The company was very cooperative in returning the purchase price for the battery I used to power an IPAQ PDA. No one knows why the battery didn't work. The tools and instructions were great. I installed the battery in minutes with ease. It works great. The instructions mentioned an included standard screw driver. That screw driver is NOT included. Only the special screw driver was needed (I have the other one already).
