Phone came rapidly and I was quickly able to activate it. After several weeks of using it, the phone locked up when really needed. This was the first time. Took the battery out and put it back in and it worked. Hope this does not happen often. Other than that, I am very happy.

This phone is small, cute and girly. It is a very sturdy flip phone, not flimsy at all. Measures 2x 3 1/2".
