It's a gel case, adds a nice thickness and has great feel to it.

Downside is that mine is super loose almost comes off just handling the thing and I can't figure out how to make it fit better. Specifically around the bottom it pops off very easily, and has about an inch of slack if I stretch the bottom very lightly.

The fit is poor, it pulls off easily. Whatever material this is made of, it's not "gel". It SMELLS toxic.

This went straight in the garbage. it's not worth it to me to bother returning it at this price, but I'll never buy anything by this manufacturer again.

Have since replaced with a full cover leather case. Catches too much lint and dog hair. Hard to keep clean, but better than nothing.

Well, it has a nice feel and texture and seems like it is fairly good quality. The only problem is it is not for the Xoom! The package is unmarked save a cardboard "dummy" device housed in it that most closely resembles a large version of the Kindle....

Hopefully it was just a mix up. I will be contacting the vendor to try to get this fixed. I will update this review if/when that happens

This was EXACTLY what i was looking for...something inexpensive for protecting my new Xoom until a really good portfolio case comes out. This thing fits like a glove, has cut outs for EVERY port and button, and really looks great! I don't know what "bumps" the other reviewer was referring to. This was perfect for me!
