I ordered the Konica Minolta 3 Pk Value toner Kit for a copier being used for school & community purposes. The cost of $322 was the best price I could find. Instead of receiving one toner "kit" with all three colors, I received two separate boxes that were "dropped shipped" from two other suppliers that the supplier I ordered from used to complete the order. The packaging slip in the box had the cost of the toner to the supplier at $59.95 per toner. I saw that price on line also, but wasn't ordering three separate toners. I wanted the "value kit". I was told that the "kit" was not the same as getting three separate toners when I placed the original order. When I contacted the supplier through Amazon, I was told that the separate toners were the same as the "kit". I asked why it cost $322 for the kit and only $180 for the three toners and I was told that the price varies among suppliers. At this point, I don't even know if I got the product that I wanted and am not willing to pay to return the items to them. I still can't get a straight answer about the difference in item#'s and price. Not happy with the way this order was fulfilled.

Rpoduct did not work in my printer. Gearing system did not turn carts. Company was very helpful and refunded full price without hassle. Do not know if problem was with printer or carts. Replaced printer soon after.

It may seem that $330 for toner would be high but I did a thorough search before I placed the order with Amazon. It was, by far, the best bargain and made sweeter by the Super Savings shipping discount.

I made sure that I had these in-hand and ready when my existing toners ran out and, as luck would have it, that was about 10 days later.
