This case looks nice and feels nice but lacks one major feature. The iPad mini does not go to sleep when you close the cover. And there is no way to use the Apple cover with this case. My husband and I tried every way we knew to get the iPad mini to go to sleep and it just won't work. Looking back at the description we now see that this feature , or lack thereof, was not mentioned. This is a major shortcoming on an otherwise nice case. I will be returning the case for credit and will begin my search for another case for my iPad mini.
