I've replaced the standard battery with 850mAh of capacity with this one (1100mAh). With the standard one, the T3 could play the movie for less than 1 hour in full screen. With this one with higher capacity, the same T3 could play the movie in full screen for one and half hour. I recommend this battery to who intend to replace the old battery of T3.

When my beloved Tungsten T3 would no longer charge, I was delighted to see that someone had found a viable replacement battery. This product was delivered on time and included the battery, a small screwdriver, and instructions. The instructions were OK, but they would be better with more detail about getting the top cover apart. I had to check on the internet to find additional information on what to expect, and it took some extra fiddling before the cover magically came apart.

Nonetheless, as soon as the new battery was in and the unit re-assembled, the T3 came to lifeeven before being placed in the charging cradle! Battery lasts a LONG timemaybe even better performance than the original! If you need to rejuvenate your T3, I highly recommend this battery.

I purchased this item some time ago when my Palm Tungsten T3 would no longer hold a charge. There are step-by-step instructions for this on the Internet (see YouTube, but read the blog post also here: If you are careful, gentle and patient, it is possible to replace the T3's battery. If you are a hot-head, do not attempt it. I recommend looking over other DIY instructions as well before launching the repair procedure (Google "replace Tungsten T3 battery").
