Kenwood Radio Programming Cable USB KPG-22 TK Series

I ordered this because my old cable was a 25 PIN com port with a 9 PIN adapter and my newest laptop does not have the old style com ports. I needed USB. The program you download works great emulating usb as a com port. The only issue is the connector to the radio seems a little touchy when reading and writing to the radio. I thought at first that the cable/emulation was defective but I found that if I pushed in on the connector and held it in that I was able to perform the programing.

I purchased this to program a Woxoun radio and haven't been able to get it to work yet. I don't think it's a problem with the cable as much as it is with the software. Still working on it.
