Charger tip was fine but the charger I got is different than what is pictured and when I took it apart to examine the inside of it, the one I received doesnt have a voltage regulator or surge protector. Other than that, works like described on an old cell phone but due to the fact it has no current or surge regulator, im afraid to use it on a newer cell phone. Fast shipping! You should know I had a 30 day return warranty but when I received the product I never opened the package until it was to late so now I cant return it. Maybe it was a simple mistake of inventory or something like that and they accidently sent me an older version, im not sure. I havent contacted the seller but a friend told me they have a lifetime warranty on all products. I would return the item but now I cannot find the receipt and like a fool I didnt print the invoice Amazon sent me. Other than that this seller has great products at very reasonable prices for many differnet cell phones. I recommend you go check them out but dont mess up like I did, always save a receipt or print the invoice so you can return it if its different. 4 stars for their service because they are easy to do business with and offer so many different products, minus one star because I didnt get what was expected.
