The quality of color burns on the lightscribe side of these discs is equal to HP branded lightscribe discs. However, I'm having to burn audio data at a slower speed so my CD players can read the discs. I don't have this issue with HP OEM lightscribe discs. I have tried multiple burners and find that they all have the same issue... if I burn at high speed, they don't play easily in my CD players. If I jack the speed of burning down on the data side, things work fine.

Update: As I've used more and more of these, I've found that some car CD players won't read the entire disc. I've burned them with HP, Sony and LG burners. Sometimes I'll be able to play half way through the CD then the CD goes to the next disc like it was over. I can burn the same playlist on a regular CD in the same 3 burners with no issues. Maybe it was a bad batch. I've even tried slowing the burn speed down as slow as possible but still no benefit.

I keep the three stars because was does read properly is fine and I get a great burn image on the lightscribe side.
