I ordered two of these and they arrived promptly, but with no batteries. The item description clearly says batteries included. I contacted customer service and they ordered replacements for me. They just arrived, again WITHOUT BATTERIES!!!! WTF?

We purchased this for my husband who has really big fingers and some of the buttons on his iPad were hard for him to touch. This is just what we needed. (although, I think the kids use it more than he does). We bought those sticky velcro circles and stuck them to the stylus and his iPad cover. That works really well to keep the two together!

I bought this and was exited that I got a good deal, but after 1 week the tip of the pen was filled woth air instead of solid. Broke down and now is gushy. A

Also the battery went dim after just a little use.
