I ordered the scale to use in my small business shipping department, we do 10-30 packages a day and use FedEx Ship Manager software. At first the scale would not work with there software, after updating it to the latest version it allowed USB scales but still did not work. After some research I got it working using the custom config and entering the scales vendor id and the product id found in the computers device manager.

FedEx support said it would not work with the software, but after updating and then setting up the custom config I was shipping packages even faster then before.
