Once paired to the Blackberry Bold 9000 it connected well, however there appears to be an issue with the software driver because after connecting to the keyboard, the Blackberry wouldn't recognize the charger (into the same port) and wouldn't charge until I would reboot. Tech support claimed the new BB Bold seemed to have more problems and require regular rebooting, but my experience has been that the Bold is reliable EXCEPT for the time period when I had the driver installed for this keyboard.
