This is a very nice, high quality case that fits my iPad 2 very well. The only thing I discovered is that it fits so tightly, my iPad would constantly shut down when I touched its sides. I resolved this by turning off the ipad cover lock/unlock feature in Settings General. Now, I just have to manually shut it down, or wait until the sleep function takes effect.

I also wish the stylus holder would be on the front of the case, rather than the back. I don't use it as much as a result.

Other than these minor things, I love this case!

I have the New iPad...case fits perfectly, arrived way before estimated date, stand works fine in both positions, magnetic function works perfect, color is true to picture, soft interior, overall nice construction. The seller threw in a stylus and screen cleaning cloth with the protector! The stylus is fine, not the best I've ever used, but that doesn't really matter considering the case you are getting for the price! Very happy customer :)
