like a "blown" speaker in a car), and the rotating microphone is so loose that it almost falls down without being touched. This clearly leads me to believe the headset was previously used or returned and resold as new.

I was happy with the original headset, as it worked well with my Cisco VOIP phone at work and with multiple cell phones. Not happy at all with the replacement.

I probably could/should have returned it. I noticed on the first use that there were issues with it, but over the past 3 months it's gotten worse. Very disappointed.
