DO NOT BUY, unless you have the microscopic precision Torx driver needed to open the Nuvi case. There is a kit from another seller that DOES INCLUDE the Torx driver that is ESSENTIAL for the job. I hope that when I find the Torx driver, the battery will work fine...othewise, it is USELESS.

REVISION on the review

I went and got the Torx driver..the battery works fine, no difference from the OEM one; expect to be frustrated if you DO NOT HAVE the driver.

So far so good, I purchased this battery for Garmnin nuvi 260 about 4 months and It still Ok. I don't see different between original and this. Replace is aesy just follow instruction in youtube. I predict it will be fine for more than year ahead because now It hold power like new. I would recomment it for Gps battery replacement.
