We have had such good performance from this unit that we purchased an identical one to expand our business. Only needed to replace battery once in 4 years. Unit is quick to reset and easy to navigate. Syncs readily and recharges quickly.

Owned this item 28 days. Had to do soft reset constantly, and hard resets often. Connects to the internet, and surfs fairly well. Couldnt get to connect public wireless on several occasions. Says in instructions if you want to use outlook, and sync up to youre home pc, an additional software purchase is required. Could play movies but were bumpy. Exterior audio better than expected. Support is domestic and was fairly helpful. Was told I needed to FAX in to them A copy of my recepit and photocopy of some other item to begin receiveing support. How convenient, am I saving time yet? Kudos to Compusa/Tiger direct for taking back the return without too much hasle. Purchased in store compusa West Palm Beach.
