With 2 years' experience with these disc, I have been very satisfied with the quality and re-recording capability for me. I will advise however, that it is important that you keep a record of how many times you record over, the mode that you recorded in (Best, High, Normal, etc., on your recording device)and in what position on the disc; too many times & mixes result in losing all information on your disc forever and has become apparent to me. Memorex is my first choice however; quality, sound and dependability.

Most (75 per-cent) will not format. Those that do, cannot be moved to another recorder for additional recordings from another DVR (comes up blank--formating failed). Consequently, don't have freedom to work from two DVRs on same disc. Cannot delete recordings from DVR until sure that have successfully finalized disc. Very disappointed with purchase of Memorex DVD-RW discs. Will stick to TDK brand whenever I can find them.

I had used some DVD+RW discs from Memorex (bought in a 5-disc pack) which I was quiet satisfied with. I recorded continuously on those discs for about 100 times or so, until they could not be used anymore, my DVD player could not read anything written in them anymore.

Then, I bought the 25-pack of DVD+RW from Memorex, and it has been a complete mess ever since. I have used the first 10 discs and only in 1 of them I was able to record!!! Forget about re-writing. I could barely make these discs readable elsewhere. Money totally wasted!
