I am very, very pleased with this bag. It fits my HP Mini 311 perfectly. There is room for the power cord, a wireless mouse, and a usb laptop card. I can fit a very small book or a textbook size book if I leave it stick out the zipper. The construction feels very sturdy and it seems rugged to me. This is the bag for you if you want a bag that just fits your mini 311 and accessories and has a strap or want a more rugged bag than a slipcase. It is not a very good bag if you're planning on carrying a lot of stuff besides the netbook.
