The science behind this product seemed to work for me. I'm a full figured gal, and it really shows on my face first when I fluctuate around the same 20 lbs. Using this product seemed to firm up my jawline and double-chin area so that it looks like I'm consistently in the lower end of my weight-fluctuation spectrum, maybe even a bit less.

However, I got this product AND the 3-spring "PY Neckline Slimmer" (also on Amazon) at the same time. I recommend the PY Neckline Slimmer more because the highest tension spring provides more resistance than the highest adjustable setting on the Genie Elite. After awhile, you spin and spin trying to adjust and it simply will not provide more resistance.

I have no complaint about the quality of the product. I am 78 years old and it was a little harder on my neck area than I wanted to use.

The pictured and described unit is what I ordered, but what I got was a unit that was a different color with interchangeable coils, the unit being difficult to take apart and put in the coils. I specifically ordered this paarticular neck and jaw toner so I didn't have to mess with changing the coils. A huge disappointment but too inconvenient to send back right now. This is the shipper's fault.

I'm forgetful so I havn't gotten into this too much yet but what I have tried it works correctly and you can definately feel it working haha.
