Bought this for my new GPS system. After reading reviews I decided most people only had problems putting it on. Shipping was fast. The product went on fine, but it did not fit properly. In order to line up the LED light, the protector hung over the right side of the device. I contacted Lexerd concerning the issue. They did respond quickly asking for pictures of the protector on the device, which I promptly sent. The lady then told me that they would "try to get a better fit". I assumed that meant she would send me another. Instead she just meant for future customers. I asked if there was anyway I could receive a refund or another protector, but she never responded. That was over 3 weeks ago. Essentially, I spent $15 for nothing. I will never purchase from this company again. I can't speak to the quality of the product, because it has now found its way in the garbage. I can say their customer service is horrible. Don't waste your money. I now have Zagg on the device and it works and fits great. It was about the same price as Lexerd and it actually fit.
