the use of a card reader requires this plastic cover to be cut around the holes of the plug as it forbids complete entrance of the large plugs. esay to cut/slide off thaugh, just small annoyance. still protects well, havent dropped my ipad 3 yet but who knows.

Hard to say if the wifi signal is attenuated a little. it still gives me 3 full bars with case on and router is located 2 levels below.
