I also tried the Touch Tech III and ended up liking that pen better than this one. This one worked really well on writing apps, especially Penultimate, but I found that the Touch Tec glided better across the screen.
Between the two, the writing on the screen looked the same in the end, so Id say its about personal preference. I would recommend trying this pen, especially if you've tried others and have been unsuccessful.First off, I do love the slim styling of this stylus. Easy to hold and works on iPad and iPhone.
BUT, the rubber tip came off already and the stylus is not working as well. Sometimes I tap and nothing happens. I am not sure I would get again. Which is too bad because the customer service was great!!!!!It is a nice stylus and the slim profile makes it easy to hold. The rubber tip is slightly softer than the Wacom Bamboo Stylus. This one tends to drag and skip slightly when I draw or need to sign a pdf document. If you want a stylus for tapping around the screen and keyboard then it will do just fine. This BoxWave styluses (styli?) have always been solid and of high quality. The minijack clip is very useful and the rubber tip never marks or smudges the screen. I prefer the slimline models due to the increased precision (used with an iPad). Unless you want a flashlight, ink pen, or some other feature, I see no reason to spend any more money. This stylus shouldn't disappoint.
