Used YouTube to figure out how to install the battery. Succeeded but it wasn't worth the effort. Should have spent the monies to have someone refurbish or fix the unit. Old original battery was a pain to remove.

This battery required tools to replace the one in my palm tungsten e. No tools were provided so I had to return the battery and pay the shipping back. Not good business.
