The batteries on the Dyson pack get subjected to pretty harsh treatment thanks to the power draw from this hand vac. It's not surprising to me that the factory pack degraded not long after my first year of ownership.

It was hard to swallow the price of a Dyson replacement considering the expected life expectancy of this pack when subjected to such high current draw. The PWR+ pack provides EXCELLENT value. The run time I've gotten so far has been excellent. I would definitely return to buy from this company again.

Seriously, if you're looking for extra batteries for your hand held dyson...this is the product to buy. I run a cleaning company and these have literally saved us. First battery wouldn't hold charge, but seller was very good about replacing it. Paid shipping back and had a new one in the mail the same day. Replacement seems to be working fine. Would buy from them again as problem was solved very easily.

DO NOT DEAL WITH PWR+!!!! I purchased this battery as a "spare" for the Dyson DC-31. The main reason I purchased from this vendor was their guarantee. On their web page it states: "Warranty: 30 day money back guarantee / 1 year free exchange (Pwr+ pays for shipping)". I charged this battery once and used it once. After that it would not take a charge. I contacted the seller (Pwr+)via email and they informed me that I had to pay to ship this item back to them. I contacted them again and pointed out that it said on their web page that they pay for shipping. Again they said that shipping was my problem. I guess that "1 year free exchange (Pwr+ pays for shipping)" does not mean anything to them. It's just a false claim to get people to buy from them. I contacted them again and told them that this is false and misleading advertising. NO REPLY!!! I am now contacting Amazon to let them know about this. I will see where it goes from there.
